DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Drive to any other location. I brought my phone in to replace the battery for free and when I came in to pick up they said they couldn't fix it due to the bottom screws being striped, which is understandable, so I took it back and barely got in the car before I realized that there was a black spot at the bottom and then the screen no longer worked. Went back inside and they brought it to the back and only talked about how there were scratches on the screen and how they can't remove the screws. No apology no accountability nothing. They said it probably happened because of their heat pad. Then tried to call At&T and never offered to help afterwards and had to get help at the actual AT&T store instead. Absolutely a horrible experience where I had to drive out there multiple times wasting over an hour each time for them either to turn me away saying that their computer system was broken. This guy's name is derandius and he has friends hanging out int he office with him and also the place smells horrible like a latrine, anyway their system is down mr mcdonald tells me.. Mind you this is a company that literally fixes computers. Or then turning me away and declining my warranty repair of my Samsung phone despite the fact that they are a flagship Samsung repair outlet they refuse to repair my Samsung phone under warranty. Not only that they did so in an extremely rude way. Causing me to be extremely upset in ways that I should not need to be made upset. This place should definitely have their rights to repair Samsung under warranty taken away. Samsung should not do business with unprofessional companies like this. It's not just this location because in the past I have had problems with the Southlake location as well which are not a flagship location like this for Samsung. Either way save yourself some time and avoid the frustration of dealing with these unprofessional clowns at this location. Do not trust this place with any of your devices! - they thought wife was on hold during a call and wife heard the disgusting comments they made about her. - laptop was taken apart and they lost the rubber pieces on bottom as well as two screws. - they installed a remote access piece of software that had a virus. My phone had so much moisture in it that you could see the condensation inside the front and back camera! Left it there today, picked it up a few hours later, and I swear the cameras work better than they did when I first got it! read more

They are usually busy, but work fast! Do not let a line at the door scare you! We had my daughter's cracked screen replaced, my husband's non-working touch screen, and when my charger broke inside the port. Excellent customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could! read more

My laptop screen would not turn on, no matter what I did. It's a big problem because in my business, we do video calls quite often with business owners around the country. I took it in, and not only did they say that they could fix it in a couple of days, which was amazing because Best Buy was quoting 4 to 6 weeks, but they returned it back to me and said the fix was free. It happened to be a loose connection to the charger. Honestly, I was amazed! I really wasn't expecting to hear that the fix was free because you really don't hear that anymore. As quality goes, my phone looks great no complaints there. However, I couldn't help but notice when I received my phone that NFC payments were turned on (I always have it off), my Samsung wallet was recently opened, and my phone was no longer on maintainance mode. I quickly checked my bank accounts to see if anything had been spend and thankfully nothing wasn't but you can't blame me for being speculative. I also had to return to the store for my Sim card which they forgot to put in the phone. read more

I hardly ever leave reviews but felt I should here. Asurion fixed a cracked camera lens cover on my iPhone. When I got home I realized the camera was not working properly. Turned out the camera itself was also damaged. I called Juno at Asurion and he was quick to get my phone back in and fix the camera, no questions asked. Do not take your phone here! I went in for a battery replacement and they damaged my screen while they had it. I didn't notice it until I got home so I called to tell them. They told me they couldn't do anything about it, and I would have to file another claim. This is horrible customer service. Also, they are not open on Sundays even though the website and their phone message says they are. read more

I took a laptop in to see if it could be repaired but was told it was not salvageable. They offered to transfer my data off the hard drive for $99 but I declined. I picked up my computer and a few months later asked my son to take out the hard drive so I could dispose of it. When he opened the laptop the hard drive and several other parts were missing. I contacted the corporate office and was told this wasn't unusual and it's no big deal but they were very sorry. So BEWARE when taking in your computer for repair. Find a company that is reputable and won't steal parts off your computer. read more

I had a broken back glass replaced last month, and now one of the cameras was not focusing correctly. I dropped my phone off and they told me to expect it to be finished by 3, which was about three hours. I came back a little after 3 and they said it's still had to go through some testing, but it actually appeared that they had not even done the repair yet. I ended up having to wait for another hour until it was finished. However, they did fix it and it was done in the same day. They need to work on being able to contact you and let you know when the phone is actually ready. they repaired it under warranty with no additional charge, and it appears to be working now, so I'm happy. read more

My phone repair was completed while I visited a shop next door in the center--probably less than 30 minutes. They also threw in a free screen protector (the ad I found was for $74.99 + 10% off when you book online, uBreakiFix charged me $70 and threw in the screen protector which was very nice of them :)!). I took my ipad by because it just would not come on. I googled solutions but none worked. After working off and on for two days trying to solve my problem, I took it to Best Buy because I have a Geek Squad repair plan. I did not have an appointment but eventually got worked in. The young Geek told me it appeared to need charging . I told her I had tried that over night. She said she just didn't know. I took it to uBreakiFix, and dropped it off. There is no fee for checking out the problem. The next morning, they called me and said my motherboard was gone. I told them to recycle it. Took my laptop and asked them to run a scan or antivirus software to help clear up a minor problem. Bottom line, they ended up replacing my hard drive and an updated version of Microsoft Windows. Didn't work to solve the problem and only caused more. The only upside was that they didn't charge for the hard drive and reimbursed me for the windows upgrade. Lousy communication and it appears that they don't know how to fix a laptop problem. Don't recommend you bringing your computer issues to these guys. read more

Worst experience EVER. iPhone needed backed up and worthless temp files cleaned. Dropped it off at closing time. I had to call them at 1:00 the next day and ask for status. Just finished... So I picked it up. They put someone else's data on my phone. Contacts, texts, pictures the whole works. Made me wonder where my data went, hmmmm. Took them another 2 hours to fix it. Got home and noticed only current "pictures" were there, rest were gone. Called back and they said they had already deleted them. WORST experience ever. BEWARE. read more

Can't write a full review yet because I made appointment on Fri at 10:00 AM. Was told there was a good chance I would get it in a few hours. Was told if it was going to be longer they would call at 1:00. I finally called them at 4:00 and guy told me he can't tell me anything yet it is being looked at and someone would call me back. Well next day Saturday I called them AGAIN at 1:00. I was told they had 2 batteries in stock for my iPad in stock but both are cracked. Was told he would call other assurions and locate one or have one over nighted. I called on Sunday and they didn't get battery in on Saturday. We'll today Tuesday I called and was left on hold for 15 min, a lady told me battery hadn't come in yet. I asked if it had been over nighted on Saturday. She said yes. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Took 2 iPhones 11's in to get repaired and I was required to use them due to insurance company. This location screwed up my claim. Refused to repair the phones and reinstalled the broken screens on the wrong phones. After getting 1/2 way home we learned that the phones are know actually broken and instead of an insurance claim for broken screens I get to pay $400 to replace the entire phone. Don't bring your phones here!!!!!! I would give them negative stars if that were an option. read more

I made an appointment and took my phone in for the screen to be fixed. I left my phone with them for 2 hours and when i returned to pick up the "fixed" phone, I received a phone with a new screen yes, but with a charging port that no longer worked. I had charged it fully that morning just hours before i dropped it off. I now have to call an insurance company and have them (hopefully) send me another phone to replace the one THEY BROKE. I highly suggest not taking your electronics here, but thats only if you want them to work properly afterwards. read more
