My elderly mother and I arrived early for our appointment, but they sat us down right away to help upgrade her to a new phone, discuss model / storage options, back up the old phone and successfully transfer everything to the new phone right out of the box. My mother really doesn't technology well at all, yet John was super patient and took his time as he walked her through the updated features of the iPhone 16e. He even helped teach her the proper ways in which to swipe and tap through the new system. AJ checked on us a few times throughout our appointment and was extremely kind and helpful too. He said, That's not a good replacement. I paid Apple $415.00 to replace the screen. I paid Cellular Mobile $200.00. The lesson here is not to go to Cellular Mobile for repair. Ever.

I walked into the Orleans Verizon location and was promptly greeted. I explained what happened and how I needed something temporary until I could get my phone situation sorted. They didn't hesitate to help me, explained what they could offer, and didn't try to upsell me any products. They even had the new "temporary phone" ready in less than 15 minutes.
