Avoid this store for anything. Not very bright young gals here. Two untalkative and unfriendly -- they just stared at me and never offered to help. Review for AT&T Store - 5177 Lake Worth Rd, Greenacres I walked into this store today and there were two employees inside. I came in dressed casually -- sweatpants, a loose T-shirt, an old cap, and worn shoes. Neither employee greeted me when I entered. After waiting a moment, I approached one of them. She stayed seated the entire time, didn't smile, didn't offer me a seat, and answered every question with a flat "no." As I was walking out, another customer walked in -- better dressed than me -- and suddenly the other employee jumped up right away to greet and assist her. What they didn't realize is that I was essentially mystery shopping. My appearance shouldn't determine the level of service I receive. Unfortunately, it felt like it did here. read more

It's sad that I can't do a (Negative Star) but the reason why I'm typing this is because my mother went to the AT&T and had a question for one of the products that AT&T had to offer and she walked in greeted with an attitude by one of the male employees. When she asked the question to the male employee he responded in a way that made my mother seem like a child who didn't know what she was talking about (Like an Idiot technically) and without answering her question with a proper tone he told her to comeback and ask the question again. My conclusion AT&T should have a meeting about customer service and if she would've been treated kindly and with respect and not like an idiot she may have made a purchase being that it was her first time walking into an AT&T store and inquiring about the products that they have she left there with a bad experience and said she will never ever ever purchase an AT&T product read more
