    Wish there were a less than -ZERO- star option. Terrible terrible experience with Xfinity, trying to start up service with Mobile. One entire week waiting, and about 5hrs on the phone...still with no resolution. Why should I have to try so hard to buy a service? Corporate policy to throw untested agents with accents so think they are not understandable AT ALL to the wolves in their failed version of 'Customer Service' is a damaging disservice to them...and a bird-filp to customers! Not to be outdone, though...the 'Xfinity Assistant' is a laughable joke and worthless. But Xfinity could care less about either...riding high on obscene $45.6Bn 2023 profits. "Let Them Eat Cake" says the logo on CEO Brian Roberts' t-shirt. Probably. Comcast/Xfinity is one of the most consistently hated companies in America. I understand why now, but they could give a hoot. Instead of striving to do better by investing some of their billions into helping customers deal with issues -COMCAST/XFINITY- themselves caused, unconcerned shareholders are opening escrow for their sixth vacation home or walking into a Ferrari dealership. Calling tomorrow to put an end to my suffering, and the process of signing up with Xfinity Mobile. It is VERY apparent it can't handle simple tasks...and is unforgivable how they thumb their nose at the customers that have made them a billion-dollar corporation.

    I switched from Sprint to Verizon and I am so glad I did. The phone service is much better than…read morewhat I had before and the service I received in the store was better as well. This location is one of the only options I have in the area and it was where I went first. We went in the first time to find out what we needed to do to get switched over. We were connected with a staff member, Willy, who immediately gave me his phone number and told me what I needed to do and to contact him for an appointment as soon as things were lined up. I did that. Once we came in for the whole shebang, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. The phone stuff was fairly easy and Willy took care of everything. The only part I wished was better was that it seemed a little rushed and I wish I had more explained to me about the bill and what I needed to do to get the discounts I was promised. I don't think it was intentional and I realize I was keeping Willy past his scheduled time for work...on that note, he was very gracious with his time. I will continue to come to this store since I have had only positive experiences thus far. So glad to be with Verizon and no longer with Sprint. Thanks Willy!

    I came in with a cracked screen. Nothing else wrong, no issue functionally, just an annoying crack…read morein my screen. I was told 2-3 hours. I came back at 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another hour. I waited at the store for ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours only to be told that they installed the wrong screen and I need to leave me phone until Monday so they could install the correct screen. I said absolutely not, and they told me they cannot let me leave with the screen they installed. I said fine, and they were supposed to put back my old cracked one. For whatever reason, they did not put back the old one and I was told to come back first thing Monday (i.e. today). I turned my phone on, and it was missing the S Pen, it said NO SIM - Emergency call only, and it immediately overheated and turned off. I called the store from my husband's phone and was told to leave it off for a bit and the issues would resolve - that it was just because it had been heated up to remove the screen. I left it off for another 2 1/2 hours and still had the same issues. I called again and was told again to come back Monday (today). I came back in first thing this morning and was told it would be 4hours. It has now been 4 1/2 hours. I called and they said it will be another hour. I showed up 1 hr and 20 minutes later to be told the exact same thing - - "We are running diagnostics." I did not get my phone back for another hour and a half. For anyone not wanting to add this up . . . Saturday I was told 2-3 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours to get a BROKEN PHONE back that was not broken beyond an AESTHETIC crack on the screen when I dropped it off. On Monday, my second visit, I was told 4 hours, and it took 7 1/2 hours. While waiting for my phone I got to chat with 8 other customers who had similar OR WORSE stories about this place and their experience. This is completely ridiculous nonsense and the absolute worst business you can go to in my opinion. They give you BS explanations and time frames and don't give a f*** how long they take or if they RUIN your device. I cannot believe any companies (Verizon, Xfinity, Asurion, Verify, etc.) are willing to pay/partner with this business for insurance and warranty claims as, from my experience and in my opinion, this shop is a huge liability. My only piece of advice is to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ** Also, be weary of any 5 star reviews - - based on my experience and what I witnessed with over a dozen other customers today, those reviews are likely not legit.

    This T-Mobile store has been one of the better ones that I have been to. I think this happened once here but usually they are slow enough I can get help with my phone pronto. I was in yesterday (a Saturday) and got help immediately. I got a new Android and had some trouble getting it set up. An associate got my phone working very quickly and was nice and friendly the whole time with me on it. I have also paid my monthly bill here a few times too. While they don't have an automatic machine that takes your payment( which is even more convenient, there is one at the Harmony and College location) the staff will take it and apply it to your account.

His first question was what do you want me to do about it?! You have been here so many times and we tell you the same thing every time! The cs rep on the ph told me to go to the store! This guy waited on me the 2nd time I was in ther and he was rude that day also. Today he told me I was rude and demanding and yelling at him! I DID NOT yell and I was not demanding- he asked what he supposed to do so I told I needed him to call customer service and verify my I'd. He refused and told me if I said another word he would have me thrown out of the store and they would refuse me service! He dialed cs and I was there for 53 minutes on hold and talking to cs. The clerk told me Saturday is his last day! I said that's good, you don't like your job you need a new one. He refused to give me his name.... If I have to go to a store again I'll find a new one! Now they are threatening me with collections for $66+. If I owe it I'll pay it but I don't believe I do!
