I popped into this store to get information on possibly upgrading my phone. The service I received from Nard was amazing. He was very informative, accommodating, and personable. He searched out the best deal and provided significant saving on my account. If the process wasn't so time consuming, I would've possibly upgraded my other phone or watch. Manager is late to work, so with no manager on duty, they can not problem solve how to enter my coupon code. This has got to be one of the worse experiences every. The staff is incompetent. I overpaid for a new phone and per their promotion I received the value of the new phone payable over 36 months. I requested that the overpayment be refunded and I'm told they cant do that. How ridiculous. So I'm just going to "donate" that money to the cause. Absolutely not!! I will be contacting the Corporate office. With everything that is going on now people dont have money to donate to a Mega corporation. I am livid and I am through. I have been a customer since 1994. I traded in my phone and was told i was getting 800$ for it then when my bill came I was told that the phone was burned and wouldnt turn on which entitled me to a trade in value of 150$. Good customer service is a dying art. When entering any business i do not expect to be affronted by a greeter or cashier and made to declare my method of payment like it was self check out at Wal-Mart. Please class up and/or supervise their dialog. When I said I was there to pay "a" bill, she insisted I declare my form of payment. I asked if I could just get to the kiosk. Her response was that she just needed to know because if I was paying by cash I had to do it with her [at the front door?]. When I reiterated my intentions she walked over to a colleague and could be clearly heard criticizing me and commenting "not today". I switched to "secret shopper" mode. I've trained retail employees in customer service but am perfectly prepared to exchange snide quips, request a manager or simply walkout and find another location, before I contact a DM or RM but for starters I'll simply leave this review. read more

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade the iPhones of our whole family. We wanted to switch from Sprint to AT&T. We were greeted with friendly smiles and great atmosphere. We began talking to a salesman named Darius Jr. We told him our thoughts and he began working on it right away. The manager Pamela shadowed and helped us along with all the questions we would ask. After a while, we were able to accomplish everything we needed done, had some really great laughs, and shared some life stories. Pamela and Darius Jr. were so helpful. Purchase phone and waited for it to come in mail prior to returning in trade in device. Trade in was not honored when I brought phone back and after claiming they tried for 3 months they return my phone and stated I need to reach customer service. Very unprofessional. read more

I came in for a SIM card for my iPad. Was signed in by an employee who went and sat down while I waited for 15 minutes. Bc I had to work, I left. Came back and same experience. Never more than 3 customers but it takes absolutely forever. I hope I still feel like the gym after this. Overall, AT&T isn't worth it. Ridiculously expensive, as I spend over $500 a months with 2 cells, iPad, and cable n tv, compounded by the fact that coming into the store is a big time suck. Terrible customer service. I am a new customer to AT&T, and the manager wouldn't apply my corporate discount that I was receiving with Verizon, even after proving with email, pay stub, badge etc. The Manager left me twice in the interaction to talk to other people, leaving me waiting after I had been waiting in the queue for thirty minutes. He then assigned a specialist to me who couldn't even log into the computer to look at anything, because he didn't know his password. I received terrible customer service at this location. The employees at this store were VERY unprofessional. I don't think that I will be returning. read more

I ordered a iPhone XS from this store. They informed me that it would take 5-10 business days for it to come in because they didn't have any in stock which I was okay with. They also said they would email and text me when the phone arrives. Cool. Well 12 business days went by and I had not heard anything from the store. So I went up there and spoke with Rachel (the same person I purchased the phone from) she informed me it had not arrived and they would text and email me when it did. Okay cool. Will now we are on 15 business days and I still had not heard anything. Went back to the store, spoke with Rachel, it still hasn't come. Now we are on 18 business days and I'm starting to get a little frustrated at this point because I was told 5-10 business days and now we are on the 18th business day. I go back in the store for the third time. This time I spoke with a gentleman, I told him my frustration, he goes to the back and gets my phone. I asked him when did it arrive? He looked it up and told me it arrive on the 10th which was the 5th business day of purchase. My phone had been sitting there the whole time. Now I am really upset because I came to the store 3 times asking for my phone and Rachel told me each time that it was not there. I also never received the email of text to inform me that it had arrived like she said I would. So I asked to speak to the manager, her name is Shayraina, she had the worst attitude. She could care less about my issue, she said "sorry that happen to you" and that was it. Worst customer service ever! Will never go back to this location again. read more

Wow. All I can say is I had a great experience at this store. Not sure that I have been in a store as professional and courteous as this one. Went into the store with an issue I had with a device I bought online. I immediately was greeted by service rep Ebony. Ebony and Lauren manager jumped right in and handled my situation. I couldn't be happier with the professional, courteous staff at this store. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer for this store on Yelp but all I can say is this is now my Go To ATT store. While they were working on my situation I looked around the store and everyone there was being helped. Glad I found this store and "Extreme thanks" to Ebony and Lauren for their help on resolving my issue. Left a very satisfied customer. read more
