[[HIGHLIGHT]]The guy is really friendly, but it was a rollercoaster of a process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] First, I called and got a quote of $250. He confirmed it would be a screen provided by Apple. I had been calling around to competitors like U-Tec who were quoting Brand New third-party screens from some pretty reputable screen producers for around $270. Because I wanted an Apple screen I went with RepairAll. I visited the location and dropped my tablet off, he told me if I wanted to pay an extra $30 it would be ready the next day otherwise it would be 2 days total. He ended up closing the store for a family emergency for 5 days after I dropped my device off (why would he charge me $30 more for early pick up but no discount for late pick up). After he finally re-opened the store, I went in to pick up my device and it was not ready. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Because they weren't answering their phones I visited the store once in the morning to which he would say "come back later in the day". I would go back later and it wouldnt be ready. This happened for 3 days where I went to the store 2 times a day - wasting my time and my gas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After this fiasco he finally had it ready, but informed me that the device wouldn't turn on. To be fair, it hadn't been charged in a while. He ended up putting on some crappy screen that had a few different issues, but I got it to turn on after he tried up-selling me a new battery. It just needed to be charged for 30 minutes. I called in to get a better screen because this one was absolutely awful which he agreed to. I brought my iPad back in and we went back and forth for another 2 days . I FINALLY got it back with a ... Decent ... Screen. The screen has two blemishes on it, completely not worth what I paid. One near the top with a noticeable amount of dead pixels, and another blemish near the bottom where the pixels aren't the same brightness in a considerably large area. This place offers a year long warranty, but I am honestly afraid to come back here. Even if I had to pay for an entirely new screen I probably wouldn't come back here just to get the warranty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Hey man, if you're reading this - you should really be more considerate to your customers. Call/text with status updates, answer the phone, stick to your commitments, have backup plans, and lastly stop selling these crappy screens that have issues.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When people get their device repaired they wanted it in like-new condition. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES TO REPAIR ALL. I showed up to repair 3/8/26. online it said it was open, but the business looked closed. When I called They said they would arrive shortly, They were running late. Probably the first bad sign. I brought my iPad in later, they told me it would be done possibly by 5 PM that same day. (3/8/26) I called 3/10/26 I was told the glass they had didn't work and they had to order new ones. It would be black not white like my original iPad and it was being worked on that day. I called 3/12 from my mother's phone and finally got an answer and was told my iPad was ready.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I showed up to pick up the iPad, I was told that it would not come on And was asked if I was needing the battery replaced as well... I let them know the iPad was on when I've dropped it off. The gentleman said that he would replace the battery at no cost since it happened on his work table, but it would take a day or two to order the batteries also then fix. And he would hook me up on price for inconvenience. I called over a week later to try and be patient. No answers, left message. I finally receive a text telling me they lost my iPad. While I say this was "my" actually it's mostly my daughters, it was her late grandma's. I used it a lot for my Tattoo business as well. So for over three weeks, I lost money because I couldn't do large tattoos, I lost art I already created, my daughter lost tons of personal memories from her grandmother. And when I went to pick up the iPad today, the gentleman did not stick to what he said in the text messages and did not also give me the cost of what the screen repair would have been $140. When I called questioning the fact that the front door to the store was locked and no one in site, he advised to wait 10 mins as he stepped out to get food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No worries. Once the employee takes a look at my phone and he sees the back of my phone was shattered as well ( as it has been for over a year, I NEVER had an issue with my phone) , he proceeds to explain that the side button, volume bottom and the circle panel on the back of iPhone is all one piece, and he would need to replace the part as a whole ( no problem right) and he quoted 40 or 60 dollars . Then he proceeds to explain that he highly recommends me to fix the back screen as well since there was no warranty if the back panel that he replaces gets damaged from the broken glass on the back of the phone. this would bring my total to $190 after tax. I agree because at least i would leave with a completely fixed phone. The guy says he need an hour and a half. Since I could clearly see he has a large volume of people come in for a repair, I told him id be back in a hour and 45 just to give him that extra time. When I returned back to retrieve my phone, he needed another 20 mins. I give him more time. Once he was done with my phone, he asked for the case to put it on. He also asked to me make sure the phone was working, and all was good to go. I mentioned my screen was not working properly and i wasn't able to click on certain areas on my screen. He claimed it was due to him turning on and off my phone. Instead of going back and forth I paid and went on my day. while trying to make a call in the parking lot, i was unable to do so as i could operate the left side of my screen. When I was looking at my phone, i removed the case and noticed the back screen was not fully on my phone, I walked back in to show the guy. He asked for another 20 mins because he admitted he didn't let the adhesive stay long enough. He asked for another 20 mins. During that time, he advised i now needed mt front screen replaced and that he would do it as a curtesy. So i agree. After he was done, I noticed my front screen was sitting higher off my phone then before or that I've ever seen (since this is not the first times I've had a phone screen repaired and never had this experience) Because at this point It was 7;15PM and i waisted 3:15 mins of my time and i was already upset with this employee I just kept my case on and have been VERY careful with my phone. Yesterday i had my phone in my pocket and pulled it out to use it and my screen was black with lines through it. I am unable to use my phone at all now. My phone wasn't dropped, both screens are perfect condition. When I went to show the guy who fixed it he refused to fix it as he said I brought him back a broken phone and the weren't isn't covered. He offered me free labor and asked me to pay for the part. Impressive! My issue was with a Samsung S21. The screen had gone completely black. I appreciate the replacement part was made with a Samsung certified product. The first time that I went here to fix an iPhone screen, I had the best experience. I dropped my phone off in the morning and was told that it would take a few hours. When I left, about 30 minutes later the tech called me to let me know that the phone was locked, that he would be able to repair it but he wanted to let me know that, I would need to know the Apple ID/password associated with the phone to get back in. I told him that was fine and to proceed with the repair. About 45 minutes later he called to let me know it was done. When I arrived to pay, he gave me an additional 10 dollars off. About a month later (today), being a satisfied customer I took a phone in to repair that had a broken back glass around 11:00am. When I arrived, the tech in the front quoted me 2-3 hours and $120 for the repair but I had a $10 off coupon, making the total $110, which was fine. She verified my number and said she would call as soon as she was done. I waited the rest of the day for my phone to be repaired, expecting a call when it was done. Around 4pm, I got anxious wondering if I missed a call from them. So I called them myself. Come to find out, the guy on the phone told me that the machine was down and has been down all day. *wth* He also said he was waiting for me to call him *wth* so that he could let me know it was broken. I then asked why no one called me earlier to let me know the machine was broken?! Excuses: I'm not sure why she didn't call you, I got really busy, people where coming in and out, I didn't have time. He then proceeded to ask me where in the area did I live. He asked if I could drive down and pick up my phone to take it to their second location in Fresno on Blackstone and Shaw. He said he would give me a discount and that they would have it done within 45 to an hour because he was going to call them to let them know to move me up the list and to charge me $90 for the repair (20 dollar discount). By this time it had been around 5 hours already since I dropped it off. I just needed the phone repaired. So I went to pick it up and drove it to the location on Blackstone (4:30pm). What's another hour, right? Another disappointment: I was then told by the guy he would have it repaired by 7:00pm which was not at all what the guy from the Clovis location told me (big fat lie). Another 2 1/2 hours! This experience has been a total disappointment for me. I am super frustrated, angry, and tired because of the back and forth and the lies I have been told. So as I sit her in the parking lot, trying to calm myself down, it was time to Yelp it and I rarely Yelp, anymore. Word of advice: If you do not have a working machine to provide a service to a paying customer for a broken device that needs the machine to be working, then you need to pick up the phone and give the customer a call to let them know . Let the customer know so that they can have a choice to continue to obtain the service from you or have an adequate amount of time to take their business elsewhere. Don't go here. I had a cracked screen, and a family friend recommended this place for a repair at a good price. I dropped my phone off and it was ready only 30 minutes later. However, the screw at the bottom wasn't completely screwed in for some reason. Also, they installed the screen crooked, so there was an opening between the screen and the metal base at the lower right corner. Also, the proximity sensor no longer worked, so the screen didn't turn off when talking on the phone, as usual. This was not a scenario where parts were faulty or glitchy. Rather, the workmanship was sloppy and careless. I have no interest in having them making further repairs on the phone to correct the mistakes. I asked for a refund and was given an email address to contact. After a full business day, I have not heard from corporate. I will keep pestering them. But there is no way I should be charged $90 for unacceptable work (though the online price will lead you to believe it only costs $70--the webpage makes no mention of that being an online only offer by the way). A simple screen repair has now turned into a huge hassle. If I don't get a response from corporate promptly, I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and asking my credit card company to contest the charge for the careless work done here as there isn't contact information for corporate that can be easily found on their webpage. read more

I went here a few months ago to repair my iPhone 6S , the screen was black but not cracked and I was told it would most likely be the battery so I left it with them and was called back by a younger girl. she was helpful and called me back to say that she replaced the battery with no response so she is going to replace the charging port a total of $200+ to which I said fine do it. I have used this company twice to fix different things on my iPhone 11 promax. The first time, I dropped my phone and broke the camera lens. It only cost $100 for them to replace all three lenses, and the camera worked great after. The second time, I dropped my phone in the pool, but I was able to bring it in to them within 20 minutes of dropping it. The gentleman at the front counter (I believe his name was Volak) was very helpful, patient with me, and was able to dry out most of the phone. He also did not charge me for any of the work he did because I was a repeat customer and it was a quick job, which meant so much to me! My phone stopped recognizing my card but when plugged into my computer an "error" message came up - thankfully I was able to save my files! A tech at RepairALL removed my card and put in one of his cards. My phone recognized it right away therefore "the fix" was a new card. VIOLA! Problem solved! My girlfriend took her iPhone X here to have it fixed. They fixed it. The very next day she was locked out of her phone and was unable to get into her phone. She took it in and they helped her get into her phone but they had to restore it. 2 weeks later her phone screen went completely black. She went back to the store where she supposedly had warranty for a year and they told her she had to buy a new screen if she wanted it fixed .She paid 240$ and they want her to pay 200$ again to have it fixed. The screen didn't work. It was cheap and messed up in 2 weeks. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I'm definitely going to be contacting the better business bureau. Wow all I can say is wow! I went in to get a new battery for my s5, they had one he asked for my phone I took off the protection cover and back panel thinking he wanted to look and insure it was the correct battery. Flipped the old one out slipped the new one in, if it took 10 seconds I'd be very surprised. He handed me back my phone I put the back cover on and then the protection cover. For his 10 seconds of work he charged me $15 !!!! I want a job that pays $1.50 a second! Next time I'll wait the day it would have taken best buy to get it in. Not only saving the $15 service charge but the battery is half the cost I paid here. I gave them 2 stars because they had the battery in stock. This was the most awful experience ever! What a joke of a company. I left my iPad with them to fix a cracked screen. They told me I could have it back in 4 hours. It's a month later and I'm picking up my cracked screen iPad to take it somewhere else. First they said they broke something inside while repairing it and sent it to Sacto for it to be fixed there, we'll it was returned to them saying it wasn't broken but that they had put on the wrong screen so now they need to order a new one which I'll need to pay for without getting a full refund for the 1st one I bought. I felt the two young men sitting at the front who helped me lacked customer service skills. I felt one of the young men was way too cocky for his own good. I unfortunately was told that my screen warranty was void due to a two millimeter surface scratch. When I originally had this screen replaced I was told a very different story regarding my warranty. It's really not about the money. I am fortunate and have plenty. It was insinuated that I was a lier. I don't appreciate my character being questioned. If the warranty was not good or the policy changed, then fine. Just tell the customer that this is what can be done. I am hearing impaired and I explained this to them. Both gentlemen did not look up at me when they spoke to me nor did they attempt to adjust their tone. I don't have time for this kind of bullsh**, especially at my age. I have profound respect within my community. I will not return to the store. I did not say anything to the store personal because I could see a bucket full of excuses happening and I also would have lost my temper if I was insulted again. I found out today that others I know felt the same about the store. So no, I'm not going back. The young men had an air arrogance not appreciated by someone my age, they know it all. Alex and Juana gave excellent guest service. They were professional and informative. I went in looking for a phone case and they suggested a screen protector and an extra phone charger. They put my screen protector on my phone for me and when they saw that the screen protector was not perfect to my liking they did everything they could to perfect it. This is not relevant to the service, but I noticed that the gray chairs had oily head images on the resting pad, it needs to be replaced with wood benches or something so it doesn't collect body oils or germs & is easy to disinfect. I had my iPhone screen replaced about 4 weeks ago. After it was repaired, I was constantly having problems with the screen not being responsive to my finger and just thought it was normal for a repaired phone. I didn't drop the phone, it was actually protected in a nice case. Last week I went to make a call and the screen was fading blue, I made the call and set the phone down. When I picked it up 10 minutes later it was so blue I couldn't recognize any of the apps on the screen. I powered it down, turned it back on and nothing. Then about an hour later it was completely black and could not be used. I took my phone back there and explained the problem. The person behind the counter just blew me off and said, well we can replace it again but I have to charge you?? It was a faulty screen. After arguing with him he said he was going to contact the supervisor to see if there was anything that could be done. I waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes for him to tell me they could replace it and the great deal I was going to get was the same price as all their competitors. So I am supposed to pay them again the same price as if I went to a competitor. Needless to say I took the phone somewhere else and had the screen replaced. It works great now. No problem with the screen being unresponsive anymore. I would suggest you ship elsewhere so you don't have to waste the time and money.. I will definitely be writing reviews on all platforms! First I have to say that the lady who did the work on my phone was a very patient nice person. However I am not happy the way they sold me a product and service without telling me what would happen to my phone after. My iPhone X had a problem of it's LCD and nothing else. The left side of the screen was a vertical light on the edge of the phone. After they replaced the screen, the face ID stopped working. After I went back, they said yeah, they may happen to some iphones. I really wanted to be informed before the giving the service. I asked for all the details but no one told me that might happy. Then after three weeks the screen went off. I went back for using the warranty they gave me for the service, but they showed me a crack on the second layer of the screen and told me that it is definitely a damage because of a very hard fall or hit.I DID NOT FALL IT OR HIT IT HARD. I told them like 10 times, but they kept insisting that it definitely happened. It doesn't make sense that I had the craks out of no where.l, I believe that the material they have used was bad. I had my phone for last 4 years and I'm a very careful person who taking a good care of my phone. I would definitely know if a fall or damage happens!!!! They didn't use good materials and they were kinda rude by keeping telling me that there definitely was a fall or hit or drop. They were kinda telling me that I am lying??? So disappointed, so upset with the service. Then I asked for the old screen back, the one they replaced first time, I was just curious about how it got damaged. They refused and told me that the IT IS THE CORPORATE POLICY TO NOT GIVE THEM BACK!!! So rethink about your options before giving them your business. I saw lots if videos on YouTube that how easy you can buy a screen with the tools you need that comes with it, so you can replace it yourself in 15 minutes!!! So easy. I wish I would try that first. It would cost me 70-80$ instead of 220$!! read more
