They've been willing to help us with any issues we had in transferring our information and just taking care of everything we need. They always try to sell us the accessories that we don't absolutely need, but we have been very good at avoiding that because they are a little higher priced than getting them online. They have a great selection of iPhones and other non-apple products. Sometimes they are understaffed in there. We came in a couple times where there were a few groups of people ahead of us and had to end up waiting, but it wasn't too terribly bad. The workers seem to be knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to take the time to get it done right.
