Over the phone, Carlos was very attentive to my questions around a reinstallation of a manufacturer issue for my car radio. He was prompt in scheduling me for the next available appointment and was kind and courteous. Installation Day: I realized when I arrived to my AM appt that I (annoyingly) forgot a few key parts that were needed for my reinstallation. Carlos and Joe were super understanding and equipped me with product SKU and instructions on how to reorder as well as offering me a later afternoon slot if I happened to find the missing parts. They were very solutions oriented and flexible - which was much appreciated after a 40 min drive! I ended up finding the parts when I got home and when I called back to see if they could squeeze me in any earlier than 4pm, Carlos was quick to confirm he could fit me in if I got there within the hour. Once I arrived, they got started on my car and everything was done -- installation, testing/troubleshooting, etc. within an hour! Honestly, I specifically requested to schedule an appointment at this location because I had an awful experience with a condescending and dismissive installer at the location 5 minutes away from me (Pasadena -- but that'll be a review for that page...) and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit at the City of Industry location. If you don't mind the drive, I would *highly* recommend this location for installs as they aren't as busy as the Pasadena location (which books 2-3 weeks out from purchase date for installations), and they're 1000x more friendly and efficient. Ps - While I was walking around the store there was a super friendly guy (maybe the manager?) who was checking in on all the customers asking who needed assistance, etc. Would definitely come back just for the customer service, alone!

I came to pick up an item I ordered off their website and the pickup went quick and smooth. Also service is good and this location has an excellent selection of items to choose from. Parking lot is huge and not far from the 60 freeway. I highly recommended this Best Buy location for good service and item selection.

Just make sure to check the app and see if they have in stock what you're looking for, but other than that, it's a standard Target. There's a Starbucks inside too. Service is a tad spread thin because it's so busy, but if you wander the aisles long enough you can find a red shirt that you can get assistance from. I actually learned about Cat Con from a staff member here which is super. Prices range from normal and to dirt cheap. The community is largely more Asian and when Halloween was over, we got huge 20+ packs of mini bags of chips for 30 cents each. We got lots of cheap clothing and decorations too. So just make sure you go after every holiday and pray haha.

This store is fairly large and there's plenty of space inside. Parking lot is large as well, and there's usually plenty of spaces available. As far as customer service, everyone I've interacted with this time and in the past has been pretty helpful and friendly. Today I came in to pick up a Christmas order I placed online. I ordered this morning and it was ready within about an hour or so. I was able to just walk inside and head over to the pick up counter. Process was smooth and easy.

And a small army of employees in blue shirts standing around doing absolutely nothing except perfecting the art of looking useless. This wasn't understaffing -- this was fully staffed incompetence. Plenty of workers available, zero common sense applied. Customers stacking up while employees just... existed. At no point did anyone think, "Hey, maybe we should open another register." Nope. Just let the line grow and pretend it's not happening. Bold strategy. It's honestly impressive how a major retailer can have so many employees on the floor and still manage to operate like a self-checkout with a personality disorder. Shameless. Embarrassing. The aisles are usually clean, things are organized, and it actually feels pleasant to shop here instead of rushed or chaotic. The staff are generally helpful, the store is well stocked, and it feels like they take pride in keeping this location in good shape. It might not be the newest or flashiest Target, but it has great energy, good selection, and a welcoming vibe. Proud to have this as my local Target. All we got from the guy there was this is the unit,do you want to place an order? Of course we left that place. We contacted Best Media and made a appt to stop by their office. Due to the pandemic, they are by appt only. When we arrived, Denny brought us into the show room and sat us down. What he did next surprises us! He spent almost 2 hrs going over every features of the karaoke system and there was no pressure tactics to purchase. Of course we walk out with a brand new Best Media BN5000 system! The 2 hrs Denny spent with us pretty much taught us how to operate the system which prior to that we have no idea what it is! Best service and professionalism. Terrible company. They charged me for my order but never shipped the merchandise. Phone calls always go directly to a recording, but messages are never returned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Update: After I continued to write negative comments on their wall on Facebook (which they promptly deleted), they finally returned my e-mail and agreed to credit my account. They processed the credit appropriately, but then charged my credit card again a month later without my authorization. And, to top it off, they reported to a collection agency that I owed them $70 more than the amount of this transaction, even though they collected in full from my credit card! I'm now in the process of fighting through this nightmare. They still owe me my refund and I have a collection agency harassing me!
