Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. Go to the one down the road. This one is only an "authorized retailer".

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

AT&T is Harassing my wife and I For over two years AT&T reps…read morehave been knocking on our door to try and get us to switch to their phone plans. Back in October of 2025 one rep banged on the door scaring my 64-year-old wife. Usually, a polite knock is good enough, but this guy was banging. My wife asked who it was and they said AT&T she told the person to leave but he kept telling her he wanted to talk about switching services. My wife threatened to call the police and he finally left. I contacted the Office of the President and spoke to a Ms. Silva who said that she would put a stop to the solicitors and of course gave a meaningless corporate apology. 4 weeks after this phone call another rep knocks on my door. I told him his corporate office was supposed to stop these visits and at this point I even had NO SOLICITORS sign on the door. He started to give me his sales pitch like nothing happened. We exchanged words I threatened to call the police and then he left. I immediately called Ms. Silva and she apologized a dozen times and said she would escalate this. Apparently, she didn't escalate this enough or AT&T just doesn't care about their reps harassing senior citizens. About five weeks later another two reps showed up at my house and now I start to video these visits. Again, I pointed to the No Solicitors sign, and they said sorry and left. FYI, since I put up that No Solicitor sign no one knocked on my door except AT&T solicitors. We all know roofers, solar salespeople and religious people are notorious for ringing doorbells and bugging us all. All of these solicitors RESPECTED my sign EXCEPT AT&T reps. Here is proof that AT&T is well aware of my problem, this is a paragraph from an email the Office of the President sent me: "Hello Team, The AT&T Office of the President is requesting your assistance with this complaint. The D2D group is aggressively returning to this property owners address and was previously added to the Do Not Knock list back on 11/05/2025. Both himself and his wife are upset that they keep returning after being promised that the issue was resolved. He has also added a do not solicit sign and they are ignoring that as well as video evidence of their presence" We are five months into this complaint and AT&T still hasn't gotten back to me with a resolution. They are looking into it; LOL Does it take more than 5 months to call the office in Orlando and tell them to stay away from my home? It's a phone call. I even provided them with the address that these door-to-door solicitors are working out of. We should all be concerned with this since these AT&T reps do not care if there is a No Solicit sign on the door or if you tell them to stay away. They will continue to harass us all. Do you think these reps are ignoring No Solicitation signs on their own? When I called the police, they said they can't do anything about it even if I have this on video because they need to catch the reps on the property in order to give a No Trespass warning. The rep I got into an argument with told me by the time the cops get here I'll be gone and they can't do anything about it. Either this young man is a lawyer working part time as an AT&T sales rep or his bosses are arming him and the other reps with this loophole. I guess AT&T doesn't really care about respecting our privacy and wishes to be left alone. But again, even those pesty religious groups that knock on our doors as well as the roofers and solar panel reps respect the No Solicitors sign. You all read that AT&T did put me on their DO NOT KNOCK list and that corporate order has been ignored by their reps.

I canceled the att purchase with att but they still showed I owed 36 months of payments on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. So apple when they were getting ready to ship canceled my order. They now expect me to wait until the middle of October to get a phone because of their mistake. I ordered one and am already moving to another carrier. These people are the worst. Anyway, as we were leaving Disney Works I wanted to see what was happening on my phone so as we randomly passed a phone repair shop we stopped to get the screen fixed. Mr. "Ray" in the pink shirt, (photo posted) seemed like a jolly fine fellow & said he could fix it in a hour, but his computer was down, so I would have to pay cash. (Should have seen that as a red flag) No worries, I said, I went across the street to Fanny about while I waited. I came back he said he fixed it but I needed a new battery, and that was going to cost $30 more. I said ok. Didn't think anything of it. He gave me my phone said it was dead but I could charge it in the car. I paid & he quickly gave me some Cash change ask me to give him 5 stars on google, which I did, and I left. When I got in the car the phone wouldn't charge & he shorted me $30 in change. I went back inside told him he shorted me $30 and it wouldn't charge. It kept dying. He said he would change the battery again. And he did acknowledge that he made a mistake & didn't give me the correct change back. He gave me $30 more in Cash. My husband was now standing there beside me & ask him if he could fix his backup phone screen for $120 also. He said yes, and he fixed Sir Hubbers backup phone also, which is working fine. He told us he switched the battery out again for another "after market battery" which the phone was telling us that it didn't recognize the battery it wasn't a Apple battery so we thought that was why it wasn't charging right. We thought we just had to get home to charge it with the apple charger so we left. Long story short, while we were there some strange dude kept coming in & out waiting for us to leave, it all seemed odd and looking back on it; we think it was his drug dealer. I mean, he wanted cash, he couldn't do simple math, he acted very strange etc., So, on the drive back to St Pete we stopped in SH for a boba, but they were closed. There was a phone place next door that was open & these phone people told us it couldn't be fixed! (That reviews coming) When I got back to St Pete, I looked for a reputable place, anyone with an IQ above "Ray's" age double cubed square & found "Phone repair and more" which has the largest Phone Repair chain in the Tampa area. Long Story short, I met Mr. Mohamed there & he said he would take a look at it. When I came back he was very serious in his tone & told me who ever tried to "fix" the battery broke the connectors by being too forceful. They did NOT even replace the battery, it was still the original Apple battery & it was leaking (see photos) He pointed out the crack in the battery (see photos) ask me to smell it. It smelled of fuel, as it was leaking. He said he would NEVER let anyone leave his shop with a battery like that as it was so dangerous it could explode any moment, it could have killed me, burnt my house down, burned me in my car etc., Mr. Mohamed is replacing the battery connectors & battery. It should be fixed in a week. I thanked him for saving my life. To Mr. Ray: "You broke my phone, lied to me, you scammed me for cash, you did NOT replace my battery with a after market battery, it still has the original Apple batter that is leaking! It could have cost me my life, the people I love around me or God forbid even more unsuspecting innocent lives. Mr. Ray, you are a danger to society. Lawyer up." DO NOT RECOMMEND!
