Angelina advised us corporate refused to send swim suits to this location. How outrageous is this!! A coastal area, thousands of people visit year round due to military base and beach. There is literally nowhere for a plus size gal to buy a swim suit!!! Really Torrid.... Come on. If Angelina had not been amazing and checked the returned items I would have spent five days on the Atlantic coast with no swim suit. Angelina is great!!! Fast forward a few years and we've moved back to town and I needed more hot-weather clothing...so it was off to LB! The service gets five stars--I had each of four employees working that day assist me in some manner during my visit, and each of them were super nice and cheerful and helpful. They also seem to be lacking in some sizes--with an overabundance of smaller sizes--which says to me that the ordering should be analyzed. Unfortunately, the clothing is expensive, the shirt styles rarely suit me, and the construction quality (overall, company wide) has gone downhill (jeans that I bought 5+ years ago are lasting better than pairs I bought two years ago--and the same with undies). That said, it's not a fault of THIS specific location, so I didn't knock any stars off for those things...I just want to make you aware. I would recommend this location for the sales staff...and recommend you wait for sales (like BOGO bras), hit the Clearance rack, or get on their mailing list for coupons.
