I advised her of my problem and she quickly gave me a repair quote. I admit the price was higher than I had paid for this repair on another phone in the past but, the convenience overshadowed the price. I was provided with a receipt for my phone and subsequently proceeded to shop. After completing my shopping I went to get my phone. It was working great.
