I haven't been to this location in almost 3 years. I came to upgrade my iPhone, and Crystal assisted me. I had already had the iphone shipped to my house, but I have so many pics and etc in my phone, I needed a rep to handle the transaction. Well, I got at T-Mobile at 11:20am and left about 1:30pm. It was 4 customers before me and let's just say everyone was upgrading today :-). I'm very patient, so I waited my turn. Crystal made sure that all was well, before I left out of the store. Let me tell you, they have really nice phones here. But I am definitely a iPhone carrier and that's what I'll stick with. :-) I'll be back soon. Though I love this location, your patience have to be loaded, lol. Though I do believe this goes for most locations. They don't have the best check-in service, but you are greeted once entering. So you do have to keep an eye on all who comes in just incase they miss the order of who came in before they get the opportunity to check you in or help you. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and kind, my favorite guy works at this location and as usual, I've had a brain fog...smh, can't remember his name but he does have dreads. My husband and I walked were fortunate to walk in and no other customers were there, so we had Eric as our representative. I meant to do this review back when we first updated our phones which was May 22, 2026, but I got sidetracked. It was important that I share this feedback. Complaints are quick to be reported but when it comes to giving out praise not so much. Eric was so attentive, friendly, and even as customers started to show up, he would always recognize them and ensure they were helped by another representative or at least got their name on the sign-in sheet. By the time we left, this location was packed with customers, but everyone was pleasant showing no stress over the wait. Eric made our purchase easy to process with several options to consider throughout the process. Eric should become a manager, he definitely has the knowledge and personality for dealing with customers in a unique setting that sometimes faces lots of frustration among customers; so many phones, accessories and plans to choose from. Whew, I'm tired just thinking about it. We love our new Samsung phones and appreciate T-Mobile's service package. read more

Went in to inquire about changing my current phone plan with one of the newer plans that T-Mobile offers and to buy a new phone. Walked in and only one person greeted us. The store was not busy and instead of someone walking up to us and asking if we need any help, a guy waved us to come to him. I told him that my mom was saying how someone possibly from a different store was saying how the plan could be somewhat cheaper than what we are paying and wanted to know more about it. He instantly told me that I could just call customer service and get it changed cause they don't do that there. He said that we should just go to the person who told us that cause he's commission based and it's not much he could do. You can't give me more information about the plans that you offer? Really? If I said something about wanting a new phone I'm sure he would've helped but I didn't even mention it after he said something about being commission based since that's all he's worried about. Clearly this location isn't willing to help unless you're buying something that gives them a sale so if you need any help with your devices or just inquiring about information, I wouldn't go here. read more

Today I need assistance getting my phone activated and I stop by store. I was asked by a very customer friendly male with dreads if he could assist me. I was telling him what I needed. There was another customer having issues as well. I was standing near the customer friendly employee and here come Ms Rude One she she's making an announcement to me and the other customers I'm just letting y'all know that we no longer have a tech and you can dial 611 and I proceeded to say this gentleman said that he can help me . She said my not talking to you with neck roll. and then she says well I'm just letting know . I said well you're looking at me and then here comes the attitude. Can you assist me no you can go sit down wait on someone else. Here we have this rude young woman who definitely needs some customer service training. I ask the employee that was assuring me for her name and she would not give it to me so I asked for manager she says I'm in charge. Still no name. I suggest that the employee were name tags. The bottom line is my phone was fixed but do me a favor . Please offer more Custer service training and she spoke to another customer rudely as well. read more

Last night, Aniya and I received superior customer service from T-Mobile in the Pavilion. Our T-Mobile expert, SJ, was attentive, thorough, resourceful, knowledgeable, unyielding, and did not give up until the issues were resolved. A month has passed since the onset of these issues. We have repeatedly contacted customer support, to which SJ informed technical support when they suggested we do so, and the lady apologized that their online representatives were unable to assist us, thereby requiring us to visit a store. From the moment I walked into the store, I received five-star customer service. SJ greeted us upon our arrival. There were plenty of seats! Typically, only four or five customers will be able to sit in the crowded store. Not so with this store. There were chairs and tables that are comfortable. Very hospitable. We had data or internet connectivity issues. Hunny, I believe that SJ snatched the souls from those phones and gave them life! I was unable to access the Internet outside of my home and job until SJ arrived. He had to work with Aniya's embedded SIM card as if he were rescuing a trapped coal miner. Despite the fact that it was past closing time, SJ, this younger brother, exhibited patience! His coworkers were just as patient; one of them came over and told us about an ongoing Apple problem with Aniya's phone. He recommended that SJ try something. If that didn't work, he suggested we use the insurance and trade in the phone. SJ did not leave Aniya in the dark; he instructed her on how to use her current phone until the replacement arrives on Tuesday. I apologize for the length of this post, but credit is due to those who have raised the bar. This branch, SJ, and his impressionable coworkers deserve praise! You are needed in the customer service industry. In addition, the four men who were working last night were consummate professionals. As a customer and a mother accompanied by my 17-year-old daughter, I was extremely impressed. The reason for this is that when I visited the T-Mobile store on Cascade two years ago, they were eating fried rice, were not helpful, and the security guard was playing a game on his phone while slumped across the glass counter. The smells that greeted me upon entry were "Happy Grass" and fried rice. Then, a man resembling Lil' Wayne's cousin without the gold teeth attempted to help me, but his red eyes clashed with my older daughter's phone's glare. She was by my side. The security guard looked up and made an effort to assist. I told them that we would be going elsewhere. Consequently, entering the Pavilion and being greeted by SJ was comparable to walking to my car and seeing my idols, Diana Ross and Susan Lucci. Just, excellent! read more

Just called to ask if they have a specific color of a phone that I'm buying my mother in stock & before I could even finish my statement the woman yells "WE ONLY HAVE IT IN BLACK" and repeats that like 3-4 times when I'm still trying to finish my sentence. I get that working retail you get people asking repetitive questions and it can be annoying, but next time use your 'customer service skills'. Be patient & kill them kindness. Truthfully it's not that hard. Interactions like this immediately make me want to avoid these stores because I'm going to now assume the entire team at this location is this rude. The manager will keep making eye contact with me but avoids helping me. He has helped multiple people before me. Very Irritating. They are obviously understaffed because there are only 2 people working but that doesn't excuse the fact that they're ignoring people. read more

I love T-Mobile for both its product and superior customer service. This store is the exception to that rule. I felt unwelcome, ignored, and underserved. From the moment I entered this store to the blaring rap music I felt I was NOT in a branded T-Mobile store. There were 3 customer service agents and I waited for the next available agent only to watch them take someone who had clearly walked in after me without acknowledging I was in the room. When I read the other review I was surprised at how similar our experiences were. I want to think this was an isolated incident but now I wonder. read more

The worst customer service ever! Discrimination! I was first, and the two representatives were there. I came to the first one. He was staring at the tablet for a few minutes without saying any word or greeting. - are you open? - I try to wake it up Then this representative woke out without saying a word. I asked other representative what is going on. 1. I was first, but they chose to serve second customer. 2. The representative is unfriendly: did not greet, talk or explain what is going on, and a customer does not read minds. Why T-Mobile hire unsuitable people for customer service? 3. Walk away on customer. It did feel like racism or discrimination. If you cannot work with people, what are you doing in customer service? 4. I was waiting more the 10 mins, the representative never show up. This was my second time visiting this office. Both times I encounter unfriendly attitude, rude behavior and rude comments. I ama longterm T-Mobile Customer. I had an issue which derived from losing my LG G6 cellphone as a result of water damage. The phone would not charge up or come on at all. Long story short, I couldn't access my Yahoo Account for almost 2-weeks, because the security code would go to the damaged phone. Wow! ... and yes it sucked!!!! So I ordered (a 'second phone', the first transitional phone never received any of the perhaps dozens of Yahoo codes???). In a last ditch effort to seek a viable resolution, I visited the Fayetteville T-Mobile store and received 'EXCELLENT' (FIVE STARS *****) first class Customer Service assistance from T-Mobile Expert's MONICA and BRITTANY D, who completely resolved my problem with the cleaver use of my backup laptop to access my Yahoo Account. I had over 1,500 unanswered emails that were both business and job related. These women virtually saved my life (lol). Not having access to a well established email account that is essential to everything is almost like being alone on a deserted island.
