brought a bad battery in. they took two days on the charger too determine what we already knew. also took my number down with a promise to call back, never called. came 15mind before closing on a thursday and they were already closed. wouldn't recommend this place for price of the batteries or warranty process. read more

He told me that he can do right away. I was socked. So I waited around and he was done in 30 min! Years ago this was a good business. It's an old relic of the past because; there has been new owners new young unexperienced men telling you your battery is going to swell if you "wait it out" on the service.. Seriously I've heard this spiel every time I have been in and out of this store recently. I've had the displeasure of working with Juan, a young man who did not check the part number before advising me to order an outsourced battery online. After ordering and dropping off my phone and battery, My phone was held at the store for over a week during which I was informed my phone's screen had broken. I then had to wait for the store to order the screen, and again, he orders the wrong screen under the same assumption... lazy and unacceptable. From there, I buy a second outsourced battery as they offered to perform the service free of charge. Okay, at that point they were trying. Meanwhile I accepted my phone back with my old battery (the one that "might swell") and glitchy replaced screen... ANYWAY when I called in later the owner will not call me directly. Instead I had an immature young man, Juan, that couldn't handle the social pressure of putting me into contact with the owner. Refused to service the phone, and yelled degrading profanity at me like a toddler before hanging up the phone. What a disgraceful and improper way to conduct business. read more

Will start by saying that I've had numerous better experiences at Lake Worth' location. Today I needed an iPad battery swap using this closest to me location for the first time. Made an online appointment to get a 10% discount. Left the unit there for about two hours. When it was ready and I returned to pick it up, the units' screen protector was quite dirty with a number of sticky smudges AND a small new hole in it. One of the guys, apparently the manager, tried unsuccessfully installing a new screen protector. He then offered another 10% discount to cover the cost of me buying a new one elsewhere.  So I've been driving around tonight looking to no avail to buy and install a new screen protector. Will try again tomorrow, I guess... Have not heard one apology. I wouldn't call this a "good service". Would you? read more

I'm a long time customer of this store. Employees have no training in batteries. Even less training in retail work. Very poor customer service attitude. I've purchased several types of batteries I.e. Commercial Exit signs, laptop computer, watch etc and conclude that products are poor quality and generally don't last as long as would be reasonably expected. Don't recommend this store. read more

This place is a ripoff. The man charged me $9.00 for watch battery. The watch only cost $10.00. I wish I refused the battery but he installed it in the back room. So when he came back to give it to I felt it was to late. I will never go back and give it a bad review. My way of getting back!!! read more

I don't know WHO would give this store OR it's employee's a bad rating. I have been there at least 5 different times for 3 different issues from an RC toy battery to a battery for a kids (battery powered) toy 4 wheeler to my wife's iPhone 6 screen and I gotta tell you, these people are very helpful, nice and in my case, resolved my issues each and every time. Fast service and they have Samsung batteries in stock! I had previously called a couple of places near my work and was told "it's going to take ten days to order a battery. You're only going to find iPhone products in stock at repair places." Thankfully I ducked out and called B+B and they not only had it in stock, but had it replaced in less than 45 minutes! I have been to this store for golf cart batteries and a motorcycle battery...Each time, the staff have been outstanding in customer service! Best of all, their batteries are not "pro-rated" as other vendors, they have a full warranted battery exchange on one and two year batteries! And they carry American made Duracell! Took watch in to replace the battery, assistant manager took the watch in the back room to replace the battery. After few minutes later he came out with one side of the wristband broken from the watch and said that I gave him the watch that way. After I told him that the band was not broken and he needs to fix it. He took the watch and was not able to fix the band. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked what's going on. He rudely told me that he is working on it and fixing the wrist band is not his job. He refuse to admit that he broke the band and was very rude. Now I have a broken watch which I will have to take some where else to fix and spend more money. Never will again I will go back there. read more

This place is amazing. We paid over $250 for Office Depot to replace our screen and something else wrong with the phone only to wait for over 3 days for them to ship it out and get it back unfixed. Office Depot actually told us to come to this store! So glad we did. Office Depot refunded our money and they fixed it for less than $100 and it was done in 20 minutes. Took my keyless car remote in as it wasn't working right, thought it was the battery dying. The staff immediately greeted me and explained that they could help. They tested the battery and it was fine. The terminals on the remote turned out to be corroded. They got a Dremel tool and cleaned the terminals off, put it all back together and now it works fine. I asked what the charge was and they said it was free! Keep in mind that I didn't purchase the keyless remote there, but they helped me for free anyway. They also said they'd help me with a dead car battery I have. I was pretty happy and purchased a cool LED flashlight to show some gratitude. These people are super nice, helpful, and I'll certainly go back next time I need something. read more

They replaced the screen on my iPhone 5C in under an hour for $80. I was able to make a same day appointment online. When I arrived they were very friendly and efficient. Replaced the screen in the time they said, and even remembered to use the coupon discount code I mentioned at drop off. Hannah was friendly and helpful and another staff member who was working with someone else acknowledged me when I came in and offered help as well. I hope I don't drop my phone again, but I would go here again if I did. read more

I would give this store a negative 5 review for iPhone repairs. First of all they are extremely rude and overly sarcastic when it comes to any question about the phone. I got my iPhone 7 screen repaired there and the screen was so dull compared to the way it was before. The guy replaced the screen twice, after complaining on having to do it again and it didn't make a difference. Total scam. Go to apple they will take your money!!!! read more
