I took my mother to this location get her bill on auto pay. The store is small but personable. They not only sell phones but also service accounts. We were assisted by Aisha, the Customer Advocate. My mother is getting along in years and tends to be very talkative. Aisha was very patient and understanding. We were able to not only get her bill coming out of her account but reduced her bill by an additional 10.00 per month. This location has good customer service. read more

Don't even bother. They will be of no help and will refer you to the same online customer service that hasn't solved the problem for the last month. They are happy to take copies of your id and perhaps even take your credit card. My clerk, Tray watched videos while I waited to be authorized to check my account. AT&T needs to get clerks in that can actually do their job and solve customer issues. AT&T has become such a frustrating service provider in general. I waked into this store hoping to get my mom's phone fixed. The service advisor greeted me asking what did I need help with explain everything to him. He looked at the phone and explained to me that the phone was older and was getting ready to go out any day. He then explained other options for a replacement phone that they had and I requested for a senior citizens phone. He told me that he had was only $80 and that he had Store so we went with that option. He said Phone shipped to me within three business days and to come back into the store to have it set up. I did just that. When I returned, (three days later) there were two different service advisors there to assist, unfortunately, they weren't able to assist me with setting up the replacement phone. Two weeks later, I received my bill and the total was over $250 which is not normal and I called a customer representative for AT&T and they explained that my service plan was changed as well as to add additional laundry added to my plan. I didn't authorize a different plan nor did I authorize any additional lines being added. read more

I got the iPhone X on Friday! So far so good. I was eligible for an upgrade and wanted to get some accessories. I went in on Friday and purchased a phone case and the glass protector that covers in case I dropped the phone. I went the entire weekend with a phone case that I started to not like and I also applied the case on wrong the first time I did it. I went into this location and Matt was extremely helpful the moment I walked in! He greeted me, I explained what i needed and he did everything to make the experience smooth. He spent a lot of time and patience applying my new screen protector and also assisted me with picking out a new case. I was surprised that it wasn't extremely busy when I first walked in but I also came in early in the morning! So definitely go when they first open if you can :) read more

Before going to this location I read some of the reviews and saw they were mixed. So I decided to try my luck and see what the experience is like myself. Customer service was very personable. Almost too much so though. I waited for 1 full hour and 30 minutes (being the next in line) to be helped (no exaggeration). This issue could easily be solved by having another employee on the floor, but there was only one. Maybe I arrived at the wrong time, but a lot of my time was wasted. On the other hand I had plenty of time to see all they had in stock. For being a smaller store they had a good stock. Great variety and the organization was nice. Bottom line if you come to the store be prepared to wait for a good amount of time. I had worse experience online when my order kept getting canceled due to identity verification. Provided picture of the front and back of my driver's license. Did everything that any good noodle would do, but ended up having to go to a store in person. Just ridiculous how many hoops I had to jump through to get a new phone. Not this stores fault that happened, but just needed to rant a little bit. I hope this helps you all! read more

I went in to trade in my old phone and switch plans, but I was unsure how to do that and even what exactly I wanted. Aisha helped me and she is FANTASTIC! She is extremely friendly and helpful and got everything all set up for me and found a plan that suits my family the best. She stayed and made sure everything was 100% ready with my new phone, and even put the screen protector on for me! Everyone there is so kind and people oriented, it made the experience amazing. 100% recommend this AT&T store for anyone, whether you know what you're wanting or not. I came by this store at 4:30p on Sunday, 8/8 and the door was locked. The hours said it closed and 5:00p I knocked on the door and black female came out a back door and turned around and went back in. I couple of customers came by while I was standing by the front door. I sat in my car to talk with ATT online and about 5:30p the black female got in a car waiting for her. In the maze of the ATT Customer Service I have navigated for 13 years as a customer I believe I have found the sweet spot, the hallmark of efficiency in the West 86th street store in Indianapolis, In. During a recent move I collided with a wall of mixups and errors too absurd to explain. I endured a total of 3 hours and 39 minutes on the phone with Customer Service to no avail. In desperation I reached out to the above mentioned store. That call started my experience with a group of efficient experts who doggedly attacked and resolved my issue quickly and cheerfully. I was kept in the loop about the progress until it reached completion. Terrible customer service. Save yourself some time and stay away from this store especially if Angel the manager on duty that day. He is rude not only to the customers but to the other employees working. Would give zero stars to this store if I could. I waited about 10-15 minutes before I was checked in I was checked in by the manager Angel told him why I was there and he said someone will be with you shortly as one employee yelled out why can't you help us out your the only one authorized to do that transaction. Well Angel did not help I waited for another 15 mins then an employee helped me she was really nice her name was Jennifer. Not a good location. Went in here to try and upgrade my phone and was told I have a balance. There was a glitch in their software because my app showed no balance and 5+ years of payments that are never late. He should have gotten AT&T on the phone right then instead of staring at an iPad screen and being lazy, keeping me setting there for 15+ minutes. I finally left and just ordered a new phone online. This is ridiculous and yet another glaring example of how customer service is nonexistent. Willow creek has turned into the ghetto. AT&T has a case book example here of TERRIBLE customer service . The manger's name on this day was Shiloh. She asked me to "check in " without instruction and then went to her back office as the store was swarming with people. She then re appeared to assist a new customer that had NOT gone through the check in " process " ... and then repeated that assistance to another customer . After waiting about 20 minutes I was treated to another inept person who gave me completely wrong information according to my written receipt and contract and after that was pointed out ... politely ..and in writing .. could not have cared less .. Just like his manager Shiloh ! The only reason for 2 stars is because I was SAVED and so happy when I went around the corner to the AT&T store on Michigan road and was treated like a very valued customer . Please know that I have not ever written a negative review in Yelp ... ever ! I am not a negative person and I have extensive training in customer service . If Shiloh worked with me ....her career would be re directed . IF ..AT&T would REALLY care about a 15 year customer and I invite them to contact me ..they would do a live compare / contrast study between being a customer at the Michigan road store near 106th and the 86th st store Hint ..
