Maddening. Remember, these sales reps do not care about you. They are there to make the sale…read more Period. I'm taking deep breaths. All the guy had to do was say he didn't know details regarding international coverage, but instead he opted to lie to get the sale & get us out the door. We were set up with the wrong plan that didn't have the coverage we wanted. Upon further investigation afterwards, and multiple conversations with other personnel that went 'round in circles, we discovered T-Mobile didn't offer what we needed at all. They should have told us this from the beginning. Instead we were lied to. We were told we were set! We are not. Only after calls with their customer service (unaffiliated with this store) were we able to get clarification on how badly this place screwed us over. Now we're stuck in a plan we don't want that won't help us internationally. Note: if you're out of the country for more than 90 days for work, T-Mobile will cancel your service & you'll lose your phone number. You also won't be able to get an international SIM card, because T-Mobile owns you. These facts were never mentioned. The rep knew our situation down to the last detail too. This place is a disgrace.

DON'T WALK RUN! In December , I was lured in by a promotion for a free Samsung A71. I was assured…read moreby the store manger that I was enrolled in this promotion. I was charged for the phone on my very 1st bill. I called customer service and they credited my account. The rep claimed she "re-enrolled me into the promotion. I asked for a text acknowledgement and she claimed she was unable to provide that. When I protested she said "Mr. Donahue, this call is being recorded, if I lie to you I could lose my job" This month I was charged again and I spoke with Emmett who claims I'm not enrolled and that he has to look into it. When I told him I was recording the call he advised me to stop or he would have to terminate the conversation. He claims he has to speak to department that is not available to the customers.

Absolute scum. Should be called Simple Scammore, if your business is involving in scams then good…read morejob cause you're doing really good. A few years ago I came to resolve an issue with one of my laptop drives to check if they would fix, come to find out that my laptop had over 300 VIRUSES of all kinds and not to mention that they rolled back from Windows 10 to Windows 7, basically they already grabbed an infected hard drive with Windows 7 installed and replaced it with my old drive. Years later and I came in to fix a phone because it wasn't charging, it was plain and simple, all you had to do was plug in the cable back due to all the drops that happened which ended up disconnecting the cable connection that allows the phone to charge. So the guy decided to make up this story about how the battery was BLOWN or EXPANDED which is why it wasn't charging... they would be able to fix it by switching the batteries on another phone I had with me, the cost would be [$40] just for this simple fix, he then proceeds to say that it will take about an HOUR to switch batteries... 1 hour later and I came back with a person that said: "So we found out that nothing was wrong and that your charger plug was just simply disconnected, normally we would charge [$60] but since the fix was just to plug it back in we'll just charge you [$20]" Well that's quite hilarious I must say, $20 just to plug a cord back in. What was all the work for the $20? A simple detachment of the back cover, and just plug in the wire/cord, yep fork over those $20 now. At most I'd give $10 for a simple fix as that and at minimum $5. But to figure out they were going to uproot the price from $40 to $60 is just a plain scam. I'll also mention the fact that they decided to take out the magnet and try to keep it to themselves or perhaps even throw away because it wouldn't STICK BACK into the phone's back cover. The only thing I'll say about this place, thank you to the guy who was chill when handing over the phone, compared to the guy that took me in who seemed like he was arguing/yelling at me. Do I recommend this place for anyone? HELL NO, there's better places out there. 8/100
