I don't know where you get a service call at your home no matter what they do, (even walk out after they look at it and say it can't be fixed and you have to replace it) and don't charge at least $100 for the call. It doesn't matter if they live close by or far away, you are paying them for their expertise of being able to figure it out quickly, having the parts they may already have on the truck that took them time to order and pick up and for driving to your house, fixing the problem and driving back to their shop. If it was such and easy fix, why didn't you fix it yourself? Its a very unfair review, Appliance Plus is fantastic.

Am I trying to hold him accountable to our phone conversation? Absolutely. The response by Patrick, the Owner of On Call Computer Services is 100% False. Never have I harassed him or threatened him in any way. There were other people in the office who heard the entire conversation. There was one phone call to Patrick where we discussed the pick up and refund of the computers. Patrick stated he had to "find the money" to refund us. This call was on Monday, the 31 st of March 2025 this past week. We had an uncomfortable conversation, however, never did I threaten him or swear at him. He is clearly trying to push some sort of false narrative to now avoid doing what he agreed to do in our conversation. We also agree to talk later last week and when I never heard from him, I called the business line which went directly to voicemail without ringing. Then I tried his cell phone which did the same thing. I have received an email from Patrick, threatening me with a restringing order and the like. I've never been to his business and he is correct, we've never met. Although I did see him in the parking lot on Monday after he left the office. Let me state, I and the Controller for the company and while the responsibility of the purchase was on the General Manager, this has fallen in my lap and I'm trying to deal with it. I will not be bullied into Patrick's belief his is somehow the viticim. He built three computers for the company for a total of $5,200. Two of the computers currently do not work properly. There have been at least 4 attempts at repairing them to no avail. The third one is in another office in a different town and has never been turned on due to the issues we've had. Patrick blocked me because I'm trying to hold his company accountable. He has no money and is simply spreading lies. After the one phone call we had, I thought we had an understanding. Clearly, something changed and I will have to pursue through the proper legal channels. Everything is this review is 100% accurate with phone records and cancelled checks to prove! All he has to do is pick up the phone, like a man, and have a conversation.

Called Matt after my appliance repair gentleman suggested him and he went out of his way to help me. Located the color and model I was looking for and said he could deliver in four days. All over the phone due to the virus. He was as good as his word and the men who delivered were the nicest and most understanding. They allowed me time to look over the range before bring it in and allowed me time to clean the floor under the old range before putting in the new one. Imagine my surprise when the screws intended to secure the washer dropped out. The washer was not attached to the cabinet frame, it was simply setting inside the counter cabinet. When I contacted the owner of LAMBCO, Mr. Lambert, and detailed my complaint and request for a proper installation, I was told they would do nothing as the date of the installation service exceeded their one-month warranty. Such a warranty was never included in the invoice and what reputable company has such a limited period to correct for such shoddy service? I'll buy my appliances elsewhere.
