Don't come here to get anything fixed. When I came here less than three months ago I got my iPhone fixed. They fixed my screen and I paid for a tempered glass screen. (Which at the time you could get a free one from Yelp) A couple of days later after dropping my phone my screen AND the tempered glass broke. So I came back again and after a difficult conversation with the worker got my phone fixed again. The worst part was that the screen was defective and they messed up my phone. Fast forward two months later. I have my phone in a life proof case. Mind you life proof cases are impact resistant up to six feet. And I swear on my mother that I didn't drop it from anything higher than 3 feet. So in theory my phone should still be fine right? Nope. I literally set my phone on a bar and it cracked. Which is fine because it was in my case. I was just waiting to upgrade my phone in a couple of months. Then a few weeks later I dropped my phone from waist height and my screen shattered. It was fine but then the screen went completely black again like the last time. My phone is completely unusable. So I went to sprint and explained what happened. And they suggested I should get my phone fixed again so I could sell it back to them. They also told me that nobody is an authorized dealer or repair shop for iPhones other than Apple. And my screen was not guerilla glass. Keep this all in mind. I went to the kiosk and talked to the worker again! He basically accused me of trying to use the warranty to fix my phone. And that their work was not a defect. Then proceeded to tell me that they use Apple screens to repair iPhones and that they are an authorized repair shop. First lie. Then he told me that life proof cases are not impact resistant and that it wasn't their fault my phone completely died. Second lie. And then refused to help me at all. So, because I didn't get my phone fixed through Apple my iPhone is destroyed. Even though I bought a case just to protect it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They will lie to you so you spend your money there. If your phone is broken just go to your carrier and get it fixed there. It may be more money. Panic! When my wife's mini iPad fell and the screen cracked, we were so concerned. We had heard about the length of time it takes to get a screen repaired and were worried. We use the iPad constantly. I remembered Tech Armor at Pearlridge fixed my iPhone a few months ago and vaguely recalled they also repaired iPads. I went down to visit them leaving work early around 4:30pm. The person who helped me was a young gentleman who was courteous and polite asking me to wait while he gave his full attention to another customer he was finishing up with. He took excellent care of her helping her out with sincerity and aplomb. I was impressed so I waited thinking maybe I should find somewhere else to get my iPad's screen replaced. However, listening to him give his customer such good and honest service I decided to wait till he finished. Before they jumped on changing the battery, they showed me how to check battery healthy first. It turns out that my battery health was great. They checked to see what version my phone was running on, and it turned out that I was on the version that used up battery quickly. These guys recommended upgrading my OS, see if the battery usage improves, before jumping to change the battery. They were very nice and patient, and no charge at all! read more

My aunty called me today (Mother's Day) because her iPhone 5 was swollen. We initially went to Best Buy to buy a new phone and the employees there told us that they couldn't provide her with a trade in due to the swollen phone. Since I wanted her to get the $250 trade in credit I took her straight to tech armor in Pearlridge to get her phone repaired. Austin was helping another customer when we arrived but was able to help us in a couple of minutes. He took one look at the phone and identified an issue with the battery. He was very patient and professional with all the questions my aunt had and even opened up the phone to show her the problem. I don't recommend coming here to the tech armor kiosk in pearlridge. First of all when I ask them to repair my cracked screen they asked for my passcode to run a diagnostic and to see if they'll call works and the camera works which I thought was weird because the last time I repair my screen they didn't ask me for my passcode. The waiting time was sad to be only 45 minutes but it turned out to be 2 hours!! Also when I got my phone back I knew instantly Saw my screen was darker like contrasted even when I made the brightness on highAnd it was also very different from the way I tap the screen. It was harder for me to tap this screen with my fingers, select something (hold a icon down), and when there was something on my fingers like a little oil it was hard to unlock. read more

Had a weird unknown problem with my iPhone 6+ screen not responding to touch, at the one of the busiest/worst times for me, so I came to check this kiosk out and thankfully Chris helped me out big time! He diagnosed my phone and replaced my faulty touch screen in 10-15minutes for $180. There's also warranty on whatever parts are replaced! The service I got was excellent! Crazy fast, super professional, and cheapest I could find. Really easy and reassuring talking with Chris. You can tell he cares about his work and understands how much it sucks to be without a phone in everyone's busy lives these days and time is money. Highly recommend these guys!
