My elderly mother and I arrived early for our appointment, but they sat us down right away to help upgrade her to a new phone, discuss model / storage options, back up the old phone and successfully transfer everything to the new phone right out of the box. My mother really doesn't technology well at all, yet John was super patient and took his time as he walked her through the updated features of the iPhone 16e. He even helped teach her the proper ways in which to swipe and tap through the new system. AJ checked on us a few times throughout our appointment and was extremely kind and helpful too.
