I'd give this store a zero if I could. First of all one of the salespeople (who seemed to be quite knowledgeable) ended up making a change to my coverage without my consent. I didn't find out until the next billing cycle. When I was on the general customer service number, to make a claim on my daughter's phone, the rep told me the manager of the store was going to have to fix it. When I called the store, I was call screened but insisted on speaking w manager. She (the manager) was the rudest person that I have ever talked to and I was hung up on. When I called back I verified that she did in fact hang up on me and wouldn't give me her name, I've been an AT&T customer for 30 years. She needs to be fired and someone put in that position that understands customer service. read more

Terrible terrible customer service. Walked in for a hotspot, all workers and manager were doing something on their phones the whole time. No acknowledgement of customer nor asked if we needed help. We had to come up to the counter to request a hotspot which they said they don't have any. My husband has to show him the exact one he needed on display and then they said "Oh, we need to check the back" - geez...who hired these guys? The only one helpful was Joe - no one else gave a hoot. My mother is visiting me from Texas, and she wanted to get a new cellphone, so I took her to the AT&T store next to The Bridge Street Town Center. There are two parts to this visit, so I'll begin with the good. Our sales representative Brandayn Oliver did a fantastic job at assisting me, help my mother upgrade her phone. He was patient and knowledgeable about the plans and the products. He gave excellent customer service, and I would go to him again. Now for the reason, I can't give AT&T a five-star review is because of the Manager, Ben Burcham. My mother has an eight-pound lap dog named Happy, as we walked in the store with Happy in her arms (where she usually is) we were immediately met by a man walking briskly to the front of the store saying you can't bring the dog in the store, service dogs only. He said it's the store's policy (which was strange because I have taken that eight-pound piece of fluff into other AT&T stores with no problems). I have no problem adhering to the request, but there was no signage on the door saying service dogs only. No worries, before I turned to take the dog and put her in the car I asked him to show my mother the iPhones. I'm back in two minutes, and my mother is walking around the store looking for someone to assist her. I asked Ben Burcham again to help my mother, and he said a sales representative was in the restroom and would be up in a minute to help her. Our next interaction went like this: "Me: Who are you? Ben: I'm the store manager. Me: So you are the store manager, and you can't help my mother? Ben: No I can't. I have other things to do. A sales representative will be out in a minute to help you?" I understand he is a manager, and he has many things to do, but nothing is more important than customer service. He could have begun the sales process by showing my mom some phones until the other representative returned to the sales floor. He was arrogant and rude and made me feel unwelcome in the store. Had it not been for Brandayn's spectacular customer service I would have walked out and taken my business to another store. My message to AT&T is, send Ben back for more training, he's not ready to manage a store. read more

Keller ishee was an outstanding employee. He not only helped me find what i was looking for but it was nice to hear about his humanitarian work in the local area; it made it easier to connect with him on a personal level. His ability to convey honesty about the products and the gentleness of his tone made me feel as if I was being cared for by a gentle giant; like the one from Princess Bride. 12/12 would buy from store again and probably would just come back to talk to keller again. read more

I am not a AT&T Customer, but I went to this store today with my friend who lives in the area and her mother, who is an AT&T customer. My friend's mother brought her eight-pound dog into the store in arms; however, not even seconds after arriving into the store, we were stopped by the Store Manager, Ben Burcham, who said that dogs were not allowed in the store. There was no sign saying that animals were not allowed in the store, and this was nearly the beginning of the end for our stop into this store. My friend's mother was inquiring about a cell phone, and Mr. Burcham did not want to help my friend's mother, as we had to wait for his associate to leave the restroom. We are happy that Mr. Burcham did not help us, as Brandayn Oliver was very pleasant to work with and he showed my friend's mother and my friend how to work her new phone. Mr. Oliver was the reason why we did not leave this store and go to another store that was indeed closer to my friend's home. read more
