Whenever I'm in the area I stop by to purchase a few pieces for my son. First time I went an employee by the name Karen had horrible attitude. I figured bad day don't we all have one of those? Today 12/10/18 I came in to the store to do a few purchases and upon walking up to see the clothes I overheard a older women asking for a price on an item and she responded in Spanish "yo no se" in other words "I don't know" . When the lady asked to scan for the price she made a face as if she was bothered by the customers request . When it was time for me to pay I came to the register and I asked to remove an item and use my rewards and clearly she was bothered once again. I went to buy clothes for my son who suddenly grew overnight! I was dwelling on the size between 4t,5t or 5. Diana ask me if she could help me. I think if it was not for her I would of left. I was with my son and husband who were inpatient but she was able to figure out my son size and gave really good pointers so when I buy clothes am able to choose. Her help and patience are really good skills. I like walking into a store and they are able to help me choose. Thanks Diana for taking your time. I've always gone to Carter's and enjoyed my experience there while shopping for my son but yesterday I went and me and my husband were helped by a very rude employee I didn't really catch On to what she said due to the fact that I was Getting a couple more things but I did catch on to the faces and body language she had. So I was getting a pair of socks because they had a sale and I had mid understood my husband on what he said and she replied to what I asked and her response was in a very rude way "well if your going to want to take it home then yeah get them" her rudeness literally had my husband leaving things behind because she didn't want to help us out on check out we got some of the things we wanted but my husband was so mad about how she was acting that he ended up removing some items just we could get out of there. By the way my receipt says her name was Karen not exactly sure if it was her but I am assuming it was due to the receipt. read more

I was super excited to finally have a Carter's in our area! I dont have children yet but when it comes to having to buy gifts for my family & friends for their baby showers! Carter's is my store!! I've been in this store a couple of times and I have to admit it was not all the same. Other visits where not so positive, the last girl Teresa was rude and had a major attitude. BUT this time Karen J helped me. She was very patient helping me pick out a gift, she was so nice and patient, she made this visit very pleasant since I had a screaming child with me this visit. This is my to go Store because it is so close! I wish they had a wider variety. Never had an issue but one time, manager was not very nice. Rudely took shoes from my hand and told me they were not for sale because they were dirty. And loudly told me I will not give you a discount either, I didn't even ask for one in the first place. It made me a little upset, I think managers should be a little more professional. Another sales associate did apologize on her rude behavior. Sometimes we are not in the mood, but if you have this type of job you have to smile and always be kind to customers as the face of The company at that particular location. I continue to go back, because I love the clothes. I can chose to go anywhere else, but I really like to give the benefit of the doubt, perhaps I just happened to shop on a bad day. read more

I usually come here because the deal are good. but, lately the customer service is HORRIBLE. In the past even though the line was long the girls were very productive. Today the two girls working between 4:50-5:05pm 8/17/2016 were at their worst with customer service. After waiting over 15 mins in line, when I get to the front she tell me cash only and has me wait for middle register to be done. And helps the next customer. Her coworker tells her the left register is now working,continues helpimg the customer behind me and leaves me to the side. Extremely rude, after telling her can you help me? She still ignores me. Extremely annoyed by how un prepare your new hires are if they can't work under the weekend pressure I can imagen how they're going to be during the Holidays. read more

I love this Carters! I've recently been on a baby shopping kick for my 3 month old niece and carters has been my go to store lately. What I love about this specific Carters is the cleanliness and the customer service that is provided by the wonderful staff! I always feel welcomed by a friendly greeting and great customer service. The new store manager is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers. She is always very helpful and very friendly! I always feel well taken care of when I have her help. I love this Carters so much I will definitely be visiting this store more frequently!! read more
