A couple of months ago, I was on stage putting my Blue Baby Bottle microphone into the shock mount. I accidentally ended up twisting the outer case of the mic and sheared off the low cut and high decibel switches. This is a great microphone and getting in touch with the manufacturer customer service was futile since they were bought out by Samson last year. Dennis was my last resort. Because of the backlog due to Covid, Dennis told me there was a 24 week wait, but that it was a simple repair and he would try to fit it in between other projects. He even offered to save me money by showing me how to take it apart so I could get the part numbers for the switches, but I decided to let him do it since I'm just a musician. A week later, my microphone was done. I was so happy to have it done quickly and it sounds just as good as before. Electromania and Dennis get my highest recommendation.

It still says Outlet Store on the door but it seems they are only doing warrantee dropoffs. The paper sign on the door says "The Koss Factory Store is now open for Warranty only. For purchases, please visit us at www.koss.com. Thank you." Oh well :-( Pro tip: It can be hard to find. Put "4155 N Port Washington Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53212" into your GPS and look for the Home depot. Across the parking lot is the Koss building.

I understand they have a job to do but it's EVERY aisle, and it makes navigating the store extremely difficult. Also, the past few times I have used the self-checkout, there was no attendant there at all. I needed someone to take a security sensor off of an item and had to stand around waiting while the teenage employees stand around the customer service desk talking with each other. I miss the friendly employees this location used to have, and the easy accessibility to navigate this store.

She also mentioned they were out of the options that may be a good fit so I guess, come earlier than the first week of June for a full selection. We aren't all garden experts and I was hoping they would be. Anyway, I figured out what to get by reading the markers in the plants. I can't say for sure, but I feel like I was also overcharged for the plants I selected. You'll see in my picture but their pricing for most items is based on the size of the container. How do I know the guy who rang me up picked the right price? My receipt didn't provide details so I couldn't verify later. Anyway, I like the plants I selected but I don't think I'll return. I get more of a personal touch with plant advice from my local hardware store (though they have a limited selection).

The line kept growing and at 28 degrees we were freezing, but there was no way we were giving up our spot. Thankfully, the owner opened a little early and everything was very well organized. Well I threw it in my junk drawer and forgot about for years after buying a replacement watch, fast forward years later and my atomic watch which doesn't have a battery actually stopped working. Before I replaced my current watch I remember my old watch and thought how about a second opinion and I went to the Hales Coroners location and after 5 minutes the guy handed me my supposed junk watch working perfectly with a new battery, WTF BS is going on at this location and why would you completely lie to a customer or maybe he thought he could get my watch thinking just throw it away for me if it's junk. I'm completely on the fence about ever using this company again and just going to a jewelry store like I have done in the past.
