Getting warranty replacements from them is a frustrating nightmare. The first one never came back in stock. After about 5 months of waiting they eventually agreed to give me the next model up. The second one was in stock, but what I assume was an AI Bot canceled my replacement because it mistook the requested pdf of my receipt as an image and claimed it couldn't read it. A human agreed this was a mistake and suggested I resubmit the request. Only when I did so, aha, the case came up as out of stock. (I have my suspicions.) They have offered the lower model instead this time around. I am not taking that "offer" and I am not waiting 5 months this time. Friends and I have also noticed that their screen protectors aren't holding up very well either and must be replaced fairly frequently. (I am an adult and not hard on my devices.)

Safety was of no concern when we came here. Service is the problem. The manager Devon attempted to…read morerip my family off and we spent over two hours in store and on the phone getting it corrected. We went in to update our phones to the iPhone 12 Pro. Devon advised that we had to finance and turn in our phones. I couldn't buy them outright (which was untrue). We advised we only wanted two upgrades and wanted to keep our lines. Devon said that was fine and that this new plan he pitched would keep our costs even lower. We received the new phones within a week and turned in our old phones to Devon who advised he would send back to ATT . Our bill came in this past week and it was $259 more than our normal bill. We called customer service and discovered that Devon added two new lines to our plan without our knowing and we were one day out from being locked into these new lines. Wife went back to the store to get Devon to correct this issue. We ended up going to a different store to pay for the phones outright. Devon still had not sent our new phones in like he said he would -lucky for us. We retrieved our old phones. Wife ended up arguing with Devon for him to cancel the lines while on the phone with customer service. Customer service said they wouldn't remove the lines without Devon agreeing to doing it. Huge mess with multiple follow up calls to get this corrected. This store manager should not be trusted. We were lied to repeatedly and finally got the entire 259 back. Terrible experience. Will never return.
