Came in the other day because my husband was having trouble getting his new phone to update/transfer data. They were a little busy, but we didn't have to wait too long. The store is comfortable with a few places to sit while you wait. We actually ended up getting the problem figured out before we were assisted, but the lady that came over to help was very friendly and ensured we were on the right track. She stayed with us until everything was as it should be and explained why we probably experienced what we did. Great employees! I had a big problem involving multiple phones and plans that another store took three days to not fix. I was immediately impressed by the competence and expertise shown by these guys. Colton knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He and Matthew had the problem resolved in about 20 minutes and sent us away with working phones and SIM cards for the rest of the equipment. Choose another AT&T store, or another carrier entirely. After getting a phone to try the service via AT&T's 1800 number, I decided not to go with the phone due to service coverage and contacted them again via telephone to port my number to another carrier. This was within the 14-day return policy. I was told to return the phone at my convenience to a store (this one happened to be the closest) and the manager, Angelo Archuleta, refused to accept the return. He not only refused to do what I was told to do by his employer, but he was extremely rude and terce about it and refused to provide me with the store number, claiming "they don't have a number". Of course I called the 1800 number and they had no issue issuing me a shipping label after 20 minutes of getting to the right place and now I have to make a trip to the post office to put it in the mail. So, instead of Angelo Archuleta doing his job, I'm now inconvenienced an hour of my time to deal with a situation that would have been dealt with properly by any competent manager. My guess would be he simply didn't want to show a return on his P&L for the day so he decided instead to not follow corporate policy and waste my time. Take your business elsewhere and, if you must use AT&T, go to a higher-regarded store. read more

Visited this store because I needed a new sim card. There were 5 or 6 guys standing around and the one that came over to me took my phone, then turned his back on me to take the cover off. Proceeded to lick the back of my phone and placed the cover back on. Then tried to tell me my phone was shot and I'd need to by a new one, pointing out he had noticed some moisture on the backside. I left there, removed the cover from my phone and wiped his slime off, and headed to the other At & T store at the north end of town. One guy there, a little busy. I tried to get assistance from an employee at the store to unlock my phone so I could switch to another carrier. He seemed very agitated about the fact he even had to speak with me. Very rude and unprofessional. He was of no assistance. This was icing on the cake of horrible reception I have been dealing with in the middle of Fort Collins for over a year now. After spending an hour on the phone with tech support we were told to go to the store. We walked in and explained the issue. At 10 minutes before 6 they started playing "closing time". Turning the volume up every time it said "closing time" while 7 employees stood there staring at us laughing...seriously how rude and unprofessional can you be? Take your money elsewhere, particularly if you live in south east Fort Collins. They sold me a phone that doesn't work in my house because their network sucks, which they admit -- after inking the 2 yr contract. The AT&T "service" person told me that there are a large proportion of houses in my neighborhood that require a microcell--an additional piece of hardware to boost the signal. AT&T's "solution": charge me $200 for a microcell that -- surprise! -- only works for AT&T phones. I'm contractually bound for the time being, but first chance I get, my family and I are dropping AT&T. read more

We recently purchased a phone from this store and asked to pay for it in full, but the salesperson claimed we were not allowed to. We had to buy it on the installment plan and pay it off online when the bill came. When our first bill came, there were several monthly charges on the bill that we had expressly declined in the store. Even after declining the coverages again online later, there were still prorated charges for the services from the date of sale to the cancel date. After multiple calls, I had the charges reversed and learned that this store is a corporate AT&T store--where they are supposed to be trustworthy and transparent. The salesperson lied about being able to buy the phone outright and added the charges anyway. This is fraudulent behavior and we will not return to this store. read more

As a corporation, there's plenty of this I could "go off" on about AT&T. As a corporate owned local store, with an attentive and awesome staff, there's really nothing more you can say about this store other than "Thanks!" They're on top of their game, friendly, and helpful. These folks genuinely want to help take the headache out of purchasing or servicing your phone. I have a grandfathered unlimited plan for my iPhone which is unfortunately no longer offered to new customers. I won't shop at this AT&T store again. I'm out of contract, went to get the Nexus 6 today and i got it. I was told that i'm not "allowed" to buy a phone with out getting an extended warranty and that its AT&T's policy. I'm allowed to cancel this policy within 30 days (i think it was 30), but it is mandatory that i have it when i walk out of the store otherwise they can't sell me the product. So same day i called AT&T to cancel the warranty and told them about my experience. AT&T let me know that this was absolutely NOT their policy. I followed up by going back to the store and talking to a manager who tried to say it was AT&T's policy until i let her know i actually talked to AT&T's customer service about this. At this point she changed her statement that it wasn't AT&T's policy but rather a store policy that they made up. Long story short the issue to me isn't the warranty, its the ethics. This store made up their own policy and tried to represent it as AT&T's Policy which is an absolute lie. I filed a formal complaint with AT&T about how this specific AT&T store is mis-representing the companies policies (probably to pad their extended warranty numbers). I expect the businesses i do business with to be ethical and honest. This store based on the manager and employee statements proved not to be. With all that said... Nexus 6 is great read more

Austin used to work in CA, where I am from. Removed my wife's grandfathered unlimited plan that is not even offered anymore its sheer gold for cell phone plans when his only job was just to upgrade my plan he butchered it. All I wanted was to come in the store and buy an IPHONE Austin will make your cell phone life dreadful. I have had to call in every month since Nov. He moved to this store in CO shortly after he screwed me. After calling his store and asking for his helped he shut me down so fast with epic rudeness and told me he cant help me after denying multiple times that he made a mistake. Co - workers of his in CA where he originally helped me all verified that he made the change and printed out his work order with his employee ID on it so guess what AUSTIN ... YOU DID SCREW UP. I ordered a new iPhone online, made a downpayment on the new plan, and requested pick-up at the Fort Collins AT&T store. They had the phone I ordered, but no record of any of the plan choices or the downpayment. I was told that "the website wasn't supposed to accept orders in December." (?) My sales rep Anthony was very patient and helpful in the time-consuming process of reconstructing the entire transaction from the start. He then helped me get the new phone set up, which I admit I was a little slow with. A rude floor manager came up to our table and while refusing to engage with me, pointedly informed my sales rep that other customers were waiting for him. I could have thrown the iPhone at him. The store is difficult to find (the address baffled my GPS), and parking is extremely tight. I was very glad to get out of there, and I doubt I will re-up with AT&T. What a mess. read more

Yesterday, 9/15/18 we went to the store to get aa new phone and our plan should have increased by $28 for ap hone payment. This morning we got and email that our plan would increase by over $150, with items that we did not ask for. We are now spending a second trip, losing valuable work time to go back to the store, spending time on the phone with ATT customer service to figure out what happened. We are very unhappy, and will be discussing this with a rep of the store and finding out what they are charging us an not explaining. My husband and I have gone to this store for our new phone. We have been AT&T customers for many years and this is the worst customer service we have ever received from AT&T. The manager was rude when I called about a problem with a "free LG pad" that was supposed to be free. She did not offer any explanation or even just an "I'm sorry". Don't go to this store-the sales people do not give you all then info about the merchandise and this can cause problems later. I have had AT&T now for 4 years and I regret renewing 2 years ago. Where I live now the reception gets worse and worse - their answer - "we bought 6 new towers and they will be operational in a few weeks" - sorry but I'm not buying that answer. Why does the reception get worse? Are they tweaking their towers to give better reception somewhere else...yes.... I stopped by the location on Harmony and it's clear they only make $$ when you get a new phone at a "deal" and they hook you back on the hook for 2 more years.....and if you are dropping lots of calls - that sucks - trust me. Come this October I will be leaving AT&T and I won't look back. Shoddy coverage, unflexible phone options unless they hook you for 2 more years. This was honestly my WORST experience at a phone store. I spoke with a customer service rep named "Anthony." If he greets you to help you- RUN AWAY. He tried to patronize me and would not tell me the process to do what I wanted to know. He only told me how it wasn't possible. He also flip-flopped on AT&T policies throughout the conversation. I have never wanted to complain about service, but honestly he sucked!!! He has one job: customer service. And he's incompetent at that. I left the store angry and I didn't even know how to accomplish what I wanted. This is the worst way to leave a business. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I haven't been very happy with their service in the past but tolerated it. Finally decided to cancel service and could not get any satisfaction over the phone because apparently that particular dept was closed on weekends (Really?) Went to this store about 6pm on Saturday Walked into employees throwing around something like a ball, don't know if was actually one. Continued while I was in there, laughing at each other like a bunch of kids. Explained situation to an employee and was told there was nothing they could do. Told employee needed to find out a way to do something as I was having eye surgery at 6am on Monday. Told me to come in after my surgery. Do I even have to explain how clueless this person was? My bill was over $120.00 MORE a month for 2 phones and 2 ipads. Did not even try to keep my business and have been a customer for several years. To add insult to injury I finally got customer service on the phone the next day. My bill had just cut. Asked if they bill in advance which she said they did. Asked about credit back and she said "AT&T does not issue adjustments for cancelled service". So stuck with a $182.00 bill for cancelled service. INSANE. So glad to be rid of them. My contract had expired a year ago and phones and ipads were fully paid for and this is what I was dealing with. Xfinity store (everything I have is Comcast) spent several hours trying to get At&t to unlock my phones. Even though I had requested it several days before they never did. Now have two phones through Xfinity (Verizon) for less than $60.00 a month. One unlimited for $45.00 and 1 for $12.00 for 1 gig as my husband doesn't really use his phone. No contract can switch gigs as needed. Get a clue AT&T. read more

Never go with AT & T. I have been with company for over 25 years. I have a new S6. Since I have had this phone it has been dropping calls. Got a booster for the house and it still drops calls. They refuse to let me out of the contract even with a faulty phone. I have learned the I6 has problems and they know this. Stay away from this company. Period. read more
