I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

When our combined efforts to fix the problem failed I reach out to Apple to set an appointment to get my phone fixed, they simply send me a link to make an appointment with bestbuy with very little explanation so I set one for tomorrow at 3 and go on my happy way. A couple hours later bestbuy calls and tells me I made the wrong designation for my appointment and need Apple to make the appointment for me and the soonest available one is the 16th, which was not going to work, so I call once again to Juan who immediately orders me a new one possibly sacrificing a sale I heard him making over the phone while I was in there. I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
