DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! At 8:30am, I set an appointment for 1:00pm via their website. Arrived at 12:45 and received at text to confirm my arrival. At 12:45 I received this text.... "Hi, it's AT&T. We're ready for you now. Reply T to add time or C to cancel." According to the little TV screen inside the store, I've been at the top of the list for an hour and ten minutes. Five people below me have been helped. Not certain if the people at this location are just ignorant, or simply don't understand the concept of appointments. Left this location and went to another AT&T location and will be helped momentarily. read more

I went into the store 11/29 and was there for over two hours. Over a one hour wait and about 45 minutes working with Dexter. I went to the store for two specific reasons: pay off my watch and cancel insurance on my devices. I asked when I should expect to see the credits and he told me I would see it on my next phone bill (January phone bill). I looked at my bill and to my surprise, not only was there not any credits THEY NEVER EVEN REMOVED THE INSURANCE SO I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I had to go in AGAIN to get it sorted out and the only solution I was offered was to remove it effective today. When you mess up, you make it right. I should have been offered the credit as of the date I came in to cancel the first time. It should have been remedied but instead I had to pay it for two additional months. UNACCEPTABLE. I will probably be switching to another provider just based on the lack of customer service provided. read more

On 8/15/25 I purchased a new phone. Paid via debit card. As of 9/2/25 I have no phone and no return of funds. Dial 611 and get a non US, uninterested person. Store personnel are hopeless and ambivalent. Store manager inexperienced, slow and disengaged. Verizon was a much better experience. Do not do business there or be willing to accept less than adequate support. AT$T is a lost cause. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get a newer phone on my existing plan. The employee helping me told me the wrong amount for a trade in on my phone (this was a $500 error)! I didn't even know about it until I went to trade the phone in 5 days after the purchase of the new one, and was told that he gave me the wrong amount in error. They could offer me nothing except to return the phone and put everything back on my old phone (and they'd graciously waive the restocking fee). Problem is I'd spent hours already transferring all my info the first time and had purchased all new chargers, phone cases etc since the newer phone wasn't the same as my older one (and had thrown those out). The employee that tried to help me today had an attitude and so did the manager. Other customers were even looking at me and mouthing sorry. I will never step foot in there again. read more

Amazing service! My daughter had so many issues with backing up her phone and pictures/text lost and contacts not transferring over etc Just a lot of issues. plus we wanted to change her number to her new phone. Wr were helped right away and they were busy but they stayed and troubleshot the situation until it was resolved! even though we were not purchasing anything. they didn't make any commission but still went above and beyond to help us. If I could give zero stars I would. Walked into the store with my father and was not greeted by any employees. Instead they simply glared at us. Finally someone came out of the back office after maybe 10 mins. He took his sweet time coming to helps us after playing on his phone for a bit. Then asked who was there first, being that there were people waiting before I came in, I simply pointed at those people. Those people said they were already on the wait list. So the employee walks straight to the white male that was standing behind us. Completely ignoring my father and I even though we clearly came in first. He didn't even acknowledge us after putting the other guy on the list. Not sure if it was RACISM or simple stupidity, or maybe even both! Never had any problems with this location, had a problem with my mom's phone and all it needed was a new Sim card they looked it over and gave her a new Sim card free of charge. Only thing is they try too hard to sell you anything and everything. read more

I had a ridiculous bad experience with this place. I just wanted to return unopened Directv boxes that the store sold me two weeks earlier and the manager said I need to call AT&T. I asked aren't you AT&T? It says you are on the sign out front. I asked if he could take the perspective of a customer being put between corporate and the store and understand my frustration why he could not call after I had given him all my information and account password. Shelby assisted with better communication in understanding what initial store had done with my account. Shelby and Justin were OVER THE TOP patient, quick to resolve the issues and informing me of the corrective measures to right my account. As well assisting me with a repair claim for my existing coverage. Could not be more grateful and will not go to any other location for help. Whatever you do, do not try to have T"neshela Boyd as your sales rep. Unfriendly, unprepared, and most definitely not an expert. I went to return the Note 7 due to the safety recall. She literally goes to the AT&T employee website instructions on how to return a Note 7, reading while I was waiting in front of her. I waited for about ten minutes. Then she excuses herself to the back room so she can try to read some more. She comes out, and says that they only allow exchanges. Not returns. Even worse, when I try to explain and show that returns are accepted, she just stares back and smiles, nodding her head and giving this nasty sarcastic attitude. All I needed was a protective screen cover for an iPhone 8. 15 minutes in store - no greeting, no help locating the right item. Finally when the girl comes out to stock the shelf she located the right screen protector and then leaves. 15 minutes wait - no one to check me out. I put the box on the counter and walked out empty handed. This has been my store for 11 yrs we have 10 phones and 6 iPads but can't get someone to sell me a $49 screen protector. Shocking. read more

I would give it a zero if I could. Been AT&T customers for almost 15 years, most through this location. The sales rep Marie, avoid!!!!! Sent my adult son in to get prices before he upgraded. This rep would not give him the time of day because he was pricing phones. She refused to talk to Me over the phone for my permission to access the account, which is something that all the reps have done for years through this location. However when my other son, 9 months ago went in, Marie had no problem selling him a phone and tying payments to our account without our permission. Plus she misled him he thought he was just getting an upgrade and we ended up paying full price for the phone. Stay away from Marie! read more

ATT is a joke. Tried to get my daughter's phone repaired. Have insurance. Filled out claim form online for a screen repair. Not trying to get a new phone. Printed out claim form that required me to enter account PIN to fill out form online. Daughter took phone and claim form to the nearest location that could repair screen (30 minutes away). When she arrived at store, the store said the form was not valid. She needed to have account PIN to fill out a new form. She doesn't know the PIN. Everyone on the account should not know the PIN. Now, the claim is marked as fraudulent and is delayed waiting on more paperwork. We are not requesting a new phone. We are merely wanting to get a phone with a phone number that is on our account and has been on our account for 10+ years repaired and covered by the insurance. Why should we have insurance? Why was the form filled out for original online claim not good? Why cant ATT just support their customers. HORRIBLE customer service. read more

Went into the store on a Sunday I don't Leavin20 a.m.. I waited 10 minutes and the two employees that were helping other customers did not say a word to me or any other customer walking in the door. I have recently ported my number from Sprint to AT&T. This location does not believe in customer service and Manager (Megan) and Assistant Manager (Latica) will promise everything but will not come thru, same is true with some of associates. I will not do business with this location. Would have give no start if I could. They will make sure that you are out of 14 days windows where you could cancel and ask you to pay full termination fee of $250/smart phone. read more

This is by far the least helpful AT&T store I've ever been to. I bought an Iphone6 on Tuesday, wanted to pay in full for the phone and was told that wasn't how things work anymore. So we moved on with the purchase and I left. Once I got in the truck the phone felt "buggy" a few minutes later I realized the lower left side of the keyboard doesn't work. I went home, synced everything off my MAC onto it thinking maybe that would fix it. No changes what so ever. Now Wednesday I decide to go back up to AT&T and switch the phone out for a new one. Well, I guess thats also now how things work anymore. He said I had to call AT&T and discuss warranty work with them. They do not do any of that in store, regardless of how long you have owned the phone. Well the big issue with this is while on the phone, the keypad won't work. So I have to just sit on the phone and not select anything. So after several hours on the phone I finally get to talk to someone. He tells me that they should do a direct swap in store for the phone and he has no idea what went wrong. Assured me if I go back and ask for a manager everything will go without issue. Well now Thursday I go back to the store, ask for a manager and get one shortly after that. He then goes over the same stuff I was Wednesday by a salesman. They don't do any warranty work in house. Now at this time I'm very upset because I've sat on the phone with apple, sat on the phone with AT&T. All for a very long time because my phone won't let me use the keypad so I can't speed up the process or select anything at all. I just have to wait. The manager assures me I have to go to the Apple store, well that sucks so I decide to cancel my plan. He informs me it will be over $1600 to cancel the plan because I have to pay outright for my phone and my fiancés phone. Both of which I tried to pay for up front, and was told that it wasn't an option for. I brought that up and he said that was wrong, they always try to get customers to buy the phones up front and that shouldn't have been an issue. So to wrap everything up I bought a brand new phone from AT&T, walked out of the store with a non working phone. Tried to return it with no luck, had no customer support from the store and they have made it as hard as possible to get anything done or serviced because my phone doesn't work! Apple near me doesn't have any appointments until 3 days from now. So I get to have a non working phone until then, just to hopefully get my brand new phone exchanged for one at Apple. Went into this store to get my mom set up with a new phone and had Felicia Wallace wait on us. She immediately had an attitude and completely wrote us off when we told her we did not want to buy expensive accessories to go along with our iPhone. She continued to roll her eyes and text on her own phone while just barely assisting us in setting up the phone. After 20 minutes and slow internet speed, she could no longer be bothered to help us and told us we were more than welcome to "sit and try to set it up on our own or leave" and walked away. She never even offered us a bag, until we loudly complained about how terrible our service was. It took us 3 hours and multiple support calls to correctly set up my mom's phone. Unacceptable service from Felicia. She would be better suited for a career that did not involve customer service or working with people. The managers here are ineffective and argumentative. The customer service in this place is the worse I have ever seen. They should learn how to make 15 year AT&T customer happy.
