The associate wasn't much help but managed to find a page on the store's terminal with a list of radios and told me to pick one out. I found one and he entered the sale including installation and I paid in full, and scheduled installation on Thursday. The radio was delivered on Tuesday as promised. On Thursday, about an hour before my appointment time, I received a call from Joe in the installation department. He asked about the installation materials, he didn't see them on the order. I explained that I wasn't aware of anything else required, I was under the impression that installation included everything as nobody said differently. He quoted me an additional $266 for the parts. After a disappointing phone conversation with corporate and an unhappy trip back to the store, I ended up returning the unit. The manager was apologetic and said that she would speak to the associate, but that's as far as she would go. I suppose I could have held firm and made them do the installation per the receipt but decided not to.

He spent almost 2 hrs going over every features of the karaoke system and there was no pressure tactics to purchase. Of course we walk out with a brand new Best Media BN5000 system! They processed the credit appropriately, but then charged my credit card again a month later without my authorization. And, to top it off, they reported to a collection agency that I owed them $70 more than the amount of this transaction, even though they collected in full from my credit card! I'm now in the process of fighting through this nightmare. They still owe me my refund and I have a collection agency harassing me!
