Went to get a new line. They checked me in then ignored me. Three reps hudded up in the corner and laughing and joking watching something on their phones. I was the only one that needed help and they did not give me any respect and ignored me. I am at Sprint now changing my service and getting a new line I wanted. Very poor customer service. read more
