Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a company owned store. I stood in here for almost 30 minutes and no one said a word to me. There were only two employees working and eight customers waiting. This used to by my "go to" store but it has definitely went down hill. If you need someone to help you, you should think about another ATT WIRELESS store and make this store your last resort. read more

Shout out to Madison!!! Just got my new iPhone 13 Pro from mail today and I'm really novice in today's technology. So I went to an AT&T office to see if I could get some type of help. As soon as I got in, Madison immediately asked if she could help me with anything. I told her about my new iPhone and I needed help in transferring my data from my old phone to the new phone. She immediately helped me with that and asked if I needed any accessories. I said yes, then she showed me what I needed i.e.. power pad, phone cover, cube, etc.. Madison took care of all the data transfer to my new phone, I paid for my new accessories and to top all that, I did not have to mail in my old phone. She took care of that! Wow! That was painless! Worst AT&T store in the area, every employee is lazy not willing to help. We walked in to get help with activating our SIM card, the old SIM card was working BUT we were told that we needed to activate the new one since the old one was crushed with the phone and COULD stop working. Well Dallas said " the phones working not sure why we need to activate the other one". This is not the first time we've came to this store and have gotten appalling service, last time we wanted to ask how we could lower our bill and Christian said to my mom "pues señora así mismo tienen de gastos" well not shit christian, we came to get advice on how we could lower the bill. I visited this store and I had one of the best customer experience. My phone wasn't downloading any apps and I was frustrated. I was greeted in a friendly manner.i told Andreas the problem I was having using my phone and he knew exactly how to resolve the issue with my phone. He was courteous and polite. Unbelievably poor customer service. Ordered online, told 2 hours wait. Still nothing next day, so called them. 15 mins later I was told the order would be ready in the next hour. Got the email within minutes to say it was ready. Headed up there and waited 30 minutes to speak to someone! 2 employees talking to 1 customer. Nowhere to pick up bad had to wait. Jordan was great. If you want good service ask to see him. The only reason this location got 3 stars from me is because he very helpful, acknowledged us when we walked in, and actually knows what he is talking about! Other than that the staff here SUCKS!! I went in one day and was added on a list. Several employees came in and were either hanging out in the back, fixing accessories on the wall, or finding other ways to look busy. Two out of the 5 employees there were actually helping customers. started when I first walked in. Every associate there was working with someone, but still NOBODY acknowledged me, nor greeted me. By the time it was my turn to be seen, I had to get cut off numerous of times for them to speak to other people walking in the door. I guess if I was Caucasian, I would have been greeted and checked in like the other customers after me was. I've been to this store twice before and it was the same experience. I've worked for T-Mobile for 4 years and you will never experience customer service like this. I work in the customer service field and I would never do a customer any different from anyone else, especially if they are giving you your commission. This used to be the AT&T store that I go to upgrade my phones. Been with AT&T for more than 12 years and this is by far the worse customer service ever. The person literally tried to make any excuse just so he can let us leave and not have a sale all because it was 30 minutes prior to closing. I would've appreciated it if he was honest and told us that they're closing and won't be able to help us. Well, never going back to this store again. Been an AT&T customer for a long time and not a fan of their new pricing and upgrade plan. Apparently corporate doesn't feel the customer can do the math and see that they are not "saving" me money but actually costing me more money - but that is another story. As far as this location goes, the manager helped us "upgrade" phones as well as add an additional line. He was very thorough and helpful. Explained everything I wanted to know and seemed to have a good understanding - although for much of our conversation he was obviously repeating the spill from his managers meetings on how to make me feel better about the knew plans - but he was not condescending. and not "car sales-man-ish" - Much better than the other location on 249 I have been to. read more

I love the quick attention ATT Has just when it comes to fast service don't expect it from ATT Specially the corporate stores...staff is great but support and service after the sale is awful...you cannot make a change order on line you have to go back to the store for any changes and the wait is terrible read more

Wasn't too thrill about this location. Although the lady at the door was friendly the other associates didn't even notice my presence. I can understand that they were helping people but they could have acknowledge me and said "we will be with you in one moment" or something. I could have been looking at some of their products while I waited..I was interested in getting the new iPhone and possibly new services with them. I MAY consider going back to this location ONLY because it's near my apartment and maybe that day was an "off" day for them. Maybe next time when I go they will be able to assist me. read more

The service people at this location lied to me about 3 separate things. They told me about an iPad deal for 99.00, then an hour later they told me it was expired after I had agreed to buy a phone from them. Then they told me they'd give me the iPad offer still if I switched to directTV. I agreed. They told me my cost would be 105.00 a month and that I would pay 20.00 to start the service. After being there for over 3 hours that day they said oops, it'll really be 120.00, plus tax, to start the service. I was patient with them, didn't get mad, we actually joked about the issues and then I agreed to pay the amount of 120.00 because they said I could call direcTV after it was installed and fight to get my 100.00 back. Because that transition was in place in their system it wouldn't allow them order my phone and iPad. They told me in 2-3 days (or less) it would be settled and at that time they would call me so I could pay over the the phone and my items would be shipped to my house. After day 5 I emailed the store manager asking when things would be settled, then magically 20 minutes later the salesman called me to say the transition "just" went through. Basically they dropped the ball and forgot to call me. The catch was I had to go to the store to pay and order the items. When I got to the store the salesman informed me that just that morning a mass communication came to them from from corporate and that my package (that I had already paid 127.00 for and was due to be installed the next day) was no longer available and that I would now have to pay 126.00 a month, but he felt it was still a good deal. It was a bait and switch plain and simple. Now after being in their store for a total of 4+ hours over 2 separate days I finally got mad about all their lies and poor business dealings. The manager in charge tried to tell me it was all just a series of unfortunate events and that I had no right to be angry. Then he informed me they could only ship my items to their store now and I'd have to come back yet again. He was rude!! They are the WORST. Steer clear of this store. Oh, I wasn't the only customer there that had been jerked around by them today. They had a huge line of upset people who all waited over an hour just like me to get no service. read more

I called in this morning to ask about an iPhone 7 upgrade and went in to place my order. Abeer helped me out and he was so courteous and knowledgable about all of my options. Really appreciate it! This location is by far the WORSE AT&T customer service location I have ever encountered. The wait was over 30 minutes and there was only 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! When it was finally my turn, the lazy / clueless employee did not even try to find a solution to my problem. IT TOOK AT&T on HWY 6 TWO MINUTES TO FIXED MY ISSUE! I should have known the quality of their service from the merely 2 customers that were in there when I walked in, whereas, HWY 6 location was full of customers, yet, they were able to fix my problem instantly with NO WAIT TIME! Bait and switch. They offered a Samsung Tablet with my renewal and my new Phone. They added a second line to the tablet. The gave me no paperwork. I found out online of charges that they did not explain. This increased my bill by three times my original plan. I returned the tablet the next day. Still in the box and they charged a $35 restocking fee. They claimed it was on the agreement that they never gave me. Walk away from this agent store. They are not AT&T but a authorized store. read more

Okay, the first day we came we had to order my iPhone 7. I THOUGHT we had a great worker helping out, but it seems he decided to create a new line instead of adding a line, so he could make more commission money. I have many friends who have worked in cell phone companies I know how their pay system works and what earns more. Overall, he was a good help. Now today, October 1st the worker helping us was a tall Hispanic, acne. He was very unhelpful. Very immature as well. I would recommend he get retrained, or get another job. At the end of the day I got what I needed. He was more focused on communicating with coworkers he wasn't much help. He was more focused earning more commission money than helping the current problem we had. This is the closest AT&T so I will forever go here. I just hope the manager does something to fix their employees. I also want to add on, the greeter was about to just hand me over my phone without checking ID or anything. 2 months ago I purchased a charger that came out to $45 with tax. The woman whom I purchased it with took a lot of information down and explained that the charger had warranty on it and if I had any problems with the charger I could bring it back within a year for replacement she explained she needed so much personal information to save me in the system for if I ever back with problems. Today I went by AT&T explained that my charger was not working properly the gentleman who approached me first asked if I had an AT&T account I told him I didn't but that the charger had warranty. I asked him to look up my information and he did not do so and he just told me there was nothing he could do for me and sent me on my way out the door. I will definitely never use service of purchase anything from this store ever again. Terrible customer service, the manager did not even offer to help. I will be telling anyone I know to never purchase anything from this AT&T store. read more

Bought an iPad. Was told that they don't stock any at this store. Informed it would be shipped to my house. Would take a couple days to get there. By the time I got home got an email from AT&T. This one says the iPad won't ship until Nov 24th thru Dec 1st! B.S.! I called the "customer service" department, only to be given the runaround saying they can't cancel order because it's been shipped. I told them that can't be becuse they had just sent me an email telling me it would be end of month before that happened. Within an hour get another email, this one telling me that the iPad had shipped and gave me a UPS tracking number. Too bad the number is no good and UPS cannot locate the shipment. So whenever it does arrive I will be taking the package down to the AT&T store and give it back to them. And hopefully they will refund the $90 I spent on the taxes for the iPad. Somehow, after 5 customer service reps and no customer service whatsoever, I kinda doubt it. read more

There comes a time when a customer knows exactly what they want and gets there right as the doors close. This store locked their doors before 8:00 and all I wanted to come in for was a pair of head phones for my phone. There was plenty of people still getting taken care of and they refused to let me in even though I got there at 7:59 right before they "closed." I've worked in the customer industry for many many years and this disturbed me tremendously. I will definitely let management know about this tomorrow. read more
