Aiden was great, super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful beyond the call of the hourly employee. The other guy, Ronan, made me want to throw up in someone else's mouth with his weird, fake, upselling nonsense. He was a district manager who also spoke unprofessionally with his coworkers as soon as Aiden left the store. Went to the ATT store on Gladiolus this morning because while doing data transfer from my old iphone to a new one I got through a rep at Walmart , my cellular account got stuck in limbo (so I couldn't call from either phone). Semaj was great at helping me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. He also told me that there was a promo where I could get additional devices free if I signed up for service on those devices. It worked for me so I opted for the promo. My experience was great. I am very appreciative. The last time I went to this store was 3 years ago (different staff member) and that was also a positive experience. read more

Jason was the best agent ever. He greeted us with a smile, happy to help. We explained the problem with trying to SYNC Apple devices. He researched the problem and gave us all the suggestions to correct the problem. We have to go home to download the latest upgrades before we can see if the suggestions work. Jason is definitely an asset to the store and the business. He has patience and was very polite. I will recommend anyone to ask for Jason upon entering the store. read more

In January your Gladiolus store had a girl sitting at the desk that sent me to you break I fix to transfer my contacts to my new phone, I received for Christmas. Biggest ripoff i ever got was done at this store. Went to get an iphone 11, and store associates convinced me and my wife to trade in our iphone 7 (that we were giving to our daughter) for a $300 credit in new phone installments. Well the store took my phone, and after 3 month of not seeing any credit is when i called att to find out that in order for me to get the credit i had to be in a unlimited plan. I was never told that, so ended up without my old phone back or any credit and this con artist at the store they recognize their mistake on their end but all they can do is a $60 dollar credit for my 3 month fiasco! Go to coconut point att or dani drive. Dont waste your time with this idiots. read more

Came into this store while on vacation, there were two people working and a line of 5-6 customers. Once I was finally helped, Andrew basically wiped my sim card "clean" with his shirt and then reset network settings... in the process he attempted to push me out the door saying "everything SHOULD be all good" (while the previous customer came back in, because she didn't know how to use her new phone, and he 'helped' her while making me wait longer) When I asked what he meant by "should" he said that was all he could do and the problem should be fixed. Not very reassuring. I let him know that the stores in Chicago were better suited for serving customers. If the problem continues, I will call corporate instead of coming back to this store. Poor customer service. Andrew was not helpful, while the other employee made inappropriate faces at customers... do better next time AT&T read more

I purchased a $30 glass phone screen protecter here last week. In less that two days by gently setting it on a table it cracked on the side. Unsatisfied I took it back in to get a refund stating that it breaks to easily and I would rather buy a case instead of buying a new screen protector every week. They said they would not return my money. They did offer to take the price of a screen protector off a case and I would pay the difference.....so they can only refund my money if I buy some thing else off them that could also possibly break in two days. This is my first and last time buying anything other than a phone from AT&T. I would not recommend buying accessories here. Two stars only because the man who actually put it on my phone that day was very pleasant. read more

You got to be kidding with giving this place more then one star. Been there a few times and always had poor service. Anyone I've mentioned this place to usually rolls there eyes and never goes back. Rude and "better then you attitude" is usually the drill. I'm sure one can get lucky and hit on a good sales person,just stay away from the manager. By unpopular vote he seems to be the problem. Go to the At&t run one on Rt.41 and skip the franchise run one on Gladiolus. Nothing personal here I just hate poor service. read more
