No place to write a Review on the company. Not the store !!' Worse company ever!!! I left them june 5 like they said. U wont be charged if u leave by the 5th. BUT they still took 144 dollars out if my checking account. Without my permission. !! Stating Now. Well thats from may 3 to June 3. Now they changed their story !!' Today i received a urgent call. Maybe a spam says urgent call ATT. I dont Hv ATT !' Thank GOD !!!! I hv MANY complaints about ATT !! So much money lost with this company !! One hr every month arguing about bill . Terrible Service, i was told i was gonna get intallation in november and it was not done until mid December. My service is now Disconnected because they made a mistake and did not merge my accounts like they said they would to get my discount. Ive called the number for att ending in 2020 and they are closed everyday! They just say sorry but this line is disconnected. I call these guys at 2pm and says they closed to. Came in today to upgrade my phone. Mask are required upon entry. We were greeted at the door and it was a pleasant surprise that they were not busy on a Saturday evening. Armando was the sales rep that assisted me. I've been going to many other At&t stores/ location and each time I've just had a frustrating experience and it was great to be somewhere, where they actually know what they are doing and what they are talking about. This location is corporate. I've had so many questions about the nurse discounts/First net program and each time I was told different things at different location. This place gave me that peace of mind and my questions were all answered. I was 2 days late of the the trade-in deals they were offering but no big deal. I came out a satisfied customer with a brand new iphone pro max and a 6 series watch with one of the best plan/network! The whole process was smooth. I would definitely come here again. I had a great experience and the customer service was wonderful. read more

Do not go to this store. Bought an Apple Series 6 watch for my wife for Valentine's Day under a promotion. 10 months later still waiting for the credits. Come to find out that there was never any services on the watch and they won't credit me my payments and the bill. Only option is to return the device and get a refund. I had a problem with my iphone not turning on and I thought it was damaged and needed replacement. We had insurance plan with Asurion. We went to the store on Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis CA and the staff did not know how to handle the situation. Worse than that they try to send us to another store. Trying to get read of us!!!. Just one manager help us to fill out a form online. Asurion manage the insurance and that was terrible too. They charged 200 dollars deductible!. Next day my cell phone started working again and I wanted to cancel the claim but it was not possible. They had NOT send the phone and I had to wait 3 days!! to receive NOT a new phone but a "certified restored" which I just needed to send back since this company does not allow to cancel the claim once it is has been started. I called 3 different times to Asurion and one of the times was told that I needed to go to USPS when I had specifically told the person that the return label said UPS. In the USPS office they told me that they could not receive that I had to go to just a postal service for UPS. I called again to give the tracking number after sending the phone back and I am waiting for my deductible to be credit back. Hopefully this is not going to be yet another headache !! read more

3 words to describe this place "IDIOTS WORK HERE", from employees to managers. Went to purchase prepaid phone, they said I can't do it, it's for prepId customers only. I have over 35 lines with At&t . Paying over $1500 a month and they told me to go but from Target. The manager told me they make one time exception but as I told him verbally that I've purchased from AT&T before he said they can't do it, as I asked him to show me on computer where that exception was showing, he started stuttering and I just left upset. Outstanding service from miles away! I found Sergio Avila online through his social media marketing and knew immediately he was someone I could trust w/ my internet service. I reached out to him for information regarding new internet service for my new home and he did an exceptional job walking me through all their deals and offers and helping me choose the plan that was right for my budget. Sergio informed me on all the options available but never made me feel pressured or obligated to buy anything I didn't need or want at the moment. Since I live near Los Angeles and his store is located in Fresno, he helped me over the phone and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Sergio was with me every step of the way from reminding me about my installation appointment, to setting up my online account, and even following up a few days later to make sure my service was working well. He did an outstanding job explaining all the fees associated with my installation and explaining what my first bill would include. He even offered a payment plan to help off set the cost. I cannot recommend Sergio and his excellent customer service enough. Thank you! read more

By far the worst store in the history of stores. Line staff was helpful. But manager Ryan (see previous reviews) seriously needs to learn the definition of customer service. Instead he opted to interrupt, talk down, refuse to accept any responsibility. Basically called me a liar to my face. Stay away from this store at all costs if he is still working there. read more

My wife and I went to this store to upgrade our phones and were very impressed and pleased with the service. We were quickly greeted by the manager Ryan who was friendly and set us up with Yesenia who assisted us. Yesenia provided excellent service and was very patient in answering our endless questions. The manager Ryan saved the day when he was able to figure out why my contacts where not properly transferring to the new phone. He sorted out the problem and was able to successfully transfer all my business contacts which was imperative. I would highly recommend this store and specifically manager Ryan and sales rep Yesenia. read more

I went In yesterday and yesenia helped me she was very nice, I was having problems with my phone and told me if I had any problems continuing I could bring the phone back and swap it out, we'll I kept having problems so I came back today only to be given the run around telling me there was no way they can return the phone even though I was within 14 days that I would have to go to another att store the manager B/RYAN was so rude and he even called another att store and started making up lies to dump his problem out on another store I was so mad he said there was no way I was going to be able to get another phone from him today and that yesenia made a mistake by telling me yesterday that it was going to be possible, they are only nice to you if your buying something but if your having problems they want nothing to do with you, this is one of the worse customer service issues I have had to deal with! Worst experience in my life after going to the store to buy a iPhone 10 decided to keep my iPhone 6 for my daughter was pre paid and only 40 dollars a month with 5 GB data was told with the new phone i could get both phones for 150 a month with 5 GB shared data was OK with that received the new phone 5 days later and was very excited 2 days after that got the new bill not only was it way higher than they told me it would be but they were charging me for a line i didn't even have so some how now my bill was even 45 dollars higher than the day before. went in to complain and told them i would just pay cash for the for the iPhone 10 now the day before i had paid 202 dollars for a 6 day old bill when i paid for the iPhone 10 and asked to have both phone put on pre paid for the much lower price of 80 dollars a month was told by the manager Irma Pimentel i would have to pay another 80 dollars up front i told her i had just paid 202.00 the day before and she got mad so i told her to just return the money for the phone because i was still in their 10 day return policy and she said i would have to go to a corporate store to get a refund when i asked where the corporate store in Fresno was she told me my wife and 3 small children to get out of her store she refused to give me her name and told me she would call the police which was OK with me because she had just taken 1,263.00 dollars from me and turned off both my phones i waited 30 minutes for the police but they never came i googled the corporate store for Fresno and went to the Blackstone location over there they were very polite fixed both my phones to pre paid and i didn't have to pay any additional money the sad part is the manager at the Blackstone store told me the E. Tulare store is a corporate location the manager was a liar and cheat only interested in getting my money not fixing a problem they caused by their lies and deceit read more

Slowest service of all time. They have 5 employees doing nothing and 2 other employees actually helping customers, but the other 5 employees are just talking behind the desk and relaxing. I have been third in line for over 1 hour and haven't move since. All I need is a SIM card for my phone. So I have time to waste and write this review because I'm probably not going to be next until they close. Service sucks!!! Don't come here unless you like to wait. The hospital is faster than this.
