I think this happened once here but usually they are slow enough I can get help with my phone pronto. I was in yesterday (a Saturday) and got help immediately. I got a new Android and had some trouble getting it set up. An associate got my phone working very quickly and was nice and friendly the whole time with me on it. I have also paid my monthly bill here a few times too. While they don't have an automatic machine that takes your payment( which is even more convenient, there is one at the Harmony and College location) the staff will take it and apply it to your account.

Then in May I received another bill and was told I left in the middle of the cycle, pd the bill. THEN got another bill for June for $47+. Every time I called cs I was told I had to go to the store! 5 times I've been to a store. Twice on E Harmony and now today 3 times to Council Tree. The guy that talked to me was SO rude! His first question was what do you want me to do about it?! You have been here so many times and we tell you the same thing every time! The cs rep on the ph told me to go to the store! This guy waited on me the 2nd time I was in ther and he was rude that day also. Today he told me I was rude and demanding and yelling at him! I DID NOT yell and I was not demanding- he asked what he supposed to do so I told I needed him to call customer service and verify my I'd. He refused and told me if I said another word he would have me thrown out of the store and they would refuse me service! He dialed cs and I was there for 53 minutes on hold and talking to cs. The clerk told me Saturday is his last day! I said that's good, you don't like your job you need a new one. He refused to give me his name.... If I have to go to a store again I'll find a new one! Now they are threatening me with collections for $66+. If I owe it I'll pay it but I don't believe I do!

We had little experience with buying a new phone, and they were very nice except for that. When we came back an hour later everything was already on the phone, again without any prices being stated until a very expensive bill came back later. We ended up calling and getting it refunded, but it is weird and they seemed very irritated. We were never given a box for the case and they said for that reason it couldn't be refunded, but it worked out. In the future I think it would be valuable to at least ask the customer if they are interested in adding additional things for the phone instead of just doing it without disclosing any prices. Especially in an area with a lot of young adults needing help.

The manager Anthony and 2 of the other guys helped me and we're very kind because I didn't know what I was doing and I was so frustrated. I did have to call customer service overseas tonight but I was so lucky I got another nice person on the phone and she helped me to do it get it all set up at my house... Having all the instructions from Anthony really helped a lot I didn't feel like I was in the dark with the lady helping me and everything kind of fell into place...

They did a good job fixing my phone. They did let me know of some other things that were wrong inside but i opted to not worry about it. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Once they got the part, they called me to let me know it was in. I brought my phone in an it took 2 hours to get my phone done. So quick service. Only reason for 4 stars is that price seemed a little high

who loves breaking their phone?! Not I! I cracked the screen…read moreon my iPhone, so here I am. I dropped it off w no appointment a little after 11am yesterday and it was ready by 3pm. Screens are pricey but cheaper here than through Apple. My total for a new screen was $230 on an iPhone Xs Max. While pricey, it's still cheaper than a new phone. ‍ Customer service is fine and had no issues.

I came back at 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another hour. I waited at the store for ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours only to be told that they installed the wrong screen and I need to leave me phone until Monday so they could install the correct screen. I said absolutely not, and they told me they cannot let me leave with the screen they installed. I said fine, and they were supposed to put back my old cracked one. For whatever reason, they did not put back the old one and I was told to come back first thing Monday (i.e. today). I turned my phone on, and it was missing the S Pen, it said NO SIM - Emergency call only, and it immediately overheated and turned off. I called the store from my husband's phone and was told to leave it off for a bit and the issues would resolve - that it was just because it had been heated up to remove the screen. I left it off for another 2 1/2 hours and still had the same issues. I called again and was told again to come back Monday (today). I came back in first thing this morning and was told it would be 4hours. It has now been 4 1/2 hours. I called and they said it will be another hour. I showed up 1 hr and 20 minutes later to be told the exact same thing - - "We are running diagnostics." I did not get my phone back for another hour and a half. For anyone not wanting to add this up . . . Saturday I was told 2-3 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours to get a BROKEN PHONE back that was not broken beyond an AESTHETIC crack on the screen when I dropped it off. On Monday, my second visit, I was told 4 hours, and it took 7 1/2 hours. While waiting for my phone I got to chat with 8 other customers who had similar OR WORSE stories about this place and their experience. This is completely ridiculous nonsense and the absolute worst business you can go to in my opinion. They give you BS explanations and time frames and don't give a f*** how long they take or if they RUIN your device. I cannot believe any companies (Verizon, Xfinity, Asurion, Verify, etc.) are willing to pay/partner with this business for insurance and warranty claims as, from my experience and in my opinion, this shop is a huge liability. My only piece of advice is to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ** Also, be weary of any 5 star reviews - - based on my experience and what I witnessed with over a dozen other customers today, those reviews are likely not legit.

I switched from Sprint to Verizon and I am so glad I did. The phone service is much better than…read morewhat I had before and the service I received in the store was better as well. This location is one of the only options I have in the area and it was where I went first. We went in the first time to find out what we needed to do to get switched over. We were connected with a staff member, Willy, who immediately gave me his phone number and told me what I needed to do and to contact him for an appointment as soon as things were lined up. I did that. Once we came in for the whole shebang, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. The phone stuff was fairly easy and Willy took care of everything. The only part I wished was better was that it seemed a little rushed and I wish I had more explained to me about the bill and what I needed to do to get the discounts I was promised. I don't think it was intentional and I realize I was keeping Willy past his scheduled time for work...on that note, he was very gracious with his time. I will continue to come to this store since I have had only positive experiences thus far. So glad to be with Verizon and no longer with Sprint. Thanks Willy!
