The first time everything seemed fine, then I found that Siri wasn't working and nobody could hear me on speakerphone conversations. After research I found a forum suggesting improper placement of an adhesive strip where the microphone for Siri and speakerphone conversations is. This wrongful placement of adhesive was done by the MANUFACTURER of the replacement screen. All that was done to rectify this issue was the technician removed the adhesive with complete disregard for the adhesives purpose...rather than re-aligning the adhesive or finding a replacement screen that didn't need to have the adhesive re-aligned. Management was notified and I was offered a 50% discount to have it replaced again. WHAT??! That's bananas! This store doesn't care for the quality of product they sell and very clearly doesn't care for its customers or reputation.

So, when they mess up your bill in ways that baffles even the corporate locations just know that they don't have the knowledge or capability to undo any of it. I came in to upgrade two phones back in May roughly which was easy enough. However, they had a promo on apple watches that was quite appealing. I went ahead and added another line to get the apple watch promo for .99. Unfortunately, the watch sent to me was not the watch I wanted so I left it in its unopened box to take into the store. Instead of simply exchanging my watch for the watch I wanted and putting it on the current data plan the woman decided to open yet another new line and tie the watch to that account. Somehow, she managed to tie the IMEI for my ONE watch to BOTH data plans. I have been paying for the SAME watch on two separate data plans and installment plans. What makes all of this even better is that the STORE MANAGER DAVID yes DAVID the head honcho for this particular store. He told me week after week that he was working on a solution... that he would call me back... that he had my information... that the woman that handled these sorts of problems was on vacation. Maybe if David had been honest with me in the fact that he couldn't be bothered with an issue HIS employee created I would be a little less upset. Instead, I got strung along and charged for another two months for this non-existent watch. When the customer service line told them what they could do to remedy the situation I got to hear them refuse as it would hurt their bottom line. I have never been so disgusted with a particular location let alone an entire company. Please save yourself the headache and stay far FAR away from this store. I have had my phone shut off twice in the 10 months I've had service. The first was within 2 weeks, when they decided to add me to someone's account, no one I knew. So without their PIN I was powerless. They wanted to then charge me $20 to fix their error & put me back on my own account. No one at the retail location can assist, so you have to speak with barely English speaking reps, explain yourself numerous times, only to still not have it resolved. Now the phone doesn't work, which the retail location determined there was no damage to the phone, but I could send it to Cricket & they would replace it within 2 days. Not true. I would have to buy another phone for that. I have to pay to ship it, via UPS, they will then determine if I damaged it or not (I don't trust them), then they'll mail a new phone back to me if they decide it's covered under warranty. This can take 7-10 business days. Neither time I've been without service was, or will be credited, I still have to pay for service I don't have & be without my phone (which is my sole line for work), oh, and my monthly bill is increasing next month. No thanks! The retail locations are only meant for new service. They cannot assist with any troubleshooting, or repairs. Nor do they work directly for Cricket. Bottom line, unless you have absolutely no problems with your phone, EVER, stay away from this carrier.
