Horrible service, all girls staff only. The girls are really nice to sign you up to a new plan or move you from a competitor (Tmobile), very impressive and speedy address any concerns you may have. If you have questions to ask them or need further assistance, they will tell you to call 611. I gave three strikes for this particular AT&T store for never fulfilling positive customer services here. I'm giving a strike four for charging hidden fees for upgrading to my IPhone 15 Pro Max. I walked in last year asking about the special for turning in your old iPhone for a IPhone 15 Pro Max and the girl helping me said I already had a contract and was not eligible for this offer which truly disappointed me. She said the only way to get a new phone was to open an entirely different phone number and they attached it to my phone. The trade would cover the costs but it was an additional $15 a month which turned into $50 a month I had no idea why just no explanation. Thanks a lot AT&T!!! No response from them on my negative comment from last time as well. read more

Horrible customer service. Vivian was extremely rude. She spoke extremely fast and when I tried to clarify the cost of the phones or when I asked her questions about the plan itself, she would be extremely upset and frustrated. She would make me feel like everyone in my questions wear asked by an idiot. I would highly not recommend this at&t. She is horrible. She messed up on our bill which ended up being $200 more than she said and when I asked her, she was lazy and don't want to look into. She told me the bill is correct and she said, "did you even read the bill?" Actually, the bill was incorrect and I called at&t customer service and they refunded me the money. Vivian said it was correct because she didn't care. I think that's the problem with this at&t office and particularly Vivian, she didn't care. She is rude, unprofessional and didn't care. I switched back to T-Mobile and I highly recommend the T-Mobile team inside of Costco City of Industry. They've the BEST customer service! read more

If there is a zero, I would give it to the staffs at this store, cause they are not even providing any service to the customer. When I'm walking into the store, the staff called Vivian just always keep working on her phone and computer with very unpatient attitude towards me and another old guy who seems just spoke Mandarin. Very poor service attitude, very poor training for the store staffs. read more

The whole team was incredibly sweet and helpful toward my father. Melody and Charles went out of their way to explain things and give some really good feedback on other deals we had. A week ago, there was a problem with my mobile card bill. I asked the staff inside for help. I told them my information, and after they entered my information, they told me that it had been resolved. But no. Even during the service, several employees stood together to discuss what to eat at noon, and I was very embarrassed standing there. I don't think this should be the attitude of the service. I purchased my cell phone from this store a while back and recently I found it unable to connect with the cellular network so I bought it back for them to check. A young gentleman in the store at the time greeted me and I told him what the problem was to my phone. However, he couldn't figure out what the cause of the problem was so he asked his supervisor (that I remembered had processed my phone purchase previously) for assistance. She quickly concluded that it's not their problem and told me to find an Apple Store instead. I asked her for more details about her conclusion and she ignored me. I asked her again, politely, and she just simply ignored me again. I asked her again for the 3rd time and she just walked away. I was 100% sure that she heard my question since I was standing next to her but she behaved as if I didn't exist. I STOOD THERE FELT LIKE AN IDIOT! I looked at the young gentleman for help but he also looked away from me to avoid the eye contact. All I could do was left the store to avoid the embarrassment. During the entire conversation with her, I was calm and polite and didn't even raise my voice. However, she did NOT even look at me and just only looked at her computer screen typing stuff. Her voice was also in a unfriendly tone at that time. I understand that they may be busy at work but there was only 2 customers (me included) in the store at that time and she was not serving that customer. Also, this woman's attitude was totally different when I purchased the phone from her. It's very likely that once she found out that it's not their problem for my phone issue, she felt that there was no need to waste more time with me. Well, I understood that part, but I don't think that's a correct way to treat your customers by just ignoring them when the problem is not yours. I will NEVER go back to this store again.
