The bluetooth Moda button was incompatible with the Note 4's native camera, they make you use their camera app. So I called them up and Anna was super nice and helpful. She told me to come in since I was so close and didn't want to wait. When I came in, they looked at the items and tried to connect and fix it. Her manager Karen came in and said that the stick swivels because it wasn't tightened enough, but I wanted something that wasn't so fiddly so she approved the return and Anna brought me another model with the bluetooth built in. She said it was new and helped set me up and did a quick exchange, it was a few bucks more but I really liked it. Great customer service. When I was there, people kept coming in to check and share candies and it was a really nice workplace. :)

He iPhone5s is pretty old, so I thought this was a bit pricey but I went ahead and asked for a refurbished original iPhone screen. The man behind the counter told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back, my phone looked good but my Touch ID wasn't working. The man told me to reset it through iTunes, which did the trick... ...unfortunately I found many more things wrong with my phone throughout the week. 1) My text messages won't go through (only iMessages and other Wi-fi reliant apps do), 2) My phone doesn't make anymore calls (it won't even ring, and after a moment I hear three beeps, then the phone gives up). 3) Talk-to-text no longer works 4) and Siri doesn't respond. I plan on going back to Cellariris this weekend to have them look at my phone and fix whatever it is that made my phone stop working. Based on other reviews, I'm not expecting them to be very helpful--especially because they had me sign a waiver absolving them of any responsibility in case my phone became damaged just as it had been. I'll update this review after I get their response to my concerns. UPDATE: Of course, he said whatever was wrong with my phone had nothing to do with the screen switch. I asked him to open it up and take a look anyway. He did and insisted nothing was wrong. Interestingly, my phone started working again after he opened it and put it back together! But only for a little bit, and then it was fickle. Long story short, my phone stayed partially in functional until I got a new one. Don't come here.
