I grew up in Gloucester and I can remember when we only had a regular Wal-Mart. When Super Wal-Mart was built, I remember skipping school just to join in the celebration of something new and exciting happening in little ol' Gloucester. The store is always clean, the employees tend to be in a pleasant mood, and I've never had an occasion where something was not in stock. I've never actually had a bad experience ever at this store. I no longer live in the area, but you can bet that when I do come visit Gloucester, Wal-Mart will be a "must stop at" on my list.

We talked to sales woman and the phone that comparable to my grandmas was not in stock. She stated she could order it and it would take 2-3 days. After week one my grandma was in the area so she stopped by the store to see what was going on. The sales man was very rude to my grandma like he didn't believe her and then states we will call you and no need to stop by. Then when he applied pressure for the finger print the screen went white and bright down the side. We took it back in. They said he had dropped it and refused to fix it even though it was a screen issue from the replacement. There was no sign of damage or cracking. They wanted us to pay full price for another screen even though the screens that had been put on were faulty or not working right from the start.
