That was the only item I wanted. The menu did not even say sold out and when it was my turn. The staff there said let me check if we still have it and then she checked and said there was no more! Ridiculous because they should at least say on there if it's sold out. I waited in a long long line for nothing! Might be the worse Starbucks also. Last time I ordered there too and I specifically asked for a tall caramel macchiato and the girl working there gave me a grande. So bad!

Since it serves the Diamond Bar area it can get quite busy and because of that, it can be a bit disorganized and disheveled in some areas, but honestly not the worse for how busy it general is. Selection is standard like any other Target, again make sure to shop well in advance for seasonal and holiday items because by the time it gets close to the actual holiday, most of the things are already gone (many such cases). Price is similar to all other Targets in the area. They never called out my drink and she lectured me about ordering creamer in advance. Normally I see creamer out by the napkin area unless sbux changed their polciy recently. No napkins as well since I had to take some coffee out to make room for creamer. Customer service is no bueno.

All we got from the guy there was this is the unit,do you want to place an order? Of course we left that place. We contacted Best Media and made a appt to stop by their office. Due to the pandemic, they are by appt only. When we arrived, Denny brought us into the show room and sat us down. What he did next surprises us! He spent almost 2 hrs going over every features of the karaoke system and there was no pressure tactics to purchase. Of course we walk out with a brand new Best Media BN5000 system! The 2 hrs Denny spent with us pretty much taught us how to operate the system which prior to that we have no idea what it is! Best service and professionalism. This is the second Best Media Karaoke system i owned. The quality is top notch. Strongly recommend Best Media and Denny for your Karoake needs.
