So it's a great place to find a good deal. And if you're interested in military-grade shipping boxes, they have a huge supply in the back lot. A staffer quickly took us back there to shop around for whatever we wanted and brought us a cart as well in case we found a few things we were interested in. This was my 2nd time in the store and it will be my final. I have never had someone accuse me of stealing, especially with no reason to do so. It was an honest mistake. End all be all, Greg (the floor manager) clearly hates women, not to mention I'm 8 months pregnant - he confiscated my item (because he couldn't confirm that I didn't take it off the shelf - even though I didn't go near that isle) and refused to refund my $7. He claims because it was in a bag he could not confirm that I didn't take the item that day and "his count was off". Pretty much I walked in and was robbed myself. This is ridiculous I've been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. From this experience I'm going to drop my plan with them and go elsewhere. I picked out my phone and asked a lot of questions about monthly payments to help me decide which phone to upgrade to. As I was going through the purchasing process I was excited when they told me I had a $500 credit on my account that I could use toward accessories such ear buds, phone case, cords etc... so I picked some items out since this was a "credit". I was informed that the first phone bill would be higher than the normal monthly payments which I understood. Unfortunately my payments stayed the same. My monthly payment for one line ended up being over $160. When I called AT&T (not the store) to see why my payments haven't changed they told me it's because of the accessories I put on my account. I was scammed! Beware of this location or anyone at AT&T who tells you that there is a credit on your account. I paid off my phone and am switching my service.
