Came here to switch 2 lines to T-mobile and Sergio helped us and explained all the perks to us. He…read moregave us print outs off rebates we can apply for as well as a breakdown of our bill. Everything went smoothly and we were able to leave with our new upgraded phones with no problem.

My phone died Wednesday. It's now Saturday. I've been given the runaround by TMobile, both in the…read morestore and on the phone, for days. It's looking like the earliest my warranty replacement will arrive is Monday. I need a phone. I have disabilities, and if I have a flare up I can't always drive or communicate. If that happens, I need to be able to text my husband to come help me. If I don't have a working phone, I'm trapped in my house. A cellphone is what gives me the ability to have a life. But all along, both store and phone employees would present solutions, only to yank them away. Your phone will be here Friday at the latest...whoops no. We can credit your account and do an upgrade, go to the store..only to get to the store to be stared at like I'm a lunatic. On and on. But the worst part was the humiliation. If a person is clearly having a hard time, and nearly in tears, don't babble jargon. Don't roll your eyes. Don't act like her questions are a huge imposition. Don't be huddled in a group, blatantly making fun of her while she stands a few feet away, in pain, trying to make sense of yet another call. Don't go back to fiddling with your screens and gossiping. Be kind. Help. Ask what you can do. That's not customer service. It's basic human decency.
