Not enough room to explain how many issues we have had with them. Makes my head hurt.

I've been a customer with T-Mobile for many years..I went to this location to inquire about a watch ..the customer service rep Bri( very nice ..she told me she was new when I came back questioning the charges) did not explain the promotion properly and additional told me a end price that was incorrect. I went back to the store and they told me their manager would call me within a week ..she did not. Today I went back a third time and had them explain the promotion..which now I understand..but I would not have purchased the watch if it had been explained properly the first time. The two gentleman in the store that helped me(one a assistant manager) came across as not really caring about what had happened. I've always stayed with T-Mobile for their customer service but now I will be looking for another service. Now I'm reading the other reviews and explaining promotions and caring about their mistakes seems to be a issue...I'm leaving if I don't get a better response read more

I rarely write reviews but this store and their staff deserve it. I just joined T-Mobile after 16 years with Sprint. All was good until I encountered some challenges due to wrong information provided by the reimbursement center over the phone. Not worth getting into those details. I will say that I was almost set to go back to Sprint before I went to the store. The manager, Taylor Gohar went above and beyond to help me with my issue. She dedicated over an hour with me at the store, reaching out to T-Mobile to advocate for me. At no moment she seemed annoyed or bothered with the amount of effort she was investing. At the end I left the store satisfied and with an amazing customer service experience that helped me almost forget the bad taste I had to begging with. I stayed with T-Mobile pretty much because of my experience at the store. I highly recommend you do business with these guys. They're friendly, professional and seem to truly care about their customers. read more

Stay away from this store! Dakota (store manager) does not honor commitments made on store promotions despite a record on the agreement. This is also a third party vendor (not an actual T-Mobile store). He is all about making new accounts but not committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Save yourself some drama and go elsewhere. read more

I have been a business mobile customer for the past 2 years at this Tmobile with 6 lines. I was told by the manager Dakota to come at 8am on the release date of the new IPhone max. I came and they had no phones available. Dakota said that I was 1st on the list and he would call me when it comes in. After 2 weeks Dakota called me and told me how much I would have to pay for the phone and he would be at the store. I came to the store and Dakota wasn't there. He left 2 high school teenagers to deal with my business account and they did not have a clue what was going on. One of the teenagers called Dakota and he said that he apologized for the mistake AGAIN and he would call me back. It has almost been 2 months and he had not called me. I called the store yesterday 11/1/18 to see if the phone came in ,and not only did the phone come in but there were man other new phones. The manager and staff are nice people but they make up deals that they cannot fulfill. I sent a email to the regional manger "JASON" so we will see how this pans out. This Tmobile is a 3rd party store, and they act just like it. I suggest going to an "OFFICIAL" T mobile store. read more

I generally do not take the time to write reviews unless it is really great or really bad. In this case, the service I received at this T-Mobile store from Hailey is superb! I tried to switch my husband's Verizon line to my account, so I called customer service. I spent 4 days 2 hours each day on the phone with two different agents. The first one messed up the order, never completed it and never called back. The second one was very helpful, but the transaction took another 3 more days and 6 hours on the phone with a huge hiccup. I broke down when my husband's Verizon line was disconnected and the SIMS sent by the agent has not arrived (not for another week!) So we decided to seek help at a local store. We visited this T-Mobile store and met Hailey. She was very courteous and calm. After we explained the situation, she simply said "sure, I can help - no problem". Then she simply switched out the SIMS cards, tested the phone, and after 5 mins, my husband's phone is working again under TMobile - magic - what a relief! I am glad we have this store in the area. I will surely remember to come here in the future. Thank you Hailey for your help. Great service with a smile, great store and great location. I highly recommend this store. P.S. I was afraid that we would not get help because we did not "purchase" anything at the store. Not the case at this store - just very helpful. T-Mobile should have more stores like this one and trained staff like Hailey. read more
