I was also told that my monthly bill would stay the same or be lower with a new plan. I signed my life away. Another lie, I was told that my current chargers would not work with my new phone and I needed to buy two new chargers, one for home and one for car, to the tune of $75. So with that, fees, taxes, etc, I paid them $220.00 that day. Let me say that my current chargers are working fine, so...return the two that I bought. THEN, comes my Verizon bill. The first one is $196. This is because I am on a new plan. I call, they NEVER answer the phone. So I have to drive there to talk to a human. They explain to me that now I am on a new plan and there are transfer fees so the next one will be back to normal ($50 ish per month). So now second bill, $129. I call Verizon directly. Oh, this is the rate for your new plan for you to have a "free" phone. So, about $400 later, I straighten things out with Verizon. I am paying for the phone but my monthly bill is back to normal. This business entirely misrepresented the transaction. They have ZERO customer service and I will tell everyone I know that they are shady and dishonest business people.

I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.

They're conveniently located right outside the JCP department store on the second floor, across the way. Everyone was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!
