They told me I could pay off the phone balance after the first payment. That was true, but what they didn't tell me is that I would have to pay the full retail price if I did so. So, no discount. Lie #1. They told me that I could add a micro SD card to upgrade the memory. So, I bought a 1 TB card, opened the card tray, and discovered it had no provision for the card - only two Sims. Lie #2. I have been carrying my stepmother in Ohio on my account and needed to switch her line as well. She was unable to get to T-Mobile there to get a new Sim. Somehow, she managed to get a new phone and account from at&t. T-Mobile charged me ~$150.00 for the transfer that never happened. And, they won't back that out. My first bill was ~$136.00. My second vill was ~$425.00. I was told that this included charges from the beginning of the account. What happened to the first payment? I was told that the store would take this up with the management and they would be in touch. Four times they told me that. Lies 3, 4, 5, and 6. I called customer service and had a long conversation with them. Among other things, they were supposed to cancel anything related to my stepmother line. Weeks later, thus had not been done. Lie #8. The store told me that it had been canceled too. Lie #9. Yesterday I stopped to talk to them. When I walked in, no response. Both agents were helping other customers. I left and went to the store on 620. Working with them was a positive experience. I'll see how that goes. In the mean time, DO NOT GO TO OR TRUST THIS STORE. They do not know what they are doing and have no issue lying.

I did as they stated and the lady working at this store said they don't accept them and to mail it back. I showed her the text message from T-Mobile stating to return it to any of their stores for a return. She rudely refused. I got home and called T-Mobile and, as I thought, I was correct. She was supposed to accept the phone and the representative said they were having trouble with uncooperative stores like this not following corporate rules. He kindly apologized for her incorrect information. Stay away from this store if you want quality customer service. The lady here obviously was unconcerned with helping me and following corporate rules.

I have been a client of Travis' on several occasions over the years. Most of my experiences have…read morebeen great until recently. He did an Apple watch repair for me and the face almost immediately started to detach. I have been trying to contact him since the holidays to get it fixed. Initially I didn't hear anything back via text (which has always been a reliable way to reach him) and finally emailed. He did end of replying to that. However, it's been a month of texting and emailing with sporadic responses and still no repair. He's gotten really hard to get a hold of, and it's so frustrating! I spent over a hundred dollars on that last repair he did, and I still haven't been able to use my watch. So bummed that's he's become so unreliable! I finally went to another local competitor today (even texted him to let him know that I was finally fed up and going else where and STILL NO RESPONSE) and got it fixed right away with a tip they gave me to try at home. Didn't have to spend another dime. What a relief! I really hope that he can become reliable again. I know that Dripping Springs needs a reliable service provider and, unfortunately, bad news travels fast. I'd hate for his business to suffer. He's been a great source of knowledge and help until the last month or so.

I had a very sick computer with 4 drives Full of data, which made diagnostics a time-consuming challenge I'm sure. He was able to meet with me right away and begin working. To add icing to the cake his pricing is very fair too. Two thumbs up from me!!

I could hear the compressed air blasting like crazy lol. Less than 5 minutes later they produced some lint and what looked like a tiny splinter of wood. They took the time to test the device in front of me to make sure I was satisfied. Then, they said we're glad to help and didn't charge me! Thanks yall, if I need any additional phone repairs I'll be back! 5 stars!

Ok so one week after just getting a brand new i-phone replacement due to tripping on the sidewalk…read moreand cracking the screen, I knock my phone into the drink. I quickly fished it out of the water, dry it off and take it out of its Morphie case. Images fade, vertical lines appear, after about 20 minutes total shut down. I head off to my next meeting, thinking i'll bury it in rice when I get home. No rice at home. Head over to the Apple repair place on 2nd Street--they aren't promising, say they will send it out, it will take at least 6 days. They recommend going to the Apple store and buying another six. Evening two. Bury dead phone in rice. Look on the internet for other solutions. Lots of advice. The rice was one of the suggestions--might have saved me that I executed that step. Miphone doctor pops up on Google search. Impressed with their SEO strategies. Make an appointment. Take iphone six to the Mi Phone Doctor Oak Hill location which isn't too far from downtown. Easy to find. This is a brand new location. Owner was there-Ben Kinder. Super nice. Knowledgable. Took phone. Said he would do what he could. He uses a process not unlike jewelry cleaning where they actually sonic clean the copper wires. Thought it would take a couple of days. He seemed like an honest and reputable businessman. I left the phone. He called several hours later saying that the new store wasn't that busy and he was able to jump into fixing my phone and that it wasn't too bad. He replaced the camera, the port and dried it out and cleaned it up and that he thought it would be good to go They ran some diagnostics and everything looked great. I am a happy camper since i leave town day after tomorrow and will have my phone, I didn't have to buy another iphone six and I didn't have to exercise my last insurance chit with AT&T. I will definitely use them again (hope I don't need to but I am a bit accident prone!) and will recommend them to all my friends including you new Yelping friend. Good luck. Take your broken phone or ipad there post haste! And say hello to Ben.
