She's not quite ready for a cell phone and I thought this was a good alternative. The shop is clearly very new as they didn't yet have the store fully stocked with tons if accessories of devices yet. However, i was immediately greeted with a smiling staff when I walked in. The team member who assisted me was super helpful and helped me stay within my budget on a new phone and plan. He was great at explaining everything and getting me switched over right there in the store. He also helped me set up my daughter's watch and the coordinating app for it on my phone. Prior to coming to this location I had first visited the Beech Grove location and lets just say the staff member there acted like he had better things to do then answer my questions about switching carriers. It was almost as if he didn't care if i switched to Verizon or not. He basically sat on his own phone as he spoke to me. Super unprofessional. Anyway I would highly recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs! Everyone at the store is very knowledgeable and we appreciate their ability to sort out challenges as we have a bill which incorporates various different phone lines. My only caution is that often times they suggest things which do not apply for every type of phone plan. So whenever you are given options make sure to check that the options fit with your current phone plan or include any needed upgrades. Otherwise we've always had quick and professional service at this location and will continue to return for all of our phone needs.

Tavis shows up at your home about 10-15 minutes behind the technician and is extremely dishonest and non responsive when we tried to reach him on the cell number he provided. If his lips are moving, he's lying. There are charges on our bill that we didn't discuss or agree to because of Tavis. Customer service isn't any better. They are programmed to not listen and try to sell more services during the entire phone call conversation. We called to dispute and question non agreed charges showing up on our bill. Customer service has a two word phrase ( I'm sorry) that they use during the entire phone call. NOTHING get's resolved as a result of the poor customer service and a company that has no morals or good values. This starts at the top of the food chain, otherwise there would be some type of resolution. I'm a believer that they are instructed to lie, cheat, and steel and not care what so ever about their reputation.
