I first went to the Loveland Verizon store and they said they couldn't help me because they weren't a corporate store?? They said I had to go to the one in FC by the mall. So I went to that store. The worst customer service! The big red headed guy was such a jerk. I had calls made on my phone to Portugal. He couldn't take a few minutes to help me figure that out. Went to AT&T to try to upgrade my wife's phone. Was incredibly expensive, not a good experience, and was pushed to get specific costly upgrades we didn't want or need. After decided to stop by Verizon and see about getting her on my plan. We were helped by Mattea and I could not have asked for a better experience. Incredibly helpful, friendly, and got us exactly what we needed. Found options perfect for our budget that also improved my signal, got me and her an upgrade to the newer iPhone, and got her on my plan all for an affordable price! Mattea was incredibly helpful the entire way through and made it an incredibly easy and comfortable experience while also creating an affordable plan that was exactly what we wanted. I am grateful for the help and will be going back to this location for any other services or upgrades we might need. This Store is by far the worst store for customer service always has been! Tonight I was treated so poorly! The guy who helped me was rude rude rude.,! I came into this store for help shutting off the find my iPhone feature so I could send it into get repaired. The gal told me it was not her problem. She said if I needed a phone right away I would have to go to Best Buy. I have a business account so that is not possible. She was incredibly snotty and unprofessional. I told her I could take my business of 13 years with Verizon somewhere else and she told me to get after it. So guess what, I went to t mobile and my bill was cut in half!! Worst cell phone experience we've ever had. My boyfriend went in yesterday to get him a new phone after switching plans. Rebekah up front (said she wasn't technically employed by that store) was seriously cold and rude the whole time. All of the employees acted like we were a burden and weren't too keen on helping us. I switched from Sprint to Verizon and I am so glad I did. The phone service is much better than what I had before and the service I received in the store was better as well. This location is one of the only options I have in the area and it was where I went first. We went in the first time to find out what we needed to do to get switched over. We were connected with a staff member, Willy, who immediately gave me his phone number and told me what I needed to do and to contact him for an appointment as soon as things were lined up. I did that. Once we came in for the whole shebang, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. The phone stuff was fairly easy and Willy took care of everything. The only part I wished was better was that it seemed a little rushed and I wish I had more explained to me about the bill and what I needed to do to get the discounts I was promised. I don't think it was intentional and I realize I was keeping Willy past his scheduled time for work...on that note, he was very gracious with his time. I will continue to come to this store since I have had only positive experiences thus far. So glad to be with Verizon and no longer with Sprint. Thanks Willy! read more

I needed my 87 year old mothers phone to continue working (they are upgrading the service to 4g). They would not help me unless I brought her in. After 3 stores before - this my 4th visit - they have not helped us - but rather shut her phone off. It only took me 4 hours today to be worse off than when I went in. Wish I was jobless so I would have time to deal with the new problems they created. All my mom wants is for her landline to work (God I hope she does not have a medical emergency and need to call 911) - she pays every month on time. I stopped in to drop off a cable box that was left in my apartment and wasn't even attached to my account. I then needed to acquire several new things (i.e. cable box, wireless internet box, cables, etc.) for an apartment I am about to move into. I was put on a que right away and was called up in about 5-10 minutes. They took about 10-15 minutes to do EVERYTHING. Honestly, it wasn't too busy when I arrived but man the staff is friendly as all get out and works hard to work with you. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I tried to upgrade my phone because my boyfriend did with no issues. I walked in and Todd informed me I needed to be added as an in-store account manager. I called my dad and he promptly did just that. I did not show up as an account manager on Todd's iPad, so I called my dad back and had him speak to customer service per Todd's recommendation. I was in fact an in-store account manager!! WOW! But noooo, not according to Todd and his iPad! Todd was absolutely no help. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Worst customer service. Also, Todd couldn't talk to my father and the customer service rep on the phone because he was scared aw poor Todd, he can't do his job!! This is one of my worst experiences I have ever had in a business. We were looking at possibilities of other cellular networks and talked to TMobile and they offered us a lot! We went to Verizon telling them this information as we have been a customer for over 20 years and they said they would apply a discount for us for not switching to TMobile and match the offer. When gathering the family to upgrade our phones and use the promo and went back to the Verizon store not so helpful or friendly sales rep Joel, told us that he could not do anything and frankly could not care less if we switched carriers as there was simply nothing he could do about this and would not put in the effort to offer anything for customer retention. Joel was mean, rude, and honestly disrespectful. Needless to say unless by some miracle Verizon is able to reach out and do something about this it looks like it's time to switch. I would encourage others to do the same as if Verizon isn't going to honor something that was promised and then lie about it further definitely not a company anyone should go to. read more

I would rate less than one star, if possible. My sales associate seemed competent, but did not follow the Verizon phone exchange properly and sent me away with my new phone as well as a business card for a third party who would probably buy the old phone from me. When I received the first bill I called Customer Service to clarify if/when I'd receive a credit for my final Sprint bill and switching fees. Customer Service had me on the phone when they called the store manager about this; the manager basically called me a liar. Then came the second and very large bill which was charging me for the Hum device. Not for the the service....for the device! I returned the device shortly after receiving it and it did get back into their inventory; they just chose to date the return outside of the two week window, apparently when the device physically arrived at the 'Back of House' location. Use a different store, avoid the Hum, trade in your old phone there and hopefully you will not be fighting with Customer Service for the first two billing cycles. read more

I hate writing poor reviews, however this place truly upset me. I went in, hoping to separate my line from my family. The gentleman helping me was nice enough, however, about halfway through the process he was unable to complete the transaction. Instead of offering to contact customer support at the headquarters, he scribbled some numbers on a business card and said "Call them - good luck" and walked away. Also, unbeknownst to me, he ran my credit. When I confronted him about this, he said "It's a soft credit check, don't worry about it" - NO! It was not, it's now showing as a hard inquiry on my report. They then ran my credit AGAIN from the phone, since the man at the store was unable to tell me exactly what he did or what the issue was. I came to this store while on vacation because we needed help with our Verizon cellphones. We parked in the parking lot. My husband parked and my mom and I jumped out to get a warm coffee before going to Verizon. My husband was sitting in the car with our sleeping baby...before we even got out of the car two different people got out of the car to yell at us for parking in the lot... I have never felt the need to write a review until now. I purchased a phone from Apple and once I received it went into the Verizon store just to get a SIM card to activate it on my account. I have been with Verizon since the early 2000's. I thought it would be the easiest thing. I have two lines on the account. I am the primary on the account and was hooking the new phone up to the main line. Easy. I walked in was greeted by one of the Reps who checked me in. Gave her my info the number I needed the SIM for and then was told to wait, No problem. I waited. While waiting I heard a Rep helping another customer and he was trying to pressure her into some car service that she was repeatedly telling him she wasn't interested in and his response was "so what's gonna happen when you get in a car accident you don't care?'' I was thinking "I hope he doesn't help me". Then once my turn came another Rep came up( thankful it wasn't the car guy), I told him I bought a phone and needed a SIM card. He looked at me very confused and then asked several questions on how I had this phone and where I bought the phone from. After that weird questioning and him seeming to be annoyed he looked up my account told me that I already had a SIM card to it. I responded and told him again I bought a phone from Apple so there should be no SIM card for the primary phone. He told me to hang on and went back to the backroom. He came back put the SIM card in my phone and said good luck. Thinking to myself that's weird i went home. I get home turn on the phone and start the set up. Once I had the phone on IT WAS TO THE SECONDARY NUMBER! He reset everything to the wrong number. Mind you that number was NEVER discussed. Luckily I just called Verizon costumer service and he had to transfer everything back to both phones so that they worked. Hopefully that guy was new. But maybe they should train their sales people on how to interact with customers. read more

While I'm sitting here I have counted four employees literally just standing around, granted they are greeting every customer. But do you really need four?! I bought a pair of tempered glass for my daughter new iPhone 5 and one for my husband phone. The gentlemen that sold me these parts installed one for my daughter iPhone and placed bubbles on it. He first tried to blame it on the phone which I just got it that day, then he tried to blame it on the older cover that I installed. Last, the told me sometime it takes couple hours for the glass to adhere to the phone. Bunch of BS. 'Incompetent' is the magic word. I have never felt the reason to write a bad review until now. I couldn't have had a worse experience. There were people waiting and workers just lounging around. Then the worker typed the wrong code and locked me out of my account for 24 hours. He blamed me for the miscommunication even though I watched his type in the code three types wrong. Our family went in in early June to transfer three existing AT&T phones to Verizon lines. They had a special, the sales guy said, that if we purchased three new iPhones and transferred our lines to them, we would get a $100 per line credit on a future bill. We did that. Stupid us. We didn't get the deal in writing. We just assumed they were on the up and up. Every month that passed, I called the 800 number for customer service and was told "Give it another month" for our credit to appear. Nothing ever appeared. This month (fourth billing cycle since we activated with them), my husband called. He had to ask to speak to a supervisor repeatedly. Finally was connected to one who tells him that there was no such deal going on at the time we activated, and too bad for us. No credit will be forthcoming. So what -- the salesguy lied to us? I have the paper he scratched out our estimated bill on that says $100 bill credit per line. My husband asked her to call this store and see if she could make it right for us. No return call. Apparently, they'll just lie to get new business. I'm shocked this is how they conduct their company. Please don't go here. At least one salesperson is a liar and the corporate group won't honor the deals they offer. My husband went in that evening to ask to speak to a manager. They said a manager would call him. They didn't. The woman at corporate who said she would contact the store and call my husband back, said to expect a call from the local store, but none has happened. We were finally able to receive the promotional credit, but only by going to the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend anyone who can't get restitution from the local store try that. read more
