Service was great and employees were very helpful in explaining services and equipment.

I siigned in and waited 15 minutes for a rep to call my name, not a bad wait BUT I was completely caught off guard when the man, I failed to get his name, told me to go and call 611 and they can help me! So I waited 15 minutes for him to tell me I had to call customer service that only they could remove a line so I went out to my car and called 611 it was terrible I got nothing but a computer and it didn't understand me and didn't help me I went in and told him this thinking he could still help me he said he cannot only the main customer service can remove anything from an account so I did go home got on the computer and without calling or contacting anyone remove the line that I no longer needed so I didn't need any help from a human I just needed to use my laptop very disappointed in ATT I have been with them since they were singular one like 30+ years now I'm looking around and pricing time to go read more

The staff has always been knowledgeable and very helpful. Karen, Abby, Russ and others have always provided us with great customer service. Today, Abby went above and beyond helping me with a technical issue that had zero to do with the store. Even though it was not a "store level" issue she took a couple hours to work with me, AT&T and Asurion to get the issue resolved. I'm sure it tested her patience at times (it definitely tested mine) but you could not tell she remained positive, empathetic and determined. AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

I tried to return my new unopened sealed Iphones. The manager, John, at this store wanted to charge me a restocking fee, despite my having been previously told (by a different AT&T rep) that AT&T's policy is that if the seal is not broken and the phones are returned within 14 days, there is no restocking fee. Terrible experience. Why did I want to return the phones? Because a third party sales rep at Kroger scammed me (or tried to). The third-party sales rep told me that I would receive $800 credit for returning my iphone 8 plus and $800 for returning my iphone SE. The truth is, I'd be lucky to get $350 credit for each phone. Luckily, I did some research before I activated these new phones (and deactivated and mailed in my old phones). It wasn't just John that was rude, it was also another sales lady, too. Went in November 3 to trade my iPhone X because battery life sucked They said it will be in tomorrow I picked it up today December 14 it came in December 12 they said they called me but they didn't then I asked him if I could use a standard fire wire to charge the phone they said no when in fact if you look it up online it states it hasn't totally convert over to the usb c. Those charges are expense. And it's perfectly OK to use never again and I also had to put one star in I will put zero read more

Even looking at these reviews seems like management only acknowledges positive reviews. DO BETTER AT&T.-- My mom went into the store to trade in her phone. The sales clerk grabs her phone (without asking any further questions) and starts deleting all of her information. She doesn't know much about technology so she thought this was part of the process. When she was done clearing the phone of all the data she told my mother--okay you can leave now. My mother asked her where is my new phone and the sales clerk stated in a condescending manner --you didn't order it online? The sales clerk was told by my mother that she never said anything about ordering any phone online, She just came in asking how She can trade her phone in. Once my mother got her phone back ALL of her photos, contacts and messages were gone. My mother said--I am very disheartened and feel disrespected by how the situation was handled. I felt I was rushed to get me out of the door. I will not be returning or recommending this business. Thinking about changing my services now. read more

Just bought a new phone from this store. Zak went above and beyond to make sure everything transferred over from my old phone and that everything was working on my new phone. While serving me, at least three repeat customers came into the store who knew Zak by name and stopped to talk with him. Rudest Manger ever . I witness him talking down to a older lady .While in store with numerous customers he never got off seat behind the counter. He was very rude with customers when he was addressed. Worst att store ever go else where. read more
