I walked in last year asking about the special for turning in your old iPhone for a IPhone 15 Pro Max and the girl helping me said I already had a contract and was not eligible for this offer which truly disappointed me. She said the only way to get a new phone was to open an entirely different phone number and they attached it to my phone. The trade would cover the costs but it was an additional $15 a month which turned into $50 a month I had no idea why just no explanation. Thanks a lot AT&T!!!
