First off it is now called Cyber Haven. If you can go anywhere else I would highly recommend that. I know there is not much, if any competition in Ft Smith so if you can go to Tulsa or Fayetteville, do that instead. They had my laptop for 5 weeks and never a call or anything. They couldn't fix the issue and wanted to sell me a fix that would have cost as much as a new laptop. Plus the only progress I would get from them was when I had to go in there and ask about it. Had to wait in line for a little over an hour to drop off my phone for repairs since there is only one person helping customers. Went back the next day to get my phone, there was 11 people in line, the person in front of me stated they had already been waiting 1.5 hours. I went inside to see what was going on. One person helping customers and even on a pick up you have to wait over 2 hours in line to get your phone back. I was stressed with a cellphone that wouldn't charge and flight to catch. I walked in just a few minutes after they opened and there were 3 service reps and each had a client. Within a couple minutes another rep came from the back and asked what I needed. I was gravely concerned that things wouldn't resolved quickly. The guy immediately spoke to calm me. He took a tiny tool the size of a paper clip and cleaned the jack. Within three minutes It was done. The charge, zip, nada, no charge! Who does that? One of the customers being helped while I was there didn't have to pay either. I was referred by a client who also had free "quick fix". What a great operation! First and foremost BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Unless you are a tech person and know exactly what to say to their team do NOT bring your device to them. I have had nothing but heart ache and countless troubles with the Fort Smith Location. They have a very friendly manager. However, the buck as they say stops there. I have had three different iPhone devices worked on at this location, and had subsequent issues with each an every one of them. I then switched over to their competitor because of all of the hassles. I received a text from them advertising a 20% discount for returning members. I decided to give it a try.... Had ALL of the normal issues with Gadget Grave, Long wait, rude techs, and a team that can NOT fully communicate. However, I needed a screen replaced. So I did so. While there, the manager advised me that things would be much better, as they were being bought out by their competitor. With cautious apprehension, I brought my laptop to them versus the Geek Squad, obviously to save a little cash. HUGE, HUGE, HUGE mistake. I took it in with only an issue with the screen. I then receive a call from a tech letting me know that cost alone was going to be $249. When I said never mind on the repair he advised that he could "Drop" it to $189. REALLY? So way overcharge and see if the person will bite? Saddening..... I advised go ahead and replace. They then called me back and said that my "Operating System" failed and it needed to be replaced. Well at their mercy I advised to go ahead for another $99. Needless to say $314 later....Basically cost of new laptop, I get my laptop back. I plug it in, and learn after the fact that they have completely erased my entire Microsoft Office Professional. I do not have my account for Microsoft, and will now therefore have to purchase a new account for $189..... If this were the case from the Onset, Communication from them regarding this would have prevented me from having them do the repair and simply pay the little extra for Geek Squad to help me. The price is reasonable than sending it to Sony and paying a hefty price and wait for 2 weeks to get your PS3 repaired while Gadget Grave took about 5 or 6 days to get it repaired. Seriously? I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6 Plus. I called ahead to make sure they had the battery. They said they did and it would cost $50. I show up the following day. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. They then took my phone and said it would be ready in 4 hours. 4 hours later I arrived and they said they had run out of batteries. Now they never called me to tell me they ran out in the 4 hours they had my phone and had not done anything to it. The representative said the batteries were coming from the warehouse and would be ready an hour and 45 minutes later. Then they called an hour later to tell me that no batteries would be coming in today and that they were not even sure my phone needed a battery. I returned 45 minutes later and retained a refund and will not return. read more

Recently used GG for the second time in two years. In 2014, I experienced some problems with my MacBook Pro while visiting my hometown of Fort Smith. The short story is that GG promptly identified the problem, replaced the necessary hardware with an upgraded unit, and returned the MacBook to me in a prompt manner. I would say I was charged a fair price but it was in fact a steal for the diagnosis and repair/upgrade. This last month my 2011 model MacBook Pro finally bit the dust. I chose to mail it to GG from my current home in NC because of the previous exceptional experience I had with them. The issue was quickly diagnosed (it's a goner). Frank pulled my hard drive and placed it in an external hard enclosure and had it in the mail with a tracking number in record time. GG also paid for shipping back to me. Despite the dismal prognosis, my computer still required labor for diagnosis and packaging up my hard drive. Nevertheless, my bill was rock bottom with professional and expedient service. I have known the GG owner since high school, and am impressed with his work. I consider him a friend but I would not say we are close enough that he owes me a great deal or preferential treatment. In fact, most of my communication has been with other GG staff who knows me only as a customer. They have been exceedingly professional at every turn, and I believe their service to be very high-caliber, expedient, and very competitively priced. I have, and will continue to, recommend GG to friends and family, without reservation. read more

Took an iPhone here to get the screen replaced and had a horrible experience. One of the workers, Alex Gordon, called and said that he could back up all my photos (almost 1,000 photos) and contacts and notes before doing a factory restore of my phone (which was needed to update my iOS and thus to replace the screen). I asked if I could get all my pics back, and he said Yes, and that he would put them on a hard drive. So he replaced the screen and restored my phone, but now gone are all my contacts, 3 years worth of notes and 3 years worth of pics!!! The only photos on the hard drive were from 2012! On top of this, they charged me 70 bucks for the repair and an additional 20 for the backup and flash drive! I returned a day later to see if they could possibly do a data recovery for my deleted photos (Bc I never backed it up to iCloud or iTunes), and Alex hid in the back while one of the front desk workers struggled to tell me that there was nothing they could do. He even went in the back to ask Alex, who still couldn't even come out to tell us face to face. This place is a hot mess and their technicians are not that savvy with poor customer service and overcharged prices. I would recommend seeing phone doctors or best buy over these guys. I'm never returning here again. read more

I went in to take my iPad for repair and remembered that I had my broken remote for an electronic price sign in my pocket that I was going to take to a sign company to fix.
