Ended up paying for an upgrade ( no big deal) phone came into the store the following day. after 45 minutes of waiting for what should have been a pick up and go..., turns out they were selling me a refurb owned by another carrier. so they couldn't activate it. displeased I walked out of the store and nicely told the male and female employee to call me when a new phone arrives. Female employee followed me out side asking me to come back. I told her that I couldn', I have to work. her last words were "F it! we'll just keep your $ then. better luck next time" I left, only to return about 45 minutes later to grab the case and screen protector I purchased. I walked into the store and simply told the gentleman that I'm back to pick up my products I purchased. After both male and female employees rolled there eyes at me, I walked to the desk where MY purchased case and screen protector were and grabbed them. female employee " Excuse me! don't take anything off our Fing desks, and the male employee took them away and wouldn't give them to me and things escalated pretty quickly when fat boy started running his mouth. I had no idea what this business was about until I tried to get a battery for my laptop. I needed…read morea battery for my Apple computer. Apple directed me to Best Buy in Destin. I stopped in and was informed they didn't have batteries and would have to send the computer out to a company and it would be $89 for the shipping. They said I should try Batteries and Bulbs in Ft Walton, where we were staying. If they had batteries but couldn't put them in then Best Buy could install it for $40. I called Batteries and Bulbs and they told me that they didn't have any batteries and didn't have anyone to install them. I then tried calling a Batteries Plus and the person who answered was the one I had just talked to at Batteries and Bulbs. Ironically when she answered the phone when I called Batteries and Bulbs she answered " Batteries Plus" and I asked her if this was Batteries and Bulbs and she said yes. Not sure what that was all about but this time she directed me to uBreakiFix by Asurion. When I called to inquire if the had Apple computer batteries I reached and answering machine telling me I could set up an appointment. I hung up and drove to the store. There was nobody there at the time so I was taken care of right away. This was on a Monday and they Had my computer ready by Thursday. They sell insurance plans for $29. A month and you can use it to fix any electronic in your home. With 2 Apple laptops, iPhones, iPads, tvs etc. It sounded like a good deal. $50 was knocked off the repair price and when I said I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone they tole me with purchasing the insurance I would get it free and they put it on for me. Since I was visiting from WI and never heard of the company, I was surprised to learn they were national. It's nice to know there is a reputable electronic repair store in town.

I had a very disappointing experience. Before I drove over, I called and specifically asked about…read morethe price and payment methods. I was told it would cost $199 to fix my phone and that they accepted PayPal and Zelle, so I made the trip expecting those terms. When I arrived, I was suddenly told there was an additional $50 labor fee that had never been mentioned on the phone. On top of that, I was told they couldn't accept PayPal or Zelle after all and would only take cash or a card. If I had known that beforehand, I would have come prepared or chosen a different repair shop. Because of the incorrect information I was given, I had to leave my phone overnight and make another trip the next day, which wasted my time and caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. Clear and honest communication is important, especially when customers are making decisions based on the information they're given. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here.
