I am a 21+ year Verizon customer and have stayed with them because of the consistently great cellphone service and consistently great custome service. I visited this Verizon store today, to get help with a problem that I had created with my "My Verizon" account. It required multiple steps to fix. Two Verizon reps, Mike and Taylor, were very friendly and helpful. They not only resolved my issue, they recommended a change in my plan that provides me additional services at a lower cost than I was paying. I continue to be very pleased with Verizon customer reps and services. read more

Was very frustrated when I left this store. I renewed my contract and got an iPhone. That's all I wanted but the sales associate kept pushing more on me after I said no many times. They tried their best to make my monthly bill more than it needed to be. I would not go to this Verizon store. Do not buy any accessories from any of these stores. They are WAY overpriced compared to amazon etc. They will do anything to make a sale it seemed. Very disappointed, especially being a fifteen plus year customer. Manager contacted me and apologized for the frustration I went through. That is why I give THIS Verizon store three stars instead of the previous two. The only reason I gave it two stars is because Verizon has without a doubt the best Network! Otherwise, I would of given Jones Valley Verizon a fat one star. FYI recently went to ATT Wireless store. They actually let you sit and talk at a table about the plans they have to offer one on one (which is nice and relaxing). With WAY more options, I could still somewhat customize my plan at AT&T. Verizon only offers two plans that you can manipulate the data only. They make you get two GB of data at the least no matter what. I did not need two GB just one. Does not matter to them what you want to do... basically a take it or leave it situation! I love options, unfortunate for everyone Verizon does not offer many choices (plans) for the consumer. The worst service I have ever received. The salesperson was rude, short, condescending and had no desire to help me in anyway discuss options of how to reduce my astronomical bill. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, never been late on a payment, and just came in to discuss unlimited data. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE and I am currently sitting in an AT&T store and Sprint is next. Verizon you ain't all that. read more

Last March 2019, I purchased a new iPhone X and iPad 6 from Jones Valley store. Also activated another iPhone X given to my wife by our son. The process was very long, and was interrupted by a tornado alert. Turns out the iPad did not get registered correctly, date being way off. Trying to call store and getting the ridiculous phone tree is a study in customer non-service...obviously Verizon wants sales, but no service on whatever they sell. Think twice about doing business with them. read more

If I could give negative stars I would ! I've had an awful expierwnce with these people. Not just the store associates but the customer service as well! When I purchased my phones and lines at the Verizon store the store associate I was guaranteed excellent cell phone reception. Well I soon discovered NOPE! I couldn't call a family member with an internet connected phone, phone calls to anyone else would be dropped, and my internet barley worked ! I tried to let Verizon resolve this but nothing was resolved in 8 whole days. So I decided to return everything and go back to ATT. When I took my items back to the store on carl t Jones I was told I needed to wait to speak with the man who sold me the phones in the first lance. He was in the back of store and took his sweet time. Had me waiting what felt like 20 min or more. Then they charged 114$ restocking fee !!! He told me to my face I would NOT be charged anymore from Verizon. Well I was a whoke 439 dollars later plus an actovataion fee of 90$. I called customer derived and they told me I will have to wait up to 48 hours to be refunded. But not for the whole amount. They will be charging me for days of sericce used which was 8 days and the activation fee. Verizon was the worse mistake I've ver made ! I will never ever go with them again ! They will try to suck you dry if you cancel. read more

this is the worst experience i have ever had. they sold me a phone that doesn't work and another phone with an otter box that fits a different phone. also over charged me and my receipt has 4 things on there i did not purchase. they stole money from me. and you cant even get in touch to tell them the $1000 phone you PAID for doesn't work SHAME ON VERIZION!!
