Sindy was very rude at the AT&T store 1/17/22 at around 6:30 PM. I was asking an employee Sindy about the AT&T screen protector warranty and she couldn't help me with my question at all! She had a very bad attitude and i could tell she was not interested with helping me , but more interested in sitting on the chair with her face in her phone. When i asked Sindy to show me where the AT&T screen protectors where she just pointed and said over there wit a very aggressive manner, i then told her she need to get up, do her job and show me. She then said loudly " I don't have to show you!" And stormed to the back room, while i told her to get her manager. A guy by the name Jose came out . I explained to him what happen and he kept laughing as i told him, as if it was just so funny to him. I asked Jose was there another manager that I can report her to because I could tell that him and Sindy might have been cool with each other by the way he was just laughing at the way I explained Sindy's behavior. I could tell she would not be addressed properly by him. I guess Jose might have been one of the managers. He gave me another manager name, Alexis. Overall experience very bad terrible! The Girl Sindy attitude is very unprofessional and insolent, no respect or care for the customer. I had to just suck it up cause the store was about to close and and I had no time to go to another one. I asked the guy Jose if he was good at putting the screen protectors on and he said with an attitude, "yea unless you want to do it yourself" smh these two people are to young minded to be running a store with out any professional supervision. read more

I purchase a iPhone, I paid it in full $800. and after 3 days I try to return it. I had the box the receipt and all the paperwork and they wouldn't take it back because they said I paid for it in full. I call at&t and they said they couldn't do anything because it a franchise store. The store manager was very rude, wouldn't give me store credit or anything. I rarely write good ratings but the worker who helped me the other day was GREAT! Me and my dad had been with Tmobile for over 6 years and wanted to switch over to a cheaper plan. Everywhere we went no one was able to beat the price because they said we had the cheapest plan possible for the amount of data and minutes we use. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young tall asian guy (don't remember his name something with a W maybe Wezlie?) who for some reason immediately spoke mandarin to my dad, and that made him feel really comfortable. After speaking to him for about 15 minutes he went over our Tmobile bill and said that the plan we had was cheap because the previous company signed us up for a plan that gave us unlimited internet even though we only use 4 GBs a month. We were paying extra for a plan we didn't even need. He recommended us a better and cheaper that made more sense to us. After another 5 minutes he convinced us to get an Ipad for only $100. At first we were skeptical considering how good the deal was but the tall asian guy assured that if anything other than the highlighted amount showed up on the bill at anytime, he would personally investigate the matter. NEVER had I ever had such great service at a phone store, usually they are thieving scoundrels, but this store and its workers were AWESOME. DEFINITELY coming back again in 2 years and recommending friends. read more

Tried this Brand new location because I needed help with an insurance claim for my daughters line. I have been to a couple of ATT stores where there is awful customer service. I really was ready to cancel my whole family plan due to their customer service in stores and over the phone until Stephanie helped me. Such great customer service and huge difference from other people I've come across. I was able to get my issues resolved quickly. I greatly appreciate for her going above and beyond my expectations. She was able to transfer all of my data from my old phone to my new phone and even taught me more about iCloud. I will definitely be returning to this location! read more

Miriam was very helpful to the tasks that I had said about the service I needed. She took the time to double check the name and number of my pre paid cell number that needed to get the refill time extended of the plan I have with At&t. She's just cute, awesome and knows what plan might be better for the people need to take for their wireless service. The store is nice, it's in the same plaza where lot's of other stores are near within the area and next door to the bank of Chase. The theater is near within the area, tons of food joints, near the freeway of the 105, plus a few miles away from the mall. AT&T lost a customer today. My wife and I are looking to switch providers so we figured let's give AT&T a shot. Walked in to this store at 7:15 pm today, walked out at 7:20. Yes, there were only 2 employees on the floor busy with customers and it's close to closing time, but come on! We were not even acknowledged upon walking in the door. Walked around to look at phones and noticed a bunch of missing phones from displays, display phones with no signage or information, loose wires everywhere. This store is an absolute mess. Sad because it's too new to be this messy. Management really needs to get their act together. As we were leaving, a girl behind the counter finally said, "we'll be right with you." Too late at that point. Skip this store if you want AT&T and go elsewhere. read more

I dislike to write a negative review but it must be done. When purchasing or activating a new line they will be very attentive even then the salespeson that assisted us wasn't very well aware of their product knowledge nor were their supervisors willing to take accountability. everyone there seems like if there's a problem it's better to avoid it or have the bucket passed around no one's really willing to step up and take responsibility into their own hands as though they had something to hide. in this case when you guys go to the store have them show you everything up front before signing and on top of that there wasn't that much effort put into the whole process for us. Prior to changing cellphone providers, I recently stopped in the Downey AT&T, located at the Downey Promenade. This was the fourth place I had visited. The sales people at this location were absolutely FANTASTIC. They were professional and very helpful. They were able to provide me with the necessary information that helped me decide to switch to AT&T. I stopped by another AT&T location, prior to this, and the service sucked. This place is, by far, the best cellphone sales location that I have ever been to. They treat you like family. They speak English, Spanish, and Tagalog. All the employees that I met were very helpful. I was helped by Stephanie, Cassandra, Jasmine, Daniel, and Kimberly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who still believes that customer service is important. read more

I already called in a complaint about this location last year I believe, but I see nothing has changed so I'm going to write this review as well. The staff at this location is way too nonchalant and unprofessional. They don't seem to care about their or their customers too much, their technology advice isn't the best, and they don't seem interested in living up to the AT&T brand name. Great new shopping center in downey, the store was really clean, friendly sales reps that welcomed me as I walked in and the manager was attentive to my detailed questions. Signed up for direct TV service and received a great promo, also they explained the new automation product and I was able to upgrade my cell phone at the same time. A very inexperienced young man named GEORGE with attitude and a chip on his shoulder attempted to help me add a simple line to my account... when I began to ask questions about different options on my account he started to get frustrated with me ... he clearly didn't have a clue about his job... kept having to get up from his computer to ask his supervisor questions on how to do his job..."hey man " was how he addressed me... made a mess of my account ...he changed my passcode... added a line without my approval...etc..!!! I walked in there with my husband to ask about my bill. I recently purchased an iPad from at&t and noticed extra charges on my bill. When we walked in there were three girls on their phones doing pretty much nothing. When I told the associate why I was there she asked me "did you purchase the iPad here or corporate?" I responded with "no the other at&t store". She said "uh ya that's corporate". Ok, well can you take a look at my bill. Her response was "well since it wasn't purchased here you should go back to the corporate office because they have more access to changes than we do". She never even bothered to ask for my account information. She didn't pull up any information. Lazy. Never coming here again and it's sad considering that this location is growing with more businesses. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND OVER CHARGED. Went in to get an upgrade on a phone and Cyrus was the associate to help me, everything seemed fine until I got the email that said here the changes to your bill. When I looked at that it was a huge price difference then what it should have been, since I was due for an upgrade, I was done with my contract, I shouldn't have gotten an upgrade charge but I still did, and there was some other weird charges on there as well, when I called customer service they said in their notes they see I declined the insurance plan (the associate never asked me about that so there was no way I accepted or declined it) anyways it shows I declined the plan and that was still added on there so why would I have to pay for a charge that I supposedly denied. After figuring out the charges customer service said I should only be paying $105-$110 max but because of this associate adding on bogus chargers my bill looks like it will be $131!!!! Huge damn difference. Customer service said this isn't the first time they have dealt with issues from this exact store! I've been calling to get a hold of the manager to fix these charges and every time they say no manager is available, how convenient! And when I leave my number to get called back when a manager does decide to show up haven't gotten a call back. I heard SAMS's club is running a better deal, might as well return the phone cut my loss on the $40 restocking fee and get a better deal somewhere else where I have gotten upgrades before and they do it correctly! read more

They lie just for you to switch providers they promise to pay your early cancellation fees low monthly payments. They will credit your account and don't even pay you for the entire bill from your previous provider. AT&T rips you off and the representatives are so rude they have no customer service skills especially the Managers Fernando and Kassandra. read more

This store has the best customer service! the reps are very friendly not a lot of people know about this location which is crazy because when i asked how long they have been opened they said almost a year! anyways i like coming here they always assist me with my questions and even making payments they ask me if i need help with anything else, they don't get you in or out like if your a bother. all the reps here have been really kind to me and sometimes they get busy but it's worth the wait it's not as bad as the ATT on firestone! get help from Cassandra, Stephanie or Jazmin these girls are great ATT needs to have more reps like these ! read more
