In the process of them fixing said battery, they broke my screen and said they wouldn't get back into it. So I thought bringing it here seeing the good reviews it had would be my best bet, sadly enough it ended up being nightmarish. I first told them what my issue was and the things Geek Squad had done to fix it. However, they did not seem to care for the information at all, they had just disregarded it and had forgotten all about it. The part they needed to fix my screen wasn't in shop, so they had to order it. Which I can understand, yet; they said it'd be there in 2 weeks. I called regularly and it hadn't come in for a whole month. In the end, they didn't even call to let me know when it was ready. And they didn't even fix it! They just waited for my call to tell me for the past month they wasted my time. (Not literally lol) I opened it up to see for myself what repairs they tried to do, all my screws were missing, and the cable they bought to try and fix my screen was too short to even reach the connector inside the computer. My computer was working prior to me bringing it there, it was just my screen, and they managed to make it into a paperweight, it wouldn't work completely. I brought it back in, and they used all the wrong screws, so my laptop has a lot of screw dents on the chassis. They managed to get it back in working order BUT as of the time of this review, my WiFi adapter chip is entirely MISSING. In summary: I brought a working, nice condition laptop into this place. They waste my time for over a month and not call me to say when I could pick up the thing; and on top of that, they entirely trashed both the inside and outside. And upon bringing it back a second time, they managed to break even more! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. For the price of free, my $2000 gaming laptop is reduced down to its basic components. Tread carefully yelpers! :(

They told me I needed a full screen replacement and charged me $102.84. They did not fix a minor screen line; they completely destroyed a functional device, and I am requesting a full refund for severe property damage. I am not interested in bringing the phone back for another repair, as the damage is irreversible. Because I kept my phone in its protective case, it wasn't obvious right away that the technician botched the job. They skipped using the mandatory internal adhesive and handed the phone back physically unsealed and split open. The last attached photo shows the device sitting inside my black protective phone case, which I am forced to keep it in just to hold the broken pieces together. Without the case (in 6th photo), you can clearly see the massive physical gap where the shop failed to seal the back cover. Because the back cover was left wide open, the internal battery, wireless charging coil, and hardware were left completely exposed to the open air, moisture, and dust. As a direct result, the phone immediately began severely overheating, draining battery rapidly, failing to charge, and it has now completely died. To make matters worse, when I went to trade it in, T-Mobile completely rejected it. The technician stripped out the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) strip from inside the device during the repair, which permanently flags the phone as a tampered, unauthorized device. They completely bricked my phone and ruined its trade-in value, all while trying to bribe me with a "free" screen protector for a good review before I could notice the damage. Avoid this place at all costs--they use cheap shortcuts and destroy your electronics.

What's bad is I let him fix his previous mistakes. I let a thief open my phone and steal parts twice ‍. Cellularport fixed the brackets he left off that keeps the connectors in place and removed the plastic seal he left on that was running my phone hot about to blow it up. They gave me a receipt, a screen protector, a free charger and warranty feeling sorry for me. They only charged me $70 to fix his cheap screen and errors. He was defensive when I told him about his mistakes and made racist and insulting remarks as if I didnt try to give his small business a chance. Weeks later they said he didn't work in Sharpstown Jewelry store anymore, he moved. FOR SURE A SCAMMER!
