Exactly 34 days after he did that, I dropped my phone in order to keep myself from falling. Even with my protective case the screen took another hit and was shattered. I was four days beyond my warranty and my cell phone repair did the repair for me again and extended my warranty. I felt so happy and grateful for the extension. I don't think anybody tends to go to these lengths to make people happy. I will never use anybody else again! And yes I did pay the good karma forward To someone else that needed help :-)

I will be forever grateful to the wonderful people at Epoch IT. My laptop was hacked and I…read moresearched for computer services and saw Epoch listed. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. I had to go to another AT&T store the next day to get it turned back on. The guy there said whoever my parents dealt with the night before totally screwed up everything on our plan. When I said that I wanted to order the Samsung A17 and I would pick it up at the store, by a miracle from the heavens, they located the phone I insisted on in stock. Never mind the fact that I am a long-term customer, but since he could not upsell me, I was no longer of importance. Wow wee. Don't even know where to begin! Went there on…read more5/3/2026. Got there early and meet with girl who was so miserable. Did not help or go over options but did try and up sell me an i pad or iWatch as free (but then admitted $7 month service fee for life of phone). Got phone for my daughter drove back to Center City Phila and then realized I got wrong phone since salesperson did not go over options (pro, pro plus). Took my 12-yr old back with me. Arrived at 2:00 pm and was put into que 7 people back. Workers were clueless and miserable and other customers getting irritated. Some employees just walking around or going into back room and not returning for 15-30 minutes. Assistance Manager RALPHIE (ear buds in) and not helping one-person despite the line. Finally at 3:15 p.m. meet with a salesman and tell him need to exchange for iPhone pro. He gets asst manager involved and 30 minutes later have daughter's phone. They again charge my credit card. We walked outside and my daughter realizes salesman gave her iPhone pro plus and not pro. Walk back into store. Same stuff with miserable employees. Asst Manager Ralphie comes over and asks why back in store. Explained to him that got wrong phone. Also told him we had a family dinner about half hour away and needed quick exchange. Handed him cc again to fix. Ralphie goes into back for 45 minutes and my daughter and I stand around. All employees there miserable. He blows it off and says was not saying it to my daughter but just saying it. He says still working on it. I said no just transfer money back and cancel order. Go outside and now my daughter phone is shut off. Go back into store and deal with Ralphie again. He tries to get my daughter phone working and tells her to just take pro max on him. Told him she wants pro and does not want large phone. As he was trying to get her phone on salesman tells Ralphie someone one was on phone to walk him through giving her right phone. He does not even look up. I tell him now that we missed dinner go do it and give her right phone. He goes in back in total disgust. As he is in back one of his employees tells me Ralphie was not cursing at my daughter. I said I hope not but would you agree 1) he dopped f bomb in front of 12 yr old, 2) not appropriate thing to do - he agreed with both. Finally got my daughters right phone @ 4:45. Charged for 3 phones still on my cc. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPEREINCE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
