But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half.
