I have spent months trying to get this resolved, have been sent to literally ten different ph#s (two of which they sent me were to disconnected numbers). Connor at the branch has been great, but his form to correct this was denied. So for a family that spends over $600 a month with AT&T, I find it ridiculous that I now have to consider pulling all our accounts that we have had for at least a decade over this. It makes no sense to me for this to be happening. Now I have been sent to collections for the first time in my life and at this point I will definitely consider leaving AT&T.

Both employees were waiting on other guest so I looked and was able to find the battery I needed. Kid that rang me up had zero turn as my Mom would have said. He looked like he was just bored with life. I hope his day picked up. Sad to be so young and appear so unhappy. I was happy they had the battery , and when I got home I installed it in the remote and vola it worked. They have a mask sign up on the door but neither employee had one on as well as one of the two customers.

Several people come in after us and another guy checks them in... about 15 min later he asks if we've been checked in. We don't know... we hope so... nope. So all the people that came in after us were served before us. The guys working didn't care one little bit that they screwed us.
