The store seemed quieter than usual. We were immediately greeted and warmly welcomed. The person asked about our concern, checked my phone, and then looked into the possibility of us getting help at the Genius Bar. Luck was on our side all we had to do is wait for about an hour. Small price to pay to wait for expert assistance. Throughout the evening, I felt that the team really worked efficiently and effectively. During the brief time that we waited, someone else got us started and collected information that would save time. Brian helped us resolve the issue with my phone (unable to connect with WiFi) He was polite, professional and communicated with us with aloha. Although the fix did take time beyond closing hours Brian and others on the team did not make us feel that we were keeping them from getting home. They assured us that it was okay and they wanted to ensure that our problem was addressed. After a really long and busy day at work, the calm confidence that the staff exhibited was refreshing to watch and experience. We'll be back tomorrow to get my battery replaced because we just simply ran out of time. But, Brian set up everything to hell save time tomorrow. Monday March 30, 2026 I came here as the camera wasn't working properly…read more The guy did a diagnostic check and asked if I wanted to make an appointment with a technician. I made an appointment for the next day Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 4:30pm. I came after work and I got there at 4:00pm. I waited for an available technician. The girl explained to me that camera needed to be replaced, the battery(73%) replaced, she cleaned the speaker and it was okay after. $288.00 + tax = $301.00 4:30pm and it will be ready at 7:00pm. I came back at 7:30pm Waited for a little while again. The boy from earlier that was helping someone else earlier at 4:30pm he helped me and he remembered me from earlier. He brought out my phone and he told me to check it out. The camera was working properly again. The battery at 100% again. Yay! I can use it a little longer till the iPhone 18 comes out in September?? If I have any problems in the future. I will be back again.

Starting from Center Stage area, walk by sidewalk and parking lot by Lupica - Brug - Massage Palace - then Tricked Out. If you keep walking, you would pass the post office and eventually Foodland. They replaced my iPhone camera lens cover on the spot. It's a little pricey but great when I don't want to wait for something in the mail). They also have a "warranty" and put my number in the system. When my lens broke a few months later, I returned to find there was a $10 fee that I was not told about nor expecting. Their card machines were somehow not accepting tap at the moment and required a card scan (I didn't have on me). So no new lens. I went home and found a spare to save the day anyways.

He is a wonderful, friendly, and very helpful business person. Very courteous to his customers and accommodates the Korean speaking community customers too.
