TOTAL CHAOS. Don't bother making an appointment. Called and made an appointment for a specific time and still waiting.....Very disorganized. They did not get my information correct when I checked in. When I asked how long it would be I was told and a half!!! Ultimately they realized the error and I only had a 10 minute wait. The girl who helped me was very helpful and nice. So, based on my experience at this AT&T location, I dread returning today. However, I ordered the wrong product from the website and only had 14 days to return it because I'll be on holiday and unable to do so. I needed to get it done ASAP. When I first walked into the store, Ashley greeted me and was very friendly. I needed to do an exchange because I purchased the wrong item; however, the item I bought needed to be activated before they could return it. She went above and beyond to ensure that my request was completed correctly. The manager Jason also had to help with override and system requirements and jumped right in when the system wasn't cooperating. Although it took a bit longer, Ashley and Jason were excellent, and I would return to the store to work with either of them. I've been an AT&T customer for years, and with the customer service I received tonight, I might return to doing business in the store more than online. Thank you for being kind and friendly and ultimately getting the job done while having small talk with my son and me while we waited. My mother came in to upgrade her phone. she is not the best with technology so she asked the employee if she needed to back up her phone before switching because she didn't know how and the employee told her no. well she gets home and has none of her contacts or apps and none of her saved passwords. when she called the next day she was told there was nothing they could do and a female employee said "im not gonna argue with you you can speak with the manager" of which pretty much told her the same thing, that there was nothing they could do. very poor customer service and no pride in actually helping customers. the employee originally helping her, left and went home in the middle of setting up her phone and passed her off to someone who had no idea what to do next. read more

I would give this store a negative if I could. Stay away. The new sales rep trying to help me was fine. He had to ask his manager a ton of questions. Which I am fine with, but she basically misguided him multiple times. She said my card wasn't charged, it didn't read the chip, because their machines couldn't read the chip. It had to be swiped. I was double charged. They said it didn't go through. It did. They opened another line I didn't want, charged another phone made me start over. I had to argue with her about it, even though it showed the charges on my credit card. The sales guy was right and she was condescending and speaking down to him about it. After being there for almost two hours, I was late picking up my kids. They said to come back, and they would void the second transaction. I came back less than an hour later and they said they couldn't do it. So I had to make the 45 minute drive back to the store after I received a phone in the mail that I did not want to begin with. I was then told there was no managers in the building, after hearing my story the rep said, "hold on, let me get her. " i was then told i had to come back in 25 minutes and wouldn't have to wait. I came back, waited 15 more minutes. Then that manager looked me in the face after dealing with for hours on Saturday and acted like she didn't know what was going on. Her name is Chrissy in case anyone wants to know who to avoid. So after being here again for over an hour, I am now planning on buying out this brand new phone and switching to Verizon after years of being with ATT. I have never had a problem with except in this store. read more

This is probably the worst AT&T store ever! I made my purchase online and all I needed to do was in store pickup. Was checked in promptly, but sat here for over an hour. When I asked if there was an issue, I was told that people in the store had appointments. I did everything online and just needed to pick up my new phone. If anyone else is trying to do the same, pick another store. Besides that, the store looks great. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! Waited for nearly 20mins just to be signed in and it's not even busy! Employees are very lethargic and do not move with a sense of urgency. It's pathetic!!! I went into the AT&T store a few days ago to see if my phone was due for an upgrade and as soon as I walked in I was politely greeted by Larissa. I explained to her I was looking to upgrade and she was super helpful and informative explaining all my options to me and then helping me decide on what phone to get. I was able to upgrade as well as swap my old phone out for some sweet accessories which Larissa was also very helpful with. Her and another associate were very nice making conversation with me while I waited. I was in and out of the store with a new phone and accessories in an hour. I will definitely be back to this store in the future and think that if you're looking for the best customer service for AT&T this is the place to get it!! read more

Probably the worst AT&T I've ever been to. The guy that was supposed to help us was really rude and just seemed really arrogant. He seemed to think that telling us the other AT&T in the area wasn't as good as theirs was really important. Overall, time spent there was just a waste, try a different store if you want service. read more

I love going to this store as much as I dread dealing with phones and bills, April is amazing she seriously feels like family and she always goes above and beyond. Our recent visit Jasmine took care of my family and she really, truly helped us more than I ever would've imagined. These ladies make sure we have everything we need from start to finish and I highly recommend asking for April or Jasmine when you need anything! read more

AT&T has great service but this store has garbage customer service. I bought 2 brand new iPhones and when I left one of them wouldn't turn on after I did an update an hour after I left the store. I went in and told them my issue and they said they couldn't do anything after final purchase and I had to go through Apple. I called apple and they told me that AT&T will replace it and that they are just being lazy cause all they care about is sales. I went back to AT&T and threatened to cancel my service and sure enough they finally gave me a new phone. I recommend finding a different store to go through read more

I've encountered the same sales associate, Michael, twice on two separate occasions. We went in the store this past Sunday because my husband was interested in maybe upgrading his phone. So when we arrived, he greeted us and we all sat down. We discussed how much it would cost and we decided it'd be too expensive to pay out the rest on his phone that day. But the whole entire time we were there, he just had a snobbish attitude like he was too good to help us. Just a complete asswipe. Unfortunately, today (Thursday, March 23rd) we had to come back to the store because my husband's screen conveniently wanted to just stop working and was no longer functional. So this time we had to go in, not because we wanted to, but because we were required to. We already knew we had to purchase a brand new phone this time, and we weren't the most thrilled to have to spend $400 to buy out his old phone in order to get a new one. So we came into the store and was greeted by Michael once again, and I was thinking GREAT, just my luck. But you know what, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day. But we sat down with him again today, and he had the same snobbish and douchebag attitude. We already didn't want to go in there and spend all that money, but we had to, we'd expect to at least have a decent experience buying the phone. But he made everything ten times worse. So when he brought out the phone and was typing up the contract, I looked at my husband and asked him, "Are you sure you want this color?" And my husband sat and thought about it for a split second, so Michael looks up at us and said, "If you want to change the color let me know and make sure that's the color you want because I won't sit here and keep typing up a new contract."We can tell he was getting aggravated, and i completely understand why he would be, but it is his job. I mean, I'm sitting here spending $400 and on top of that we're purchasing a phone that is costing us almost a grand. If my husband wants to sit there and make sure that he made the right decision, Michael should understand. We don't poop money or grow it on trees, so my husband should be able to change his mind without feeling bad that poor ole Michael has to do his job. I work in customer service myself, and I get a lot of ridiculous requests on a daily basis, but I have to sit there with a smile on my face and accommodate my guests and make sure they're happy. But when he said that, I looked up at him and asked him if he was okay and he said yeah because I was just so baffled by what happened. I was so upset, I just wanted to leave and take my business elsewhere but didn't realize there was another AT&T in town or that I could purchase phones from Best Buy. We went to Best Buy immediately after to purchase a phone case, and we both regret purchasing the phone from that location. I will give him credit where it is due though, he did lighten up a little bit after I asked him if he was okay, and he got the door for us on our way out. So I do appreciate that. I usually don't get upset with people, but this was on two separate occasions, and wow, he sure does know how to disappoint. He's no Ryan Gosling, and he shouldn't be able to treat people the way he does and get away with it. I get it if he's having a bad day, but thats two separate encounters we're talking about. Horrible. First of all the reception is bad in this area. Does not deserve even one star! I was told my line was out of contract so to stop back when I decided how to move forward. I have four lines and my daughter get's no reception so she went on a Verizon plan and I was moving my other daughter on. Well, they scoffed and said you were told wrong. The contract isn't up until December and there's nothing we can do. When told the phone didn't even work anymore, we had to almost beg for them to plug it in. The manager and associate were unprofessional and laughed at our situation. Told us to go online and file a claim. They didn't even offer a pen. When I said the situation wasn't funny and it was costly because of them, they said we are just trying to make light of it. Real professional. Not. Just go to Verizon. I've been a good paying and long standing customer and I am buying out contracts just so I don't have to deal with them. They don't care. Trust me. It's all cool getting your new phones but if you have reception issues or if you want accurate info on your contracts, you will not get it. read more
