The staff in this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always letting me know about specials they have without shoving it down my throat. I have dealt with Janebry several times when doing phone upgrades and other business. She is a very good sales person, not pushy but informative. She is very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely go back to this store for advice on upgrades to my TMobile service. Very happy with this establishment. Helpful and friendly staff. My experience with this store was good. The staff that I interacted with were friendly, polite, professional. They were able to direct me to the appropriate entities that could help resolve some issues. What I appreciate was their honesty about policy and procedure while acknowledging that There will be instances where considerations can be applied. At one point, I did call the customer service line which routed me to an overseas call center. I realize they are also people doing their jobs but the culture barrier is difficult to overcome. Add to the fact that the agents there basically just follow algorithms in front of the screen and are trained to say yes or no. If you ask for a supervisor, you are met with "they will tell you the same thing" and make you wait or do their best to stall until you, dear caller, are tired and worn out. If by chance you have the patience to endure, good luck with it because they will hang up on you. Our phones now have the capability to record, by all means use it! If the prompt says "for training purposes, this call may recorded", then You as the consumer should do the same, for "my own protection" purposes. On top of this, I do not appreciate the blame put on the stores. It reflects badly on an organization when your agents throw each other under the bus. All in all, I would do business with this particular store and specific staff again but I will try all means necessary not to get routed to the overseas call center. On Feb 23 2022 TMobile charged me for a prepaid service without my permission. I've been battling with this issue for almost a month. I've called (the Philippines) customer service, obviously nothing was done... I've gone into this specific store 4 different times for the same thing. Everyone just says wait a few more days. Wait a few more days. There's a black and white blob clown who's always just leaning into her work station. Hardly moves. Barely speaks words... And the ultimate kicker is the tranny with an attitude problem.. she stood in front of me and stared into my face tapping her screen with the tips of her 5 inch fingernails as of I was supposed to believe she was actually ironing my account. So, from one gay person to another, I said "come on queen, I can see your screen and you've not even pulled up the account profile program". She then had the audacity to basically run me out of the store on some trans agenda butt hurt hissy fit about being called queen, even though queen runs outta "her" mouth like water from a leaking faucet. Lazy ass people work here.. So I went to the other t mobile store by the Popeyes on 85/87 and the issue was resolved in 4 minutes flat. I don't care what gender you are, or what color/race you mark on applications. Shitty service is shitty service, and everyone except the skinny white girl who works at this specific store is the epitome of lazy, conceited, arrogant, snot nosed millennials acting like they're too good to do their job. Like their prices but customer service is awful. I was told at 3 different stores that I couldn't use my phone because I didn't know my Apple ID on the phone I could never get Apple to unlock it. Not true. If you have proof that the phone is your phone Apple will unlock it.. may not be able to do it by calling or submitting proof on line but you can get it done in the store. read more

The staff was very friendly, but I was given the wrong information about my account. I decided to visit a brick and mortar store instead of calling just incase I needed to get a new phone. I had gotten an email a couple of weeks back stating my lease for my phone would be up at the end of January and I either needed to use the Jump! option and upgrade to a new phone or pay off the balance of the phone I currently have by January 22nd. The gentleman that helped me said that was not the case, I would still be making the monthly payments until the amount owed was paid off. No problem, I wasn't worried about getting a new phone anyway. Fast forward to 2 days ago...I get another text message saying I needed to upgrade or the remaining balance will be on my next statement. I decided to use the "chat" option on the website. They verified that, yes I either need to pay off the amount owed on my next bill or upgrade. Unfortunately I cannot pay off the phone on my next bill, so now I need to make it to another store to upgrade my phone. I'm frustrated because if the gentleman at the store would have looked into my account more than he did, I would have been able to take care of everything right then. read more

These guys are BOMB. SUPER SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACKNOWLEDGEABLE‼‼‼ The co manager an his team helped us get the phones we wanted at the best price possible. An some goodies. It was a little but of a process but they were super consistent never took their attention off of us while still letting other customers know theyll be with them as soon as possible. Clean store. Theyre definitely on top of their game. If your lookin for a new phone with good service an a good experience while spending hard earned money. Definitely go check these guys out. read more
