    My wife and I have had AT&T for 5 years now. No complaints that I wouldn't have for any of the other major cell providers as well.

Will was helping me and he was horrible I explained my situation multiple times and it took almost two hours to get a new phone with him constantly trying to upsell me (my battery crapped out and my phone that broke was only one year old and 8 days outside of my one year warranty) he kept telling me about promos and I kept politely declining because I just needed a working phone after traveling. Turns out even though I declined promos like a Netflix and HBO combo I still got charged for them, he didn't listen to a word I said and was just trying to make money. Very disappointed I'll be continuing to go to the Verizon store off of college ave they have never disappointed me there and Will at this location doesn't care about what the customer wants, he just wants to make commission.

They connected our internet to some random number that then was connected to someone else's account. When we went to try to fix it we were told we could only make changes through the corporate verizon store. Went to corporate Verizon store and they told us this store had never actually set up the equipment they gave us and that we had to go cancel our order through this location since they had messed it up so badly. After not actually helping us set up anything we were told they could not refund us our set up fee. After spending multiple hours here trying to figure out the mess they created, we we not refunded any money and were given the run around by multiple employee the manager being worst of all. I came back at 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another hour. I waited at the store for ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours only to be told that they installed the wrong screen and I need to leave me phone until Monday so they could install the correct screen. I said absolutely not, and they told me they cannot let me leave with the screen they installed. I said fine, and they were supposed to put back my old cracked one. For whatever reason, they did not put back the old one and I was told to come back first thing Monday (i.e. today). I turned my phone on, and it was missing the S Pen, it said NO SIM - Emergency call only, and it immediately overheated and turned off. I called the store from my husband's phone and was told to leave it off for a bit and the issues would resolve - that it was just because it had been heated up to remove the screen. I left it off for another 2 1/2 hours and still had the same issues. I called again and was told again to come back Monday (today). I came back in first thing this morning and was told it would be 4hours. It has now been 4 1/2 hours. I called and they said it will be another hour. I showed up 1 hr and 20 minutes later to be told the exact same thing - - "We are running diagnostics." I did not get my phone back for another hour and a half. For anyone not wanting to add this up . . . Saturday I was told 2-3 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours to get a BROKEN PHONE back that was not broken beyond an AESTHETIC crack on the screen when I dropped it off. On Monday, my second visit, I was told 4 hours, and it took 7 1/2 hours. While waiting for my phone I got to chat with 8 other customers who had similar OR WORSE stories about this place and their experience. This is completely ridiculous nonsense and the absolute worst business you can go to in my opinion. They give you BS explanations and time frames and don't give a f*** how long they take or if they RUIN your device. I cannot believe any companies (Verizon, Xfinity, Asurion, Verify, etc.) are willing to pay/partner with this business for insurance and warranty claims as, from my experience and in my opinion, this shop is a huge liability. My only piece of advice is to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ** Also, be weary of any 5 star reviews - - based on my experience and what I witnessed with over a dozen other customers today, those reviews are likely not legit.

I had been an ATT customer for over a decade before that and had never made changes to my plan during that time. As I am on a family plan and don't pay the bill directly through the website, I didn't know I was being charged for this for almost 2 years (totaling $600). When I logged in to add a new line for my son I became aware of these charges. Now I have to file a fraud claim with ATT. My husband upgraded his phone through the website not long after I did and these add-ons weren't changed on his line. BEWARE if you upgrade in store that you aren't signed up for services you did not consent to. I have called customer service twice (good luck getting through unless you say "Cancel service"), filed two fraud claims, and ATT won't do anything and say it is the store's responsibility. They claim it isn't their problem anymore. I have filed complaints with the FTC and FCC.
