Recently, i took it to a better repair shop and told me it looks as if it was purposely tampered with then covered up. The sound system in our big screen room now truly provides a theater like experience. They also upgraded our in home Internet which eliminated dead zones and increased our online speed. Almost two moths ago, I called them to replace some of the cameras and take care of some other issues. A service representative came out and told me what needed to be done but no one ever called me back to set up a time to take care of the issue. I called them twice and no one ever returned my calls. My next communication with them was to get a bill for $280. I was charged what felt like a huge amount for them coming out and talking about the problems but they could not or would not fix the problems. If they had at least contacted me to tell me that they could not fix the problem, I probably would not have been so disappointed with this business. I will not be calling this company for any of their services in the future.
